Retards at this store told me to buy this filter for my truck...tried to install it...was the wrong one...took it back and they told me to buzz off its not there problem... well with that being said I will never use this place again for all my work vehicles

Not the best time for me in the store yesterday. Had to wait 35 minutes to buy windshield wipers. I was one of two people in the store, so I had to wait while that person got serviced. I could have easily looked up the wiper numbers myself except there were no books regarding wiper size on the row. I was told finally that they did away with the wiper books because its easier to look them up on the computer. That didnt go over well obviously oh, because I could have had that information if they just had a book and it would have made my wait time even less.

I recently purchased a K&N product from store #06459. It was a purchase that Ive researched the prior of 2 days. I decided to pull the trigger and went to the store to pick it up. When I was checking out I realized their was some errors with their web site, and it was disappointing at first but Julio, the employee there, stepped up and straightened things out. Thanks again Julio, you made my day.

Had the correct headlights that I wanted. I had a $10.00 coupon from their rewards program and they had a $10.00 rebate. This made them a great value. The parts counter guy was friendly and offered help as soon as I walked in. I will use this store again because of this experience.

Helpful and friendly staff. Recommend ordering gwhay you need online if you already know exactly what you need because web orders are always 10-20% less than in-store purchases. Online orders are usually ready in 1/2 hr.

Gosh dang that front door. I need to learn how to use a door and read the signs. Bought some wipers. They asked what my phone number was, now I get texts from them everyday. Gosh dang it. I justed wanted wipers, and not join some marketing program.

I stopped here for a battery for my car. I came in the first night and realized the battery was very expensive, so the counter guy gave me a tip to get a discount to help. After going home, I realized my battery was actually an Autocraft Gold from Advance and it was still under its 3 year warranty. I went there the next morning and the guy traded batteries with me with no questions asked. The experience was quite good and Ill recommend this store to others.

Had them order me a widow motor for my drivers side. I repeated it twice so they would get it right. They charged me $156 for the part. I tore my door panel apart and went to put the new motor in and discovered they gave me the motor for the passenger side. When I returned it they didnt even apologize they just asked if I wanted to order another one. I said no and I would order from Amazon. I bought the right one from Amazon for $47. I was very disappointed in my transaction with them.

The store had the items I was looking for, however, the only person willing to help me locate the items was an older gentleman. The two obviously younger male and female associates just sat behind the desk. The older guy was helping everyone!

Battery was dead about 2 miles from Advance Auto Parts. Call them to see if they would deliver a battery to the hotel were we where staying. They did not deliver but they know a guy that might come out and help us. They made a call for us. Their guy got us going and we followed them to Advance Auto where we purchased a new battery. Thank you for going the extra mile to help us get back onto the road. Do not know the two guys name or company they work for to give them a Big Thank You to.

The staff are helpful and you can borrow/ rent tools here is a great deal. Just be ready to keep you packaging from anything you buy and install like wiper blades because there is no trash can outside after you put your new product on your vehicle.

I learned that you should have the VIN # to get the right part
