Id give it negative 5 stars if I could. Asked for 3 scoops of ice cream in a cup. Received a scoop and a half at best. Go down the road to Alsip at about 12150 S. Cicero for accurate portions. Maybe these teens are stock holders at Oak Lawn store.

This is my favorite place ever, always loaded with toppings and super fast service.

Was good location, key WAS. The last 6 attempts to get dairy free gas to gone well, at all for that matter. First time they happened to be cleaning the machine not sure what machine but assumed innocence. Each time after that they havent had dairy free in stock. We wont be back...Good customer service, a little slow inside but drive thru was moving. I came inside to be slow anyway so worked out lol. Ice cream for the family and everyone was happy. Just over $20 for 5 of us. We come here once and awhile as they are on of the few places who serve dairy free options, currently this place had 3 I think. A new flavor was recently added I heard.

Good selection of flavors for ice cream. Sundaes are great for under $5. friendly, happy staff.

There were four people in the drive thru leaving one person to work the front. The young lady seemed overwhelmed and no one was helping her. My time spent in there was unnecessary.

Went there at 8:50 pm and they were not serving any Baskin Robbins products! ReallyIt’s a little too early for some cleaning

This place is a joke, not sure why its baskin- robbins to begin with. With several attempts in the past 2 weeks and they have no baskin-robbins products. No ice cream nothing. But the one in worth is fully functional. So I recommend going there. Horrible..

Decided to come here because they finally added vegan ice cream to the menu. I had a chocolate vegan milkshake with almond milk which was amazing. This is now my late night go to place when I want a treat! 🍦

Just went there with my family, we had to go through the drive through since the inside was closed and asked the girl if she could give us some flavors because my daughter didn’t know what she wanted. The girl replied we have “32 flavors” so we named some flavors off if they had them and she said no... then she got mad at me when I asked if they had Cotten candy and yelled back in an snotty attitude “no we don’t have that”. I was so disappointed that they couldn’t give us a better service and she very disrespectful, we ended up going to Andy’s frozen custard where we always get service with a smile.

The food was delicious! Thay had everyone at least 6 feet apart!

I had a horrible experience here. I used to be a regular at this location, but it seems the staff truly dont care anymore.My wife and I went to this Dunkin donuts for the girl scout cookie flavored coffee. The guy working behind the counter had no idea what we were trying to order, despite it being on the giant sign behind him. His expression somehow said I dont know what Im doing, and I dont care, at the same time. He walked over to the other 3 people standing by the drive thru window, laughed with them for a few minutes, and then another girl came by and finally took our order.Please have fun at your job, thats important! But you still have to TRY and pretend you care about the customers.We were the only ones in the store, and it took about 15 minutes to get our coffee. Thankfully there are other coffee options nearby. The coffee was delicious, but the service was too terrible to accept.

Just left this location. Waited several minutes at counter for someone to take my order. Guy at drive thru window saw me but didn’t budge nor attempt to help me or get a coworker. So I turn and leave. White guy who showed up like a minute before I walked out suddenly has the attention of the guy who’s now stepped away from the drive thru window to help him at the counter. Currently stopping at another location.

This place is Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Wonderful and cordial staff. Although I went in for a Latte, they offered me a sample of Ice Cream delicious. Small inside but overall experience is great.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts all the time and the only thing I can say is that you should always use the drive-thru. Every time Ive gone inside its been terrible. Today I went with my brother and I asked for a medium hot latte and a medium cold latte. The girl behind the counter had no sense of customer service. And the rest of the staff didnt look so hot either. There was barely a greeting and no sense of urgency whatsoever. We were asked if we would mind waiting a few minutes for the machine to be clean and we both said no problem. We just sat down and talked. But after having waited probably a little under 10 minutes we finally got our orders and they were both completely wrong. Not just a little wrong, but completely wrong. The girl looked seriously confused and irritated that I clearly wanted different drinks. After waiting again for them to be corrected she then came to the counter and try to charge us again and for almost twice the amount. I told her she already charged us for the first drinks and that even the new Total was too high because of the special running. The girl clearly rang us up the first time and yet somehow forgot in that 15-minute span that she did. So she got two different employees to try to come over and look at the register to see if she had actually charged and I paid. Well the last employee was clearly frustrated and after a few attempts just gave up and told us that it was fine and to go ahead. It was still super irritating because not only did we have to deal with all of that mess but even the second drink that she made for me was wrong in that it contained things I did not want and that I mentioned I did not want the first time. If this was a one-off thing I would never write a review based on it. However, like I said, its every single time I go inside instead of the drive-thru. Their focus clearly is on moving the vehicle through the line quickly instead of providing customer service to the face-to-face individuals who decide to step in. And thats too bad.

The restaurant was somewhat clean. A little disappointed there. Otherwise, it was just like the other BRs with the exception of a wonderful and friendly staff!

They never have waffle cones. Very disappointing.

Super slow and under staffed. The team was lack luster. I only visit this dunkin because its around the corner from my house. Also a place like this shouldnt need a key to use the restroom.

Waited a really long time to get service, 2 people who arrived after me were serviced in front of me.Not sure if it was my pro police shirt or pro Trump hat.

I give 3 stars for the coffe and ice cream..but when it comes to service its ridiculous..we waited almost half an hour for a cup of coffe..and guess why!!because the employee over there forgot about us😒..standing there with five kids..waiting for their ice cream..she served them after 15 min of wating..i guess she was waiting/hoping that someone else will take her place or do her jop..oh i forgot to mention she served the people who came after us..funny ha..🤔
