In addition to the typical clean store, attention of the staff, and nicely displayed products, I would like to mention the Store Manager (I do not believe I may say names, so I will call him Mr. B). Mr. B has been amazing to work with on more than one occasion. When I had an issue checking out, he researched in his system, called other stores (where I had shopped), and did absolutely everything to resolve the issue. Another time when I had a return and did not have all the paperwork, he worked with me (and it helped that he remembered when I made the purchase) to make the return completely seamless. His attention the detail, going above and beyond (even past closing time), polite, friendly, and eagerness to help solve anything is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Mr. Bs Club Monaco.
