Today my boss ordered from here. She got me a blueberry bagel with cream cheese! This bagel was absolutely delicious not to mention really pretty to look at! Yummy!

We used to come here a lot. But, we had a few incidences of issues. We had several times where the half priced bagel special was not honored and we had to remind the cashier several times. Sometimes orders take long.But, we ordered bagels and bagel sandwiches. One of our bagels had hair or antennas baked into it. This is concerning and a blatant health hazard. Its a shame because I thought the bagels were great. But this is pretty gross.

The bagels we had were amazingly delicious, soft and fresh and very tasty. We did get two Taylor ham sandwiches however and the meat is overly thin and lacking on the sandwich. We serve them better to put four or five thicker slices on there And maybe even charge an additional quarter or $0.50. They have other fair pricing and other good items such as omelettes and the like, but shamefully I cannot recommend them for breakfast sandwich as it is rather cheap looking and lightI look forward to their improvements, however in the meantime its just the other items for me.

I love coming here! The food is always fresh, and the environment clean. Staff are quick and efficient. The chips and salsa are always a happy bonus!

Thank you for offering gluten free options. My fiance has been craving gluten free bagels and its so hard to find a bagel spot that has that option. We ordered today and all of our orders were right and delicious. Will be buying from here again Thank u

Great prices and great quality! Have ordered from here via doordash plenty of times. I even got my sister to try them and she loves it. Would recommend the Reuben and the turkey sandwiches.

Bagels are good but the service is NOT. The wait is way to long. They’re fully staffed but only one person spreading bagels. I’ve been there 3 times and each time was about a 15min. wait for a bagel with cream cheese and the place wasn’t even busy.

Absolutely the best bagels. I always get a bakers dozen and a Taylor ham egg and cheese on the grill. Put an extra slice of talyor ham and it would be 5 stars. Good luck on the upgrade of your new location!

Ordered breakfast for pickup, Bacon Egg and Cheese was a bit salty, next time no SPK, not their fault. Besides that everything was delicious. Bought bagels for breakfast the next day and they were still super fresh! Im so glad my neighbor introduced us to this place, we found our new weekend breakfast spot!!

Definitely not a Taylor ham spot not very flavorful. Bagels Abroad in any location beats this place hands down. Be prepared to wait as a walk in during morning hours. They cater to online and I guess phone orders first.

Usually go to BGL on Washington Ave but thought Id try this for a change. Many people waiting for orders for a long time. When I got home with mine, it was the wrong order. They appear to have given me someone elses. Bottom line, its worth the trip back to BGL. Better service and they get your order right. Plus you dont have to pay for parking at BGL.

Ordered via Uber eats based on the reviews. I do not know how this place has 4.4 stars. Food was cold, nasty and the bread seemed old. Barely any meat on the sandwich. Home fries disgusting.

I ordered 4 TEC’s. One of them had no eggs. All of them were cold and the bagels were hard. They used to be better. If your looking for a good bagel place I wouldn’t recommend Bagel Boy. I would recommend “Sunrise Hot Bagels” located in Belleville (close to Nutley).

Loved this place would eat from here all the time but today. I found what looked like a beard hair deep in my sandwich. Thank god my toddler opened it up. I would’ve never saw it. Not happy.

Haven’t had a good bagel in so long. This place was awesome. Delicious doughy bagels, crispy bacon, effective coffee. Bonus points for rainbow bagels. This will be a regular stop in my NJ travels.

So yesterday i had a bad experience with my order about my bagels being from (doesnt even matter the name) but the worse bacon and everything was wrong. I was very concerned about ordering breakfast again through Delivery, So i decided to take my chances with Nutley Bagel Boy. Let me tell you BOY OH BOY* besides the bagels being warm and soft. The bacon so crispy. My delivery was FAST! my eggs had the perfect amount of salt. let me tell you, I am all about food. This place really rocks! Thank you guys i appreciated my brfst bagels! & my ice coffee :)

I just had the flat square everything bagle. Im can honestly say it was the best everything bagle I ever had. It had just the right amount of seasoning on top and came out perfectly toasted. Charlie and crew were super sweet and wrapped up our catering order beautifully and our nurses loved them. Thank you for the awesome bagles!

