Great place for cotton candy and treats!

I like to use this one because it is less busy than the rest of the mall! And I feel like the employees give me more space to browse and shop at my own pace

I came into this Sephora looking for a gift for my wife and was totally overwhelmed when I walked in. The girl at the store was very helpful and showed me their best selling products for women and something that works well for most people. She even offered to ship it to my house for free since something was out of stock. I got my item just in time and wrapped the gift in the Sephora bag the girl gave me. Its hard to find good customer service and not only was the girl kind, she was so knowledgeable about the store. I think her name was Jasmin! I would recommend this location to everyone.

I asked how much a product was and was told 22.00 then she charged me 24.00 and I called when I got home, but she had to talk to the manager....? I told her to have the manager call me. Two days later I called the other sephora by Nordstrom by mistake and they were going to take care of it over the phone. Then realized I called the wrong store. JCPenny would not take care of it over the phone. I have to show the receipt even though the clerk talked to her about it already and I received no phone call back. I would prefer better customer service as in the stand alone sephora by Nordstrom
