I was trying to study here but the place is run by a bunch of roundy highschoolers. After 6:30 they switched the music to rap including crank tjat by Soulja boy. They had friends behind the counter making drinks and ignored the fact tjat there were still customers there! Idk who the manager was but one of the employees named Érica was on the standing on tables and the counter in a completely unsanitary fashion. They were playing with the headsets like they were walkie talkies and had non-staff wearing them. Idk why there was no supervisor present. I was very disgusted. The environment was trash bc the employees were so inconsiderate and rude being noisy and unprofessional. Do not go here to study or get stuff done!

They always are super friendly when I come in every morning as of last week. The barista made my drink slightly wrong and I told her its fine, she apologized. Today I made sure to ask for it accurately because of the minor mistake yesterday. The manager was SO SWEET, and she gave me a FREE TRENTA SIZE MADE PERFECTLY! I LOVE THIS LOCATION OVER ANY OTHER IVE BEEN TO! THANK YOU😌

I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch, its basically a caramel frappe but a lot sweeter. In comparison to other Starbucks locations, the frappes here in my experience taste like water, the actual frappe itself. The whipped cream, caramel and everything else are just fine. Ive noticed a little bit more ice than usual, I feel this thin layer of ice in the frappe drinking it. Theres not much of the frappe its self, it consist of a good amount of whip cream and caramel, but the frappe itself is borderline tasteless. Maybe Im getting unlucky with the times Ive come here, Ive came her multiple times. A family member can come home to give me a frappe, an Id know exactly where it came from. I apologize, and didnt mean to be this harsh on the frappes, everything else is fine and how youd expect. Its just a lot more ice than usual.

Love this place! They almost never get anything wrong and they are also usually pretty fast too.

I asked for VERY light ice, got enough ice to choke an Eskimo. Instead of 16oz of drink I got 4oz. This is why you just say no ice and add a few cubes from the gas station across the street.

Great service! I have visited this location a handful of times and the staff is always friendly. Drinks are always good and the wait time is never unreasonable like some locations.

My order was simple, venti, blonde coffee, sweet cream. Paid but got a grande. Thats a 4 ounce difference. Not cool

They close early every day. 2 “kids” ran in back when I tried to come in before 7 pm. Will not be returning to this location I would love the store manager to call me

The hours are inconsistent and what feels like are made up. Some days they’re open at 6 AM, others 8 AM, sometimes 10 AM. How can you expect to keep customers if they never know when you’re open? I’ll reside at a different location from now on.

I have been going to this Starbucks location for about a year now and I have no complaints!The store is ALWAYS clean. The service is friendly and quick. They have never messed up any of my drinks, unlike a couple of other Starbucks locations. I highly recommend this location for your caffeine needs!

This is a very busy Starbucks - they always seem short handed on staff which makes the drive through line exceptionally long... waiting 25 minutes in the drive through is quite excessive.

Great as always I always enjoy the green tea matcha lattes those are excellent. Always really friendly staff they always make you feel comfortable and like youve been coming there for the last hundred years. Good atmosphere not real quiet Depending on time of the day so for me it wouldnt be a spot where I could sit down and relax in a quiet place unless theres no one in there whoever all is an excellent place to visit great coffee great lattes if you have a caffeine addiction this is the best place to go.

I went to get a latte at Starbucks this morning before work (I am in the Army) and as I was handing my debit card to the woman in the drive thru window, she said that she bought my coffee. She then proceeded to ask me how my morning was and where I worked. Come to find out, her father was in the Air Force! What a kind and generous woman. I went through at about 7:35 am this morning and the woman who served me had dark brown hair and a medium complexion, she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service and respect and awareness for others. Amazing! A coffee may just be a coffee but the fact that she was so willing to pay it forward and I something kind meant the world. Thank you, Starbucks has impressed me once again. 😁

I stopped by to get a peppermint hot chocolate only to find out they have no peppermint, despite their menu board advertising at least 5 peppermint drinks. How about putting a sign up stating that to minimize customer dissatisfaction. That’s not asking a lot.

