Store in Twelve Oaks Mall, Novi MI was dirty, only one cashier on 2nd level. She was pleasant and working hard. I could not believe how unclean the entire store was, including changing rooms. Had decent sale pricing. Will avoid this store next time I go to that mall.

Went shopping with my oldest daughter for an outfit for me. The fitting rooms were clean and the clothing racks were not stuffed tight with clothes. It made selecting items very easy and they had several items in each size. Very enjoyable experience.

Saved a lot with the download app. Also the associate at the desk was nice and was very helpful. The only bad thing was the womens department very scaled down. I guess with covid a lot of changes. But I had a good day . Thank You will be back its my only store to go to for women 18 plus and everything is closed or online. Blessings........😊☮💜💫✝️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Very nice place, large options available. JCPenney is a great department store. I think there customer service is top notch. The store is very clean and so are the fitting rooms. I recommend this store to everyone.

2pm on a Friday trying to buy some cologne for date night and they simply say Sephora is closed?! Not good for business I don’t see a reason to bring my business back.

Shop is good. Trial rooms are clean and neat. Only difficulty is that there are very less billing counters and it took like 30+min for me in billing.

Good clean store. The way they group by brand is annoying but I know some people like that. I like departments according to category. They could use some better signage about register locations.

I finally got my curtains for my bedroom in my new home. I was even able to get a panel on clearance AND received one free. Im happy :)

I came to this JC Penney today with my son to get shoes. We walked around the store twice before finding every checkout is closed. Finally had to check out at the jewelry counter. This place prob wont be around much longer. Sad :(

I always appreciated the Novi & Southland JC Penny stores. Today I was disappointed with the Novi location with the lack of service. Please train your service desk employees to be more specific when asked about the location of a certain item. I asked two ladies at the service desk by the mall entrance where I could find entry door rugs & the response was over there. I asked if they could be more specific & they said over there. They had no line & one of them could of showed me the way. I didnt see any other stations open or anybody else on the floor.

Big props to the floor crew! Just a couple days before Christmas they were friendly, courteous, super helpful, and even keeping the holiday mayhem under control. I was thrilled with the sales prices - made shopping for a pile of small people a breeze.

My daughter received a non-traditional haircut and highlight at the JCPenney salon. Rose made the process fun and exciting. My daughter absolutely loves the way her hair turned out (as well as all of our family and friends), and I was thrilled by Rose’s enthusiasm, and friendliness throughout the entire process. We will definitely be going back ❤️.

It took theee hours to color my hair because the stylist was working on someone else. I have never had this type of experience at a salon. I had to wait 20 minutes after another stylist rinsed my hair to get my hair dried. If there is a correction that needs to done on a client, the stylist should have either scheduled them later or cancelled my appointment. Also, I paid more than I have ever paid for color at nice salons. The skill of the stylist was good, but I will not come back to this salon.

Nice big and tall mens section that I appreciate. The guy in front of me was paying by check and those machines werent working. Im not sure why they push the credit card thing so hard at the register but if you can get over that it is a decent place for quality clothing.

Bought a pair of Mens Dress Shoes on sale. Its to bad there isnt enough employees to help customers. The wait to cash out was very long. The cashier was really being obnoxious about getting a JC Penney credit card to get a discount. When I say NO please accept that I mean it!

I was looking for a dress for my mother. Its been a long time since Ive shopped here and didnt know what to expect. I was pleased! The dress selection was great, the dressing rooms were clean, and we found a dress so cheap we had to ask if that was the correct total! The associates were helpful and knew their area. Very happy

Store was pretty clean, racks of merchandise were pretty well organized. Was around or near several associates no hi or can i assist yous. I think prices are high. Not as bad as Nordstrom or some of the other stores in the mall but still could be improved.

My boyfriend bought me a necklace for Christmas and also bought rope chain to have a better chain for my pendant. The chain broke after 2 days. They were very rude to him about exchanging it and said he had to pay to send it out to be repaired. Poor customer service! Wouldnt stand by their product besides being rude! Wont buy anything there again.

Not safe to shop. Left items on floor became an easy target for shoplifter. Lost all presents in one day. Security guy would not look at the camera.

There definitely were not enough cashiers throughout the store....when we FINALLY located an OPEN cashier Christopher was his name, was very polite, upbeat and personable. He made the walk around a little more manageable.

I like shopping at jcpenny. It has some good brand names at very good pricing. The Novi location is large, organized and friendly staff.

Had Penni cut my hair. She did a wonderful job. Use my name as a referral and we each get a discount. My wife uses her too and is very happy with her too. She is very nice.

Horrible traffic around there but great shopping
