Lucy is the best! She altered my wedding dress and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I needed it in under 10 days and she was very accommodating. My dress was shortened (it had a train), taken in at the waist, chest and shoulders, and she did the most beautiful bustle I’ve ever seen. Trust her advice! She’s a sweet Italian lady who studied fashion design in Italy and knows what she’s doing. She alters all my clothes now!

I needed sleeves done for a dress and a couple of other alteration and Lucky did a wonderful job she gives you her honest opinion and makes sure it’s done right!!

I just picked up two bridal dresses from I Do I Do. I have to tell you, the work that was done to both dresses is incredible. My dress had a hem (there was a train to my dress) and redid the top (it was literally falling off)...My daughters dress was a total redo from top to bottom-Lucy basically lifted the dress, reattached the dress, put the zipper back on, added an inch on each side of the dress, adjusted the strap that ran across the back, and redid the top as it was falling off my daughter. The dress looks exactly like mine (cant tell that it was basically redone)!!Lucy did this all in two weeks time-so affordable and honestly she should have charged me more....I highly recommend this place.

I brought a bridesmaid dress to I do I do. It arrived about 3 sizes too small. They measured and told me to go buy a similar fabric from a fabric store. When I brought the fabric back, the original dress was in about 12 pieces. I looked at the shreds and said this is either going to be perfect or a disaster... The final dress was Perfect!!! The work that went into making this dress work, I cant even imagine. She basically made an entire new dress to look exactly like it should, no one could tell a thing. She was fast, the price was very reasonable, and the dress was flawless. I highly highly recommend!!!!

Sweetest woman ever and does an amazing job. She turned a heavy, very long dress into a beautiful mermaid style. Everything I wanted. In a timely manner and great pricing.

Lucy worked on my wedding dress for months, based on previous reviews I trusted that she would do a good job, I was sadly mistaken. Not only did I have to take my dress to another seamstress who asked me who did this to my wedding gown but Lucy also claimed that I still owed her the entire cost of the alterations as if she has no record of the $240 I had already given her. She called me a thief and threatened to come to my place of work. Very disappointing! Brides find another seamstress or else you might find your dress destroyed and end up spending even more money and wasting more time.
