Avoid store Manager Russ, Not professional, treated me like I wasnt a customer or worth paying attention to. VERY rude and shows discrimination to skin color.

The staff was really pleasant and helpful with finding the perfect pair for a gift I needed. They explained the differences between lenses and frames so that I could make a purchase decision that made me comfortable. They also reviewed their exchange policy which also helped.

Staff is super helpful, and not at all pushy. They are there to answer questions but theyre happy to let you browse and try on lots of sunglasses until you find the kind you want. They shared lots of information about the different types of lenses and why youd want to buy one over another. Will definitely shop here again!

If you want a great customer service experience then go to the Oakley store at Twelve Oaks Mall. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. In fact one of the last times I was in the store was in February 2020 just before Covid19 shut the world down. I just went in the other day and the service representative remembered not just me, but the conversation we had a year ago! Talk about making the customer want to come back! Go there, you wont regret it.

Workers are very nice and helpful, but of the three things I wanted to buy, it would have to be ordered online. In 2020, Im positive that majority of the population knows how to order things online themselves. No one drives to a mall to have someone order things online. Its to get what they want the same day. To their defense they werent the only store I visited with the same outcome. Seems that malls arent even putting up a fight to online shopping anymore. Thats what theyve become themselves.

In-store customization is fantastic!I bought sunglasses three weeks ago and found that the Ruby Prizm tint, which seemed cool in the store, didnt work for me when driving. I didnt like any of the other catalog options for the frames I liked, so I went back to the store thinking I would return the sunglasses and order a custom set online. I was surprised that the store was also able to customize them, but they were ready, willing, and eager. They showed various lens options, icons, etc, and then assembled the custom order right there as I watched. Unlike online orders, the in-store customs are fully returnable. They massively exceeded my expectations.

I went in there a couple of weeks ago and bought replacement lenses an the dude offered to clean glasses up and install the new ones for free. Well I think he broke the lenses when he put it in. Today Id decided to drive a little over 50 miles to visit this Oakley Store. I walked in and was greeted with a pleasant welcoming. Id been looking for a specific style Oakleys to do a price match with their competitors Sunglasses Hut. Almost immediately I was directed into what category Id been looking for. The members on Staff, Matt & Geet were very erudite and preformed excellent with my selective search.The price was even better than their competitors at this mall. The entire shopping experience was pleasant, I full intend to return to this specific location and continue business with this store. Im very thankful for the 5 Star Customer Service and their Product knowledge.Thank you Oakley Of Novi Mall.

Salesmen not helpful. Pointed us to an iPad that took forever to load. Was going to buy a pair but instead of helping us the salesman said hed put them away for me and took them like we was trying to steal them.

If you ever go to this Oakley location ask for Andrew! He is AWESOME! From the moment I walked into the store he greeted me with a smile and a firm hand shake. Had questions about customizations and the kind of frames I should go with and he was very helpful with helping choose my next pair of Oakley sunglasses. I go there pretty often and no matter if it’s andrew or any other team member working at Oakley everyone is doing a great job. Keep up the good work! I will soon return for some more Oaks!

Honestly I been to this store twice and bought the radars ev path and I got both pairs custom and I wasn’t pleased with them at all. The rubber on the sides would always slide off and the lens would nevermind be adjusted right. I don’t think I’ll buy anymore Oakley’s. But for everyone else please make sure your custom glasses are perfect before you leave or just walk away

Love my glasses and the prizim lenses, my turbine frames have rubber on the edges that is disinagrating and falling appart, it is a factory defect. Ive sent two emails to Oakley they clearly dont care, so I will be getting a different brand of sunglasses for my next pair I payed almost $200 for them seems like they would last more than 2 years, Ive had Kmart sunglasses $10 that lasted 10years, there is no way to leave a review for Oakley so I guess the Novi store is the only way to let people know Oakley doesnt care about its customers. I have photos but Oakley wont let me post them go figure.

Just Beautiful

After a softball accident where my glasses broke from being hit from a line drive, saving my face, I brought them here for repair. The manger work with me and not only gave us the great service but made sure I was okay and that my sunglasses were return to new!! i will be returning to this store for all future repairs and to purchase more sunglasses!!!!!!

Bought a pair of Oakleys with a price tag of 200+ they didnt last a year the handle just snapped of and wherever i bend back they snap off again, according to the shop thats not under warranty and cant repair, so thats the last time i pay this much for something that cant last a year.
