I bought 3 pairs of shoes, socks and shirts and the sales lady was really helpful!

Had so much fun shopping for my friends.

Store was full of employees. I was greeted quickly. However, she was not helpful at all. I did not catch her name

The lady that helped me was really nice and knowledgeable about the boots she helped my buy for work.

Know what you are getting, get in and get out. I ordered two pairs of shoes online because I didnt really know which color I wanted. The store clerk constantly affirmed that I could simply return whichever shoe I want to the store-- wrong! He forgot to mention that products that ship directly from the manufacture are not eligible to be returned in store nor can they be cancelled! Dont be a fool like m, now I have to wait a month to get my return...hopefully...

Nice shoes. But customer service was poor. Worker caught an attitude with me because I didn’t want to buy socks and she repeatedly asked me after multiple times of me saying no, then said “well you aren’t really helping me”. Never will go to this location again.

Went looking for shoes and tried some no and check out a few other stores and cant even remember were I got them I just know it was a shoe outlet and I got a killer doll there 2 times.

My brother and me were here looking for a pair of shoes. It has a basic indoor mall look for this kind of tenant, but I enjoyed it as it felt roomy, plus much of the generic appearance is covered by sections of clothing. All the items here look to be well-crafted and have several recognizible brands. We were helped out by a saleslady who was nice and has a little bit of humor.

Ordered a pair of bailey bow ugg boots online. I paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping and didnt come till 4 days after & they sent me toddler boots. So I went to the store and ordered a new pair gave her my license and what not and they said it would be 5-7 business days. Its been 10 days so.i called customer service to find out what was going on. Found out the girl at the store didnt even type the same address or name right so it shipped to the wrong address. Customer service said the boots were no longer available online so she would just issue the refund. Customer service on the phone was wonderful but the girl named katie at the store, you clearly shouldnt be working there if you cant type info off of someones license correctly. Taking my money elsewhere.
