The Novi, Mi. Store is immaculately clean. Thesales staff & store Managers (Sara, Macy, Sam) are extremely helpful, kind and very friendly. The Fitting rooms are open & sanitized after each use. Maurices Prices are fantastic, & the sales are even better. Theres always something new!

I am from out of town and needed something for a dress that I was wearing. I walked in, the lady asked if she could help and without hesitation I told her my problem. She helped me pick out a bralette, let me try it on, I left it on and paid for it. It was exactly what I needed. We were having a hard time with my rewards but she was paitent and tried a few methods and finally got it. She was so kind, upbeat and a pleasure to interact with. I didnt get her name, but her employee number is 143. What a WONDERFUL experience.THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

This store is awesome. The last time I ran in just to look around, I ended up buying a couple items. The temp manager from the Brighton store that was there was so friendly and super helpful. I usually get annoyed with pushy clothing store salespeople...this is never the case here. The prices are fair and they always have clearance/sale options.

I went to Maurices tonight for a new wardrobe for my new job. Elle helped me pick out a bunch of outfits because I suck at trying to match colors and patterns. She did an awesome job and was SO friendly the whole time. She even wrote me a note and wished me luck. I love this store and I will be back asap.

Nice store, good clearance section, and staff is friendly and helpful. I normally hate clothing stores, but Ive never had a negative experience here.

I was highly disappointed with the service today. I had to make a few returns and didnt have receipt for one of the items that the customer rep was having trouble with. Instead of offering other the solutions, the first thing she said was did you leave it at home? If so go home and come back. I then searched online for my order information, was then made to feel like I stole an item because the item number didnt match what was sent to me by the warehouse. Not my fault. Finally, she just decided to return the item. This rep seemed irritated with my presence and having to do this task. As someone who spends a decent amount of money at this store, I just feel like an inconvenience when I walk into the store. There was also no one around to welcome me and another shopper to the store. From here on out I will strictly go to the Ann Arbor location, those ladies are always quick to say hello and more than willing to go the extra mile.

They are friendly without being pushy, a great place to shop and just take your time. The fitting rooms are always clean.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and fun, and this particular Maurices has wonderful staff. As I was shopping one day, I saw a manager pesonally helping another woman put together outfits and give her feedback as she tried them on. That is going above and beyond! Maurices as a company could pay a bit more attention to fashion trends, as many of the clothes look similar on colors and style as when I was in highschool (Im 25...so it wasnt too long ago, but still :) But the store itself does a great job in assisting its customers.

Ive been shopping at maurices for 6 years and never have I walked out of there feeling as bad as I did today. Today was going to be the first real outfit Ive bought myself since having a baby. It also was the first time I didnt have a toddler attached to my hip. I wanted to find something so Id feel good and maurices has always done that for me. Im a very active mom, so I wear a lot of leggings. I was so happy to see that Maurices has ultra soft leggings capri style. They are my favorite leggings. Im also happy to see they are targeting moms too. I went into Maurices and the girl that helped me layed it out that it was summer and that leggings arent the trend. I ignored that comment and wandered some more lost out of my mind but no one offered to help. No one offered to help because I turned down their dress promotion. I left feeling very outdated low, and empty handed. I wont be shopping at maurices again.