Solid bagels and sandwiches for a good price. They stayed open for me and made me a couple sandwiches when I came in just as they were closing, which I really appreciate.My one quibble is they dont have bagels and lox on their menu, but they do have smoked salmon on one of their sandwiches, so I think theyd make it work if you ordered it.

This place has probably the freshest Bagels Ive had in the last couple of years. Theyre everything bagel is fantastic and always the same. I most commonly get a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese and I am very pleased with it. They also have a nice coffee station and occasionally have flavored coffees. Definitely work stopping by and I believe they are open at 4 or 5 oclock in the morning

Went back again, order from here on door dash and Uber eats all the time. The orange chicken salad is now the only chicken salad I will eat. I wont order chicken salad anywhere else ever again. 10 Stars!Great fresh bagels and tuna and chicken salad.

We walk to Bagel Boy every Sunday after Ju Jitsu class. Bagels are hot, fresh, and delicious. It is a very tight space, and they manage to provide very good service in it, which is impressive. We eat the everything bagels right out of the bag, like a warm pretzel. When we first started going, they knew we were new customers and offered us their “famous” vegetable bagels and some of their special flavors to try for free when we bought a dozen. They know us now, and always smile and say hello. Nice people, great bagels.

I ordered an egg white Turkey bacon on a roll and I was very disappointed. It Barely had any egg on it and the turkey bacon was overcooked and not in a good way. Its definitely not the same bagel boy from my highschool days...it seems to be under new ownership and the quality is poor, very sub par for a nj bagel store. Im sticking to BGL on Washington ave.

Try the veggie bagel..has a little kick to it. Really delish. Also, they have raspberry flavored coffee...really like this place.

I dont know what these guys are talking about Mike might be awesome but the new owner is the same awesome obviously if you need to pay for something you should have the cash on you like any other business no one is going to give you anything for free... everyone here is trying to make money ...the Bagels are really great staff very friendly and the owner has a smile every time and a great personality..make u feel like home.. by the way the owner speaks fluently in English I think Angela cant speak English thats why she blamed it on the owner...lol

Twice now the roll that I ordered my sandwich on was at least a day old. So much for freshness. Bagels are ok though.

Bagel boy was previously owned by an awesome guy named mike. everyone knew him and he knew everyone and he would let you charge if you didnt have enough money or something, and he made a lot of friends with his personality and kindness.new owners are horrible. dont even speak English, dont care who you are, just want your money. beyond rude.

Love this place!! And the owner is great!!! He cracks me up every time I go in, and when I forget my bagel in the morning due to the hangover from Friday nights events.. He will come outside and throw it at me, as he sees me rushing back. Whole wheat everything & French toast bagels are the best!!!

I will try it again assuming that this was a really off day, but I had ordered from here via Door Dash. Ordered at 5:35, driver pulls up to location at 6:02 to pick up my order (1-coffee, 1-omelette, and 1-SEC on an Egg Everything P/K/HS), order is prepared at 6:30, and delivery arrives at 6:42 (original ETA was around 6:10).If I didnt end up with the world most relaxed driver he would have cancelled my order. Sad part is that that the hash browns were completely uncooked, the toast was basically un-toasted (didnt even melt the butter) and there was something hard and crunchy (Guessing eggshell?) in the omelette. The breakfast sandwich and coffee were pretty good though. I will update on the next order, since everyone has terrible days at times and maybe I just hit the bad day jackpot lol.All I want is a breakfast spot that I can get delivery from. It is a P.I.T.A. to get my work truck and trailer into any place to pick up and this place was so good over 12 years ago when I was in NHS.
