Absolutely horrible service, I called for a quote for my windshield and gasket on my classic truck. Then I decided to just go ahead with replacing all the windows and gaskets. I asked if there was a bundle for the price, was told she would call me back. Which she did, I agreed on the price. We proceed with an appointment, tech arrived, he stated I didnt order the gaskets. Which is absolutely ridiculous, of course i want new gaskets for the new windows. (The old ones are cracked).When Omar the technician left, he told my wife that he wasnt doing the job because I didnt want to order the gaskets, because I didnt want to pay more then the set price! First and foremost, I didnt set that price! Gerber Collision did, Im restoring my classic vehicle. How can Omar dictate what Im willing to spend? For the record, his conversation is recorded on my doorbell.Then, someone from the office calls me and states that the girl that placed my order was new and didnt know what i needed. When i clearly gave her the year make and model along with the vin. Of course, Im going to want new gaskets!Im extremely disappointed with Gerber Collision, save yourself the trouble and stay away!

I was recently in an accident & my insurance company is a partner with Gerber so I went with them for the convenience of it being close to home, didn’t know much about the business until now ! Their work was amazing ! Very very professional, called multiple times with updates & thoroughly explained everything to me. My car was done sooner than expected which was even better ! The GM is a great guy, easy to talk to & very thorough with everything. I will definitely be taking my car back to Gerber if need be !

My car was literally in an accident while parked on the street. A person backed into my car and damaged the front. I tried a closer location, but they were booked. They took me in, gave me an estimate, were very friendly ... you know, real customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Recently I had to take my moms car in for repairs due to a fender bender and the car looks great and Stefanie and Crystal were so nice that it made it so much easier, but I want to make a special mention to the General Manager Kristopher, he really went above and beyond than what I would have expected. When I dropped off the car I was kind of in a hurry and rather than wait for Enterprise to pick me up he offered to give me a ride there instead. When we got there he told me that he would wait to make sure I got the rental and thankfully he did! There was an issue with my debit card and I couldnt get the rental so he offered to drive me home to get my other card and then back to Enterprise and he did so too. I never would have expected that! They have some incredible employees at this location and I highly recommend them for all repairs! Thank you again so much for your generosity and for the great customer service!

I was so pleased with this shop! I dealt with 2 estimators, the GM, and the woman at the front desk and all of them were very friendly. My car was finished the next day when it was projected to be done in 4. I had a few hiccups (my fault) and they were as accommodating as they could be. I also had a large selection of time slots for an appointment all 3 times I needed one. My car was spotless inside when it was returned which was a great surprise. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter was in a predicament - it was freezing cold outside and her driver side window went down but wouldnt go up all the way. She has a baby and both her and I were worried about her and the baby getting sick from having the window not closed all the way. This happened last night so I called first thing this morning at Gerber Collision & Glass. They quoted me a price for labor and they immediately fit my daughter in for an appointment. Not only did they fix the problem, they were extremely friendly to my daughter and she was in and out of there within one hour with the price they charged that she was quoted. I would definitely recommend this facility to others and I want to thank everyone at this facility for being so courteous and for not taking advantage of my daughter in a crisis.

I got into an accident and the insurance company sent me here. They were super helpful and genuine! Anna at the front desk was great, and so was everyone else. They had me in an out in minutes and called Enterprise to come pick me up. Im sure their work is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was great. Not only did they do a great job on repairing my vehicle after my accident. When I called them about an issue I had with my windshield leaking, they were very receptive and scheduled an appointment around my schedule. The issue was was corrected little inconvenience to me and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

If I could give no stars I would. I tried to make an online appt for Tuesday. Called Tuesday to confirm and was told that the online doesnt know if there was an available openings. So I made an appointment for today Friday the 8th. I was sent an email confirming my appointment and that I would get a call on Friday morning to let me know when to bring in my car. Which I thought was weird. Then I called them friday morning around 830 to ask about a time so I can make sure I have time for other things I needed to do. They told me they will call me back shortly. I waited until 10 am and still no call. I called back and they said my car would be next but they are still working on a car. But I would be called shortly with a time. Now its almost 4pm. And still no call. Is this how you conduct business? The shop closes at 5pm. Worst professionalism I have ever seen.

Great customer service and repair! I was referred to Collision Revision by State Farm when I got in an accident, which made this whole process even more convenient because they handled the insurance claim as well, so the whole thing was very hassle-free. They sent a tow truck to pick up the car the next day, and even though it was right around Christmas time, the whole repair took less than three weeks. They called twice a week to give status updates on the repair, which was a nice reassurance that everything was going as it should. The car looks great now, as they replaced the bent-up parts and even blended in the paint so the body panels arent mis-matched. They were very friendly, so they made an experience like getting in an accident as pleasant as it can be. A+!

Windshield replaced poorly the first time, and though they agreed the warranty would cover sending someone back out to fix the bad job, the assigned technician said he didnt know I was on his schedule for the day and never came.
