Sofia never fails to provide me with quality customer service and a good laugh! She is always honest when referring me to the best phone and plan. She makes sure all of my contacts, pictures, videos, etc transfer to my new phone before I walk out. She goes above and beyond what I ask of her and makes the experience so easy and fun. She is seriously a delight to talk to and is great with multitasking. If you have kids she knows how to entertain them while still managing to get everything done as fast as she can. She will blow them up balloons and will let them play around the store as long as they don’t destroy anything. I have also seen how patient and kind she is to her elderly customers. She always takes the time to answer all of their questions and helps them navigate through their phones. Service and a personality like hers is hard to come across, 100% recommend this location. Excellent company to subscribe with, havent had issues with them so far.One thing I do recommend, think of adapting the Middle East telephone companies policies.You will still make a lot of money.

First time walking into this store and was immediately welcomed. I met with the store manager Sophia who greeted me with warm great hospitality and was able to get me a great deal on a phone I really wanted. The assistant Drew was also superb! I just got a new phone at metro pcs and it was the best experience I have ever had getting a phone. They were unbelievably helpful. She walked me through everything and how everything works. My last time getting stuff at metro was so awful I never wanted to go back not just to the store but have metro as my provider. This was such a great experience I will come back for everything to this store. They couldnt help you enough and they actually wanted to help you. It was the first time Im leaving the phone store actually knowing how to use my phone and knowing about what I just bought. I will be back to the store on 159 in oak forest best place Ive ever been. I hate to say it, but Ive had a lot of problems dealing with this provider. From the dropped calls, to the horrible cell phones I bought, to the horrible insurance I pay for which offered nearly no help at all when my phone stopped working properly and no one seemed to be able to help me Port my contacts from the old phone on to the replacement phone. Will be going elsewhere as soon as possible.
