Have been going over a decade. We like Heather. Very unhappy with Cindy. Two months in a row they have been 3 days late with filling my sons prescription. To avoid my son being with out his meds I gave them a heads-up 10 days in advance of needing the prescription. Instead of accepting the feedback Cindy gave me a hard time about using the Good Rx Card. We will be giving Walgreens a try.

Sometimes great sometimes not so much, quick in and out experience always though. Tip: Elderly people just walk out crossing to their vehicles without looking for other possible oncoming vehicles so be mindful of this fact. It has happened three times of the five visits in one year.

Cherita is the best! She rang up every customer efficiently and was super peppy and friendly. And even told customers of coupons and active deals without them having to ask.

Always out of stock on popular items. Not sure whats going on with the ordering but your losing a lot of my $

Do not use this store..Cindy in the pharmacy is a very unfriendly, nosey with even asking me if i just had surgery...after shoeing script,along w/ bcbs card and drivers license..she asked who the script was for. also did i get the script today that was dated for today..all i can say is get ready to put up with CINDY

Other Cvs are great, this one was slow to fill a prescription. Like hours

I visited the cvs on 9 mile and novi road store number 8140 to return an item I purchased at the cvs in downtown Northville. I was told that I could not return the item even though I had my receipt. When asked for the policy in writing the shift supervisor named Jared persisted to tell me its no written policy for returns its at his discretion. obviously this was a shock to me for such a large corporation. I told him I would need to get my money back and he rudely told me if I didnt leave he would call the police because he felt threatened. Jared was about 59 and I am a woman barely 5 feet and my children 6 and 9 were with me. He proceeded to call the police and they never came. All this because of me asking for a written return policy? I feel that I was treated in such a way because I am black. I shop at cvs weekly and have NEVER been told this policy. The items were in brand new condition and I had my receipt. Please give me some feedback as soon as possible as I am extremely upset!
