The store had the items I needed, however the delivery department wasnt very friendly. It was cheap chicken Monday and the grilled chicken was out. I was told about 25-35 minutes. The wait was too long.

One my favorite all time stores. I would shop there all of time because of the location. Its convenient for me, however, the high prices are a detour. The fruits are awesome all of the time. Outstanding taste and Jewels always carries my products. They need to work on those prices. PLEASE!

Well stocked store you dont have buy bags for 7 cent like in Chicago. They have everything a d fresh too. Highly recommend

I have shopped at this local Jewel-Osco for more than 25 years. But I am now looking for a new grocery store so will probably switch to Marianos. This Jewel Osco has gone downhill so very badly over the past couple of years. They are so short staffed theres boxes piled up in Isles, there was only one person working at the deli and she told me that there might not be anybody working at the deli on Sunday because theyre so short staffed. The worst was the cooler where they can keep eggs butter cheese Etc. I wanted to get a dozen eggs but there was only about four or five packages left and every box was wet, almost falling apart with broken eggs inside and out and it was just left that way. Disgusting.

My order was delivered promptly by a very nice gentleman named Basil. I have been using this service for about a year and I love it.

Produce section is always overpriced and MOLDY.

Great selection of everything you need. Prices are pretty competitive so you are not overpaying. Only bad thing is that the checkout lines are usually long and slow moving.

Lamb cake from the bakery cost $16 and was very pretty but also pretty dry and tasteless. Will never buy another one again. Wasnt so great when I bought one last year but even worse this year. Stop with the lamb cajes Jewel bakery. They are awful.

This place has really changed. My guess is that management has used covid as an excuse for cutting costs by understaffing the registers. The lines are insane.

Nice store. Clean and organized. I dont visit often but when I do its pleasant. One of the few Jewels I go to when on that side of town.

The Jewel on 103rd & Cicero is close to me and convenient. The deli and bakery staff here are always helpful and patient. The store itself is much smaller than Marianos but well stocked and I can usually find everything I’m shopping for. I think the size of the store makes a quick stop for that one thing we run out of easier - in & out.

I lived on the Northside of Chicago & shopped at a few jewel markets. They all got one thing in common( HIGH PRICE ON EVERYTHING ) only difference this one at 103 & Cicero. Has a lot of old peopleIn the store at all times. They should rename oak lawn. To. ( old. Lawn )

Found everything I needed, I went to the register to find out that the fruit bowels were marked different 3 for $12.00 became an 3 for $27.00.I bought one.

Were very helpful. Were out of product, Spicy Ginger Soda, the 2 young ladies in the service department and floor attended offered to order and called me when came in.

Exceptional store! The managers and staff will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They helped me with my Jewel app because I couldn’t find an item, and they helped me claim my free items that I couldn’t find myself. The store is nice and organized and the food is fresh. CS is always helpful and profesional and help at self check out is always available . Lot of amazing deals especially in dairy and meat departments.

Bakery was very helpful and patient when I was ordering a cake.

The prices are ridiculous. The check out lines are long because they only have a couple cashiers open. Some of the isles are too tight, like by the coolers for milk.

First time at this one! The young lady baggers was very pleasant and polite.

Typical Jewel, clean orderly and staff willing to help. Except the deli and meat department. The older women always seem irritated that you have a question or want more than one item.

They carry the medicine my Dr had me grab it works in minutes it helped all of us no more sickness or symptoms

Easy store to find items, but this is a smaller store so they dont always have everything.

I love shopping here in the evening. It’s less crowded and cashiers are always helpful. Aisles are always well stocked and someone always asks if I need help.

Take my mom there only because its local and she doesnt want to go elsewhere. I used to just grab what we needed without giving it any thought but after seeing bread moldy in just a couple of days from purchase, pub burgers with the rotting smell just after a day or two and boxes of cereal that expired before the purchase date???I now have to inspect everything we buy... It might be time to convince her to spend a little more and go to the new store in town.. Jewel management is running this place down.

This is MY JEWEL-OSCO!! They have everything I need (Im picky, cost conscious but love certain organic and specialty import ingredients). The floral dept is great. I can definitely tell there is new mgmt...over the last few months, this store has gotten even better! Good job.
