It doesn’t even deserve one star but,The worst company I have ever dealt with. I don’t leave reviews but this place really got on my sh*t list. They’ve been charging me for months without my knowledge and won’t refund my money. Customer service is a complete joke! I will never purchase anything from this company again!
This vendor is horrible; theyre con artists. Apparently, they put in fine print some type of membership at $49 a month when you buy from them. Wow!!! Membership in what, I dont know.Have tried to cancel this and they simply hang up on you. They have attempted to charge my credit card $49 several times. Contacted the BBB in southeast Michigan.
They will charge you 50 a month, every month for NOTHING. A scam. Clothes aren’t worth the money either. Absolute trash and they customer service all have thick accents and are incompetent.
Very helpful associates. Got to try on the items I had hoped to get online, and even had recommendations made by a worker. She was transparent and relatable.
I loved this store for a long time until I just ordered from them this August using my member credits which came out to be almost $400 and my package never got delivered to me. I contacted FED EX and made a claim and I also contacted Fabletics customer service twice and they said they would get back to me with a decision about how I was going to be refunded and I still have not heard back from them. If I could rate them a zero star for customer service I would. I am incredibly unhappy with this service and will likely not shop from here again which is sad because I really love their clothes but the way you treat your customers speaks millions about what sort of people you have running your company.

The website for this company offers terrible service. The customer support system is incompetent. Their subscription program is deeply flawed. If they cant supply an item you already placed an order for - they cancel your entire order and you lose all the other items you took forever to select. Ridiculous business.
They are quite rude here. The door girl basically sprayed hand sanitizer all over me and didnt apologize. She actually act like I was the issue when I asked for paper towel to wipe it off my jacket.
Just stood outside the store for 22 minutes. Finally gave up and left. Letting in two customers at a time while having 6 employees. The practice of this store is absurd. If mask work so we’ll what’s the problem
SCAM. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK SO YOU END UP PAYING EVERY MONTH AND SETTLING FOR APPAREL.
