My experience with in this store was great very helpful phone knowledge great customer service by Alex and very polite. 10/10 will be coming back here they have good deal on phone exactly what I was looking for!!

Edit:Was contacted by an employee who rectified the situation. I am giving another star solely because that employee made the situation right. I hope in the future all employees will treat their customers with fairness.Original post:DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. long story short I bought a comcast internet router here for 100$ and it didnt work and I cant install it at my house even though they told me I would be able to. The receipt says specifically on it I may return the device within 7 days. When I tried to return it the cashier refused to give me my money back and claimed you cant return devices here, even though I have a receipt that says I can. The manager refused to come talk to me. If the manager sees this, I fully intend on pursuing legal action because this is bad business and you have stolen from me. Contact me and refund my money and I may consider not taking legal action.

I have been a loyal customer of boost for a vary long time. On Sat April 10. 2021 walk into boost store upgraded my phone and service plan for 35.00 dollar 10 gp plan. Store itself set to 35 to 3 gb. When I check my account only 3gp went to store Next day Store said that I can only change it now until my next auto reboots day or pay another 35 to reset. Which my sales receipt says 35.00 10 gp am so disappointed in boost customer service .

Came into the store recently with money in had to get a phone. Didnt want to help me get a phone so went somewhere else to get one. If i could give you no stars i would. Your customer service sucks
