I am TL in district 148. I went to your target this afternoon. The gentleman that worked at Starbucks acknowledged me and my peer. With us starting to modernization at all target stores. Its mean a lot. We walked the floor and not one team member spoke or asked if we needed help. Please just let the starbucks team member know that he did great and his service was beyond excellent

Well Target has lost my business forever. The “company” won’t let you in the store without a mask. The employees were kind about it, and I don’t hold them accountable. But if you’re interested in being a free person as I am, avoid all Targets.

I wish they didnt put returned beauty items back on the shelf. Twice I have bought beauty items that I didnt realize were used until I got home and opened the packaging. Seals on bottle were broken and after opening the bottles I noticed a good portion of the item used up. Its really unsanitary, they should be disposed of once returned.

Decent store but a large percentage of their groceries (dry goods/refrigerated/frozen/fresh) are always expired.

This Target is always clean and easy to get in and out. I always find what I am looking for minus the time when covid was at its peak.

Under the current circumstances I feel that Target is not doing their part to ensure the safety of their employees and customers. It is virtually impossible to maintain a social distance of at least 6 ft when target is not limiting the number of guests in the stores at once. Customers are not adhering to the social distancing guidelines and they are also shopping for NON-essential items. Target could be blocking off nonessential sections (toys, clothes, accessories) to discourage customers from shopping at the store for non-essential items. I do not feel safe in target as a customer with the minimal guidelines target has put in place.

Who doesnt love Target! This is one of the best ones! Ive been to pretty much all of them from the Wayne county, all the way to Oakland and this is by far my favorite. They always have what I need. The employees are nice and helpful. And its very clean even after a mad rush of people.

The two managers came to my rescue to assist me when the customer service would not. This alleviated a trip back home then back to the store. The manager then walked to get my product, and checked me out. How AWESOME is that???? Customer Service in its highest form!!!!!!

Floor manager called to help with a pricing question that required we go to the item. The manager saw the stores error and gave me credit toward my purchase. She was very nice, professional, expedient, and knowledgeable.

I bought a clearance underwear for my granddaughter. I was charged full price. I brought the product back to get the difference. I was made to feel like it was my fault. The customer service person informs me because the UPC dosent match. I informed her there are a few packages in the department. So on top of having to make a return trip. This is my fault because of their mistake. Bad customer service.

This target is absolutely terrible. They have no organization skills what so ever and shelves are always empty. This is the third time this week that Ive been refused items as well because they were on the shelves before their Release date and they cant sell them too me. Then it sounds like you need to organize your backroom so this quits happening.Terrible store and I hate giving 1 star reviews. Maybe this will get corporate in there to change some stuff around.

Clean, good staff. My favorite Target around!

I purchased a tv from here, they didn’t have any more on the floor so they went in back to grab a new one. When I got it home the screen was cracked in several places. Not entirely their fault but I suspect it cracked when the employee got it out from the back as we wrapped moving pads around it.

Easy order and quick pickup process

Very clean and organized store. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here, and always spend way more than I intended. Oftentimes they have hard to find items, be it groceries or or other goods. Bathrooms are clean as well. All interactions with the employees have been great.

I was just at the Novi store at 8 am to pick up an online order. The employees are not wearing masks and gloves, no social distancing at all from each other or customers, and one massless employee sneezed suggesting the company is not screening. Done with target. Masks are for the protection of others. So is screening employees. You can have my red card back.

The gentleman that was my cashier was excellent. In a past visit, he helped me learn how to use the Target AP so I could get more savings. He actually remembered me. I, unfortunately, forgot his name. Several times when I was shopping Target members asked if I was finding everything okay.

Ive been to this target twice. Both times I checked online and on their app and the item I wanted was listed as in stock. Both times it was out of stock. The only difference today was that I couldnt ask an associate because they were both standing there having a personal conversationfor 15 minutes. I wont be coming back.

Thanks to the amazing team at this store who spent a good hour calling around to fing my daughter a fireman dress up outfit that the website mistakenly said was in stock my daughter last minute got the outfit needed for kindergarten graduation/ career day! Thank you!!!

Target in general one of the best stores too shop at, but Novi Store is my ultimate favorite.

I love the drive up option also the ease of ordering and picking up is like just on ur finger tips. I love to order in target than amazon. I am loving the app and facilities so much that i first search on target and if i dont find the product then i order in amazon.

I love Targets, but this store consistently has food on their shelves past the expiration date. I got fed up one time when I found 3 items in my cart were expired so I left the whole cart in the isle and walked out. 4 stars is generous, only because this can be avoided by reading the labels.

Returned items from my babyshower I thought it was going to be such a hassle. The ladies at the counter were extremely helpful and really made it stress free. I appreciated this so much! The floor staff was rude and annoyed. but the people behind the registers are friendly!

This is one of my go-to Targets. (The other one is in Brighton.) Ive always had a good experience with helpful employees and ease of finding what Im looking for as well as decent prices.

Very helpful staff at this Target. Parking lot is ample and always cleared from snow. Shelves are organized. Protip: Dont wear khakis and a red polo there... people will ask you lots of questions.

Its a pretty OK target. They have the food section that is now present in all targets for some reason. I generally try to avoid suburban targets during the day because of all the........ moms.... and this place is no exception. Where the Meier across the street exhibits a swath of people from all walks of life, this target is mostly just moms walking very slowly with a screaming child.

I needed 12 items of the same make and couldnt find enough on the shelf. I asked an employee if they had any more of them left. He looked around the store and found the item of higher quality and sold it to me at the original price of the first item because they had already sold out of it.

Its a standard target. Nothing great, but this is a fine location. Certainly better than Wally world.It is a bit dirty for a target, so if you have another location near by, Id go to the other one.

Thanks to Amazon, Target is beginning to circle the drain.An employee at the store told me that the $15 per hour by 2020 thing isnt quite what it seems. What Target didnt tell the media is that they are cutting out a number of employee positions to force more work on to fewer people. They are also cutting non-management workers hours by around 50%, so eventually they will not be eligible for ANY benefits whatsoever. So basically they are actually getting paid LESS than before.Another bad thing about Target is their phone app. It uses your GPS to recognize that you are physically in the store, and it raises the prices on their website to match the prices at the Target store that you are in, so you pay a higher price by not being able to price match. Pro tip: shut off your GPS BEFORE you drive to the store.The last complaint is that their weird bathroom policy, that allows either sex to use either bathroom is still in effect.Do yourself a favor, and stay away from Target.

We stopped in after work to pick up a $400 camera for a Christmas gift that we ordered and paid for online. After getting in our van my wife said she thought the box seemed very light, opened it only to find NO CAMERA. We immediately practically ran back in and told the young woman who gave it to us. We learned then and there to always open the box while in store. They got a replacement and we opened the new box to double check and all was well. I dont know what would have happened had we drove off and not checked. Kudos to the team members for taking care of this and believing us.

Order pickup and drive up are a nightmare. You could go in and shop for your stuff 5 times before you get your pickup order. They advertise 2 hr for pickup. 10 hrs later my order was finally ready. Then you wait in line for 15 mins to pick up and then another 7 mins for them to find it only to find out that several of the items I ordered were not actually available (probably were when I ordered but not 10 hrs later when they finally pulled the order) . Great idea horrible execution. Expected more from Target.
