Even better the manger James and his team makes sure you feel comfortable and is very informative on everything and anything that you need or may want to know. Their presence is so kind and full of humor. Such positive energy you wouldn’t feel like any place is better;)

Nice clean building, love the fact that when I reserved my storage space they returned with a phone call if there were any questions. The managers Amy and James were professional and friendly and they put my mind at ease. And you can change the size of youre storage at any time if need be. I like the wide elevator to get to the second floor where my storage space is. I highly recommend this place. Amy and James will make your experience here great.

My husband and I were looking for a new storage unit. I wrote down 3 on a list and we went on a mission. We stopped here first... and that was it. This place is amazing. Before we even saw the units, the lovely lady at the counter, Amy, greeted us in the most polite and friendly manner. She showed us around. She didn’t try to pressure us into a unit we didn’t want. It was perfect. On move in day, we were met by Amy and James. It never felt like they saw us as just another number. They we so upbeat and easy to talk to. The storage facility itself is so clean. I mean, like clean clean. It has everything, temp control so your items won’t freeze, super secure access, cameras (which is a huge plus for us!) and a super clean restroom just in case you need it. I subconsciously kept mentioning how I couldn’t believe how great this place is. I will tell you this... if you can help it, try not moving things there or out on the last weekend of any month. It’s definitely a busy time. Other than that, this place is perfect.

The staff was always so knowledgeable and friendly. They had answers to all my questions and made it a point to reach out before payment dates and to check in to make sure everything was going well with our experience. The website was a little confusing as your reservation starts the day you make it not the date you set but that wasn’t a problem once I spoke with staff.

The customer service was outstanding! I have never had a storage facility call me immediately after I reserved a unit and ask if I had any additional questions about the storage unit. The general manager, James, was courteous and professional. He ensured I had all information needed. He is an excellent representative for your organization. The facility is immaculate and secure. I love that there is a garage area that you can drive into during inclement weather. Great job with this facility and staff! I will highly recommend this organization and location to others needing a storage facility.

Tried to do a move in online. When the day came to pay and move in the confirmation number didnt work. I called the store and no answer. Left a message and no return call. Called the next day and was told I missed my day and the price had gone up.

Having never used a storage unit, I was expecting this to be a draining experience. Was I ever wrong! James at the Oak Creek CubeSmart location was thorough, and so helpful in picking out a size for my storage needs and just made the whole experience easy peasy. And what a great space! Several options, affordable insurance for my items, month to month... its perfect. Beautiful space. Could not have worked out any better, thank you!!

Well I’ve got to storage is there one for my car and one for my personal items so far so good it’s a little on the high side money wise but it’s well taken care of and everything secure so I would recommend it to almost everybody if you want your stuff to be in a secured clean facility and the people that work there are fantastic

Recently rented a unit at CubeSmart. The manager, James, went out of his way to help me when I had a problem getting into my unit after office hours. I highly recommend CubeSmart and cant say enough about the manager!

Yestetrday, we needed a storage unit for company. Walked right into cube smart and spoke with James. Not 10 mins later walked out the door with keys to a well priced storage unit. Very fast and proffesional. I would recommend this location to anyone.