I have gone to this location twice this week in the afternoon and the service has been terrible. Today I watched my finished drink be placed on the counter then the window server walked away. The barista actually making drinks was super busy, then another barista was just walking around. I will go to a different location since the people here are just clueless about service.

They miss 2 items on my order +No forks or spoons.

Im not even a big fan of Starbucks but my wife loves her daily iced mocha. The staff at this Starbucks is the most friendly Ive ever met. They know my orders, greet me by name, and always have a puppicino ready for my puppy Bandit. If you dont like coffee or Starbucks, still stop by for something cause the people there are worth the visit. Picture is my puppy ready for his coffee on his bday.

Ordered a smoothie, and it tasted good, but was so thin, it was like having milk with a fruit syrup poured into it. I had gone through the drive-thru, and wasnt able to go back for a fixer upper, or my money back. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Pretty high price to pay for something like that!!! ☹️

This location is always on point with my complicated order, staff is all friendly and pleasant, and the facility is always super clean. This is the closest and most convenient Starbucks to go to on my way to work. 9 times out of 10 they’re sold out of what ever drink I want to order by 2pm when I leave for work. Today is the last time I will attempt to go to this location. Why advertise new drinks if you don’t have the ingredients and then offer other substitute drinks and are out of those ingredients as well. Makes no sense. The few times I have gotten a drink that I wanted it was made incorrectly or the cup wasn’t filled up to the brim. I’m usually not one to fuss but when you pay $5+ for a drink it should be made to the standard.

Had the chai tea was as always excellent. Would recommend it

One of the cool places where you can get a nice cup of a premium coffee drink for about five bucks. And with that five bucks, you get great service, a place to relax, free Wifi, and an opportunity to meet new and interesting people (ignore if you use the drive thru). OK, Im still at odds about the $5 cup of premium Joe, but it is a nice place to chill and get your daily caffeine.

Kind of disappointed in the staff here. Never really had any issues before, but I just started keto and put a lot of thought into marking a keto order so that I could stay on keto while still having my order. The lady went ahead and put the wrong ingredient after I paid extra for keto friendly ingredients. Very disappointed by that especially after spending $6.50 on a drink.

Coffee was ok not a fan of the server. Would prefer great customer service when paying $5 for a coffee.

I enjoy my morning Starbucks. I have been going to this location every morning on my way to work for years. Around December there began to be longer lines in the morning . I assumed it was the Christmas season. It is now late February and the morning lines are ridiculous. Twice last month I was late due to the fact once you are closer in line you cant pull out . I waited 21 minutes one day and 19 the next time . About two weeks ago the line was about 14 cars deep . I parked and went inside . The women in line had a gift card and was trying to use it up after 11 minutes I decided to leave. They had one register open. I ran to Speedway across the street that day just for any kind of coffee. Surprisingly it was very good coffee. I stop there every morning now . I am in and out in 5 minutes and it is 1/3 the price. I know the employees are working hard. If managment cut back on staff to save money it is costing you customers.

I Like this Starbucks while visiting the area for work, they are always Friendly and fast and make the drinks right. Typical that they are busy in the morning before 8, but rarely a line of more than 3 or 4 people inside.

I stop at this location 4-5 days a week to get such a simple order, a pike coffee with 2%. 75% of the time they forget the milk. I dont understand how such a simple order is messed up so often. Having to drive 45 minutes to work, i really dont want to go back.

Friendly staff and a clean and simi roomy place. There are a lot of power plugs around the place. Seems to have a stable Internet access. I can vpn in to work with little to no issues at all, very big plus for me.

I have lived near this starbucks for 3 years so if I want coffee this is the place I go to. Majority of the time they dont have the items we order. Or they run out of milk and essential items. Its getting ridiculous now. Whoever is managing this Starbucks is doing a horrible job. Theres a Dunkin Donuts right next to it which I will have to start going to now. If you want to save your time and energy you should do the same.

Very slow service in drive through, baristas have a very hard time with accuracy of drinks, what you ask for is probably not what will be in the cup. Poor management, poor barista friendliness. Decline over the last 5 years. Target location across street or the ryan road or 27th street locations in franklin far superior for fast service and friendly attitudes.
