From the moment I made the appointment to drop the car off, they were over the top amazing. I did not have to call to check on the status, the shop kept me informed as to where they were in the repair process. The office staff was courteous and helpful. Body repair and painter was over the top amazing! No fuss with returning my rental car, everything was done and very well organized. The ship handled everything and I did not gave to do anything. Very easy process.
Although unfortunately there are times we have to get body work done on our cars, Service King is always professional and do a fantastic job. They even clean the interior (and of course wash the car) when complete. Will always be my go to place. Doesnt hurt either that they are 1/2 mile from my house!

2015 Nissan Armada Platinum Rear end damage. Frame smashed, quarter panel bent, bumper cracked, tail light destroyed!Hands down - THE BEST place to go for collision repair. After leaving there - it looks like nothing ever happened to my truck.I walked in and asked for a quote and Alexis Santana assisted me from beginning to end. This shop could not have been kinder to my parents. They could have taken advantage of an elderly couple, instead, they were treated with respect. This shop was able to service the car immediately and they did not charge for the repair! They simply wished my parents a happy Easter and sent them on their way. I will come back to this shop when I need service done on my car. This is a trustworthy establishment that I want to support.

I honestly never take the time to write a review, but if I would have read an experience like the one I had at this location prior to taking my car in, maybe I would not be in this situation.I took my car into this location after being in a hit and run on Thanksgiving Day. At first, everyone was very accommodating, and everything seemed great. They gave me a two and a half week estimate for fixing my car. After telling them that I was quoted a week max everywhere else, they explained they rather under promise and over delivery and didn’t expect for the repair time to be that long. Since my insurance guaranteed full coverage, I agreed. My Representative/Case Manager was great in filling me in and keeping me updated while my car was in the shop. It took them about a week and a half to complete the work, as they do not have technicians on the weekends and are only open until noon on Saturdays, which I was fine with.When I received the call that my vehicle was ready, I told them I worked a 9- 5, M-F in the city and due to traffic, it would be difficult to make it before they close. I called them twice on my way to pick up my car updating them on my location and explained I would be there right at close. I explained that my ETA read 6:00pm. The receptionist told me they cannot stay open any later and that they needed me to pick up my car on time. I asked if she minded staying open an extra 5 minutes. She refused and claimed that if I don’t pick up my car I would be charged extra.I was able to arrive 5 minutes before closing. I paid and was handed the keys. As I got in the car to review their work, they had closed the shop, turned the lights off and locked the doors. While still in their parking lot I noticed my turning signal was not working, my car was filthy, and my interior door was damaged. Later that night I found several tools stuck in my leather seats.I followed up the next day explaining what happened. They apologized and asked me to bring my vehicle back in. They explained that they disconnected the turning signal and forgot to plug it back in and claimed that in a few days they would fix my door.My car was taken in on November 25, 2017. They have yet to fix it. Every time I call they are apologetic and give me the run around. The Store Manager Luis called me apologizing saying he admitted dropping the ball and expressed he would reach out within a week to notify me of when to take in my car. I have been more then patient after paying them thousands.DO NOT take your car to this location if you want quality service. TRUST ME.
UPDATE 5/17/20As I was able to make a complaint for unsatisfactory work, I can also give credit and praise for a great job. I apologize this has taken me so long to write an update but I have personal issues that interfered with an earlier reply.After my complaint below, the Service King General Manager, Michelle, reached out to me in a very professional manner. Michelle apologized for the service provided to me and asked me for an opportunity to right the wrong; I agreed and Michelle and her team did just that.I returned my car to the facility and within 2 days they had addressed the issues from the first experience. However when I returned to get my vehicle there were still some imperfections. When Michelle was made aware of this, she again apologized but mad arrangements to address the issues at my convenience and at my home. Michelle and her team have addressed my issues, and more than met my expectations. Within a few days I brought my car to the service king facility for repairs, even though I had heard mixed reviews, I decided to make an appointment that fit my schedule.Upon arriving to retrieve my car I did an inspection and found damage to the rear of my vehicle. To be more specific, the rear bumper between the rear driver side to mid trunk had large scratches and chipped paint as if something had run down the bumper.When this was identified the agent began to state that he just performed an inspection of the vehicle and the damage wasn’t present. We even looked at the intake photos which showed no damage, but moments later the rep began trying to shift blame that I had caused the damage, even though we had just reviewed the photos. I was angered, and after further discussion the representative apologized and took the car back in to the shop.Some days later, the repair was done, I again returned and picked up my car. This time however I only walked the bumper area that was repaired as I was distracted in conversation with the representative as he pointed out how they had did such a good job had been done, pointing out the front of vehicle and the rear end, I accepted the vehicle and drove straight home.Once I returned home I took another look around and found an area directly beneath the passenger door handle had been keyed in a 1” x 1” square, scratched up and down, side to side, deep to the base material; clearly intentional! This damage was not there when my car was given to shop, when photo, or during any previousvinspection. However when I got home 30 minutes later I found this damage.Immediately I knew this had occurred at this shop, and really feel it was done intentionally. I went there for a repair do to someone elses poor driving, had my car fixed, and yet still have damage to my car when there was none until I was hit and had work at this facility. I got a small part painted the size was 2inches by 2inches. And i asked the representative if the paint job was guaranteed and said yes however the paint was off and they charged me 90 dollars for it then they said they were going to re do it. never did so their work is not guaranteed like they claim and their expensive for nothing. I could of been satisfied if they would of charged me 30 dollars for that small piece if i could i would give them 0 stars

