I went into your store over the weekend and it was a complete mess. clothes were all over the floor. workers were all huddled in the back sitting on the counters and gossiping. no one offered me help as i entered. not even a greeting. very unprofessional. will not be returning

They need to fix their system. It has a bug in it and everytime Im logged into my account, I can never place any orders, only look at one side of an item, when I go to the item Im interested in and try to get my size from the drop down menu on the item it wont let me do it. Also when Im logged into my account, I go into my shopping cart and when I click on the add promo code bar, nothing is happening. Im not able to add any coupons. And when Im at checkout online, it only shows me the subtotal and the shipping fee. It does not show me the shipping fee taken off sevem if my order qualifies for it and it doesnt show me the total. This makes me frustrated. I can only shop in store and when theres an item I want thats not in store I cant buy it😭. Ive already talked to customer service. They did nothing. They told it will take one business day to solve the issue and that they will email be back that they solved it. No email has been sent to me and one business day passed. Please Pacsun do something about this. Hire a better computer scientist or something. STOP BEING LAZY.

Let me start by saying that I love the clothes at pacson but the employees seems to have a major attitude problem I ask one girl when will they have some more Mitchell and Ness merchandise in she lied and told me she didn’t work there and clearly she did I ask one guy at the register the same question he was no help he just shrugged his shoulders I said I don’t know Pacson Really needs to hire a better employees

Store staff had a hard time understanding the calculation for a simple return and ended up with $10 dollars short. wasted 15 minutes trying to explain a rather simple concept which I feel could easily be understood with basic comprehension-skills. Have liked Pacsuns products in the past hence why I returned but will definitely think twice before returning.

If I had the opportunity to give it no stars I would! No one offered to help me and my son when we walked into the store, we had a hard time finding his size and had to stand in line at the register to get into the dressing room, why? Because we were being stereotyped and thats a sad indictment for your company because we spend good money at Pacsun often, so we will continue to drive the extra mile to Great Lakes going forward. Shame on all of your employees at the Novi store, I will be calling the corporate office!

Staff was friendly and had patience. Store is well presented, simple.

The in-store experience was decent, but not that great. the employees were not helpful, but nice enough i suppose. they did appear to be talking about customers behind their backs, which is not okay. as i checked out the young man was very rude and distracted. he would turn and talk to another employee about non work related things. i left the store with my items. when i got home, i realized he had left all the security devices on my clothing. so now i have to return to the store.

I love this store they have the cutest stuff I love there brandy Melville selection the most I also love there accessories I totally recommend this store this is my fav store !!!!!!

Nice selection, ok prices, friendly staff

Went In for some jeans. Store was organized enough but I couldnt find a size I needed. Went up to the only 3 employees in the store who all were at the register. I asked about the jeans and they proceeded to humiliate me. I left and will never spend a dime in their store ever again.
