No one in the store wanted to help me. I waited 15 plus minutes for someone. I will never be back to Champs ot any other stores they are affiliated with!! It is sad how certain races are treated! I will be ordering now direct from the shoe manufacturer. You should be ashamed on how your employees treat people.

Just your average name brand gymshoe store. Not much different from the other stores. Customer service at the other stores are better though. Ive been here a handful of times and they dont generally ask me if I need any help.

Ive worked in customer service a long time and this place is laughable. First no one greets you at all, and then we stand around holding the sample shoes in our hands for 10 minutes waiting for aknowledgement. Finally someone asks us what we need and he tells us both shoes are out of stock. I ask to order ($350 worth of shoes....) and am told they will only order them for me if I cant find them anywhere else. The employee literally encouraged me to not give him my money. Whatever, footlocker had them and they greeted us and took care of us.

Really bad service. Bought shoes at this store, 18 days and no item shipped. You wait on hold for customer service multiple times for 20 minutes and no one awnsers. Finally went to the store and they were very rude and also made it very difficult to get a refund. Theres no way I would ever shop here. Scary bad

What is new out

Unmotivated work force. Everyone was more worried about getting out of work with an hour left before closing time rather than helping the customers that were there looking to try on shoes. Watched multiple groups of people walk out and not one employee seemed to care. Not sure where the manager was.

I had my credit card out to pay for shoes & the cashier tried to upsell me on 4 different items. I walked out without the shoes.

When I walk in there was 3 sales associate that did not greet me. I was looking to purchase a shoe for my son they walked right as if I was not a consumer will never purchase anything from this store