Progressive used this as their preferred choice. Horrible Horrible place. First off I have a Wrangler that was damaged. I had to continue to call up there to even see what was going to be covered. I told them that one of the freedom panels were damaged but they decided not to replace it. They ordered a new hard top, replaced the side panel and also had to replace a taillight. When I went to pick my vehicle up it had three screws instead of 4, and the taillight was crooked. My jeep WAS DIRTY, PAINT DUST all on the seats. Greasy hand marks all on the panels. They added a screw and straightened the light. But I told them that there was a wind noise coming from the jeep so EVIDENTLY something wasnt sealed correctly. They said that they didnt know where the noise was coming from but I could leave it again. Mind you they had my vehicle for three weeks. They said they tightened everything and it was good to go. We went for a ride and there the noise was. So why tell me it was gone? Frustrated I left.It rained outside for the last few days and INSIDE my JEEP AS WELL. The panel that they said wasnt damaged in the accident that they refused to replace was the reason for the leak in my jeep. SO AFTER RAISING HELL they are changing the panel. Hopefully when I get it back the issue will be rectified. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE AND WILL WARN EVERYONE TO CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE> ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A JEEP!!!!!HORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE!!!!!!

My insurance company recommended service king but the location that was closest to me was this one in oak forest and I didnt have a good experience with thi location ..They are real nice and polite at first and are fast at doing the work ... that have to do why they dont provide good quality ..They took in car in and gave me a two weeks estimate to get fixed they do a great job at keeping you posted of progress . in less then a week i got a call the car was ready for pick up .showed what had been fixed .. my wife drove car home noticed the radio, gps and satellite was not working . when i got home i check it out also notice a big scratcher on the hood lip that was not the before and called them was told to brimg in the next day to check . told them about the hood and gave what i belive was a very stupid excuse about it been done by rocks on road they had broken the antena cable .They finally got the part in so i took it back for them to install . next day they called it was ready for pick up .. guy just hand me the keys reaching over the desk and said if you notice anything else call in ... floor was dirty from fine dust in the shop, panel that got replaced is sticking about 3/16 more then the other side and give having to drop and pick up the car several time

Came in with no airbag lights.Came out with airbag lights onI tried to show pictures that before leaving a car at their place that there was no airbag lights on dashboard. and they didn’t even look at them and they were telling me that it was already on when I came in. Now saying bring car back we will go to dealer to check it out.Forget it. Never leaving my car at this shop ever again.

I brought I. my 2013 Rav 4 with 18K miles. It had a about 7 s scratches that reached the metal. They gave me an estimate of about $1600. They offered me no alternatives for the repair. I took it to an independent who charged me $125!! Rip off chain. Stay away!!!!!
I brought in my 98 Trans Am to have the hood repainted and some other parts of the car repaint like mirror, front bumper,etc they gave me a price I agreed I brought it in on Monday like they told me and got a text on my phone saying they started working on my car on tuesday and then later that tuesday I got a call telling me that dont know how to paint my car and to come and pick it up. The truth is they dont want to do the work cause they rather just make more money off of insurance work then non insurance work very sad,wasted my time with them.If they run there business being money hungry and not putting the customer 1st what good are they. I dont like them now. And if I get insurance work I will not use them because of this incident.

Melo made up one thing and they damaged it, they loosened the transmission sensor when they made it up to me, I took it to the service, I didnt have a transmission seat and there they told me what they had to do with service king.
