We called Pattersons a few weeks ago to send someone out to see what was making out new Maytag refrigerator to start defrosting the bottom freezer. They sent someone out in about an hour! The technician said he would change the defrost cycle so the freezer would work correctly but just to be safe he would order a new defrost sensor. I was amazed at how caring and professional the people at the Oak ridge store conduct their businessThe technician said he would order a new defrost sensorWe received a call a couple weeks later and they came out to install the new part. Thank you Eric for your expertise. We feel very comfortable with Pattersons, a very honest place to do business.

After going to several places, I called Pattersons in Oak Ridge and WOW, I was so happy with the customer service. Brian was my sales rep, he absolutely took the best care of me! I already had an idea of the type of washing machine i wanted but he was able to really point me in the correct direction on brand and type. The price of the machine I bought was SO REASONABLE. I have to say thanks to Brian, Pattersons has gained a customer for life!THANK YOU BRIAN!

Most the employees are friendly and at least one is not. Dont know if the mask wearing is getting him down ? Overall a great business that we appreciate very much. We love our new refrigerator and will return to Pattersons for a stove I hope soon.

We needed a 30 Maytag refrigerator. The guys at Oakridge location were able to order just what we wanted and they beat everyone else in price. I wanted a dent free refrigerator, they gave white glove service! We will continue to shop Patterson. Thank you!!

Second time this week Ive received poor customer service at an appliance store. I called inquiring about Maytag washer and dryers and the guy that answered was nice but when I arrived, no one acknowledged my presence. Shout out to Conns for your hospitality and professionalism.

Dont be surprised to call and not get an answer. If the two people working there are busy with customers or paperwork they wont answer the phone. Their prices on appliances can be high but their sales are good.

Pattersons has the best service. We are always pleased and thankful with the service. Matt Arnold was our technician. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and prepared.

Much cheaper to order the parts online but youre paying for pro knowledge and advice. I will be back if I need to make repairs, as opposed to ordering online. Very friendly staff and the added bonus of buying local!

Really happy buying from Patterson’s, Oak Ridge especially. The Sales people know their appliances and the facts.The delivery, & install was superb, no hassle & very reasonable. Called ahead twice so I wasn’t sitting home all day.I have also used the service department, over the years. Their very competent, polite...on the phone & the workers.

Very polite and helpful staff. My stove died unexpectedly and they didnt give me any grief when I asked to come in nearly 10 minutes before closing time. They found my replacement part quickly and the price was very reasonable.

Our old stove element burned out as well as 2 stove top elements. We went to Home Depot thinking we could buy an affordable range and take it home in the truck. NOPE! They said nothing was in stock and it’d be a week before they could deliver!!! The Home Depot sales lady RECOMMENDED PATERSONS! We went by the oak ridge location and talked to Walter and he sold us a unit that would be delivered in 1 day!He knew the products they sold and told us info that Home Depot had no clue of!

Ordered a gas range, agreed on delivery date this week. They didnt deliver, didnt call, didnt do nothin. They didnt have the courtesy to notify us.I went to the store, photographed the invoice with delivery date written in. Said the appliance wasnt in, theyd call to see when. I told them Id cancel the order if they couldnt guarantee delivery this week. They called back, said no idea when it would come in. Cancelled the transaction.THERES A FRAUDULENT GAME going on in East Tennesee. Its not the traditional bait and switch- its a twist on it that I call bait and DUMP.Its not just an incident like this, its retail-industry wide. Ive not seen it in any of the other 5 States Ive done business in. It took us getting burned a couple times before I figured it out.(Ive been in the consumer appliance and electronics business for 15 years and know consumer protection laws...I ownhed and ran a small consumer repair shop.)The game here in TN is to hide behind the TN law that allows Consumers a 3 day period in which to cancel a transaction.When the item is not in stock, (and in this case they both KNEW it wasnt, and KNEW it wasnt available....) they wait till the 3 day period expires, then to hell with you. They wont notify you, DONT CARE IF YOU EVER COME BACK, THEY GOT THE MONEY.We got burned hard by La-Z Boy in Knoxville when they baited us, got caught lying about delivery then screwed us out of 1200 in furniture. We foolishly paid by check.When its credit card, the buyer is in charge....BEWARE. The State of TN could care less- they are totally on the side of the business.

I went to go get a stack kit for my washer and dryer they had it for $18 and super friendly and super nice whereas Home Depot was selling the same thing for 28 and I had to wait a week I highly a recommend this place

Employee appeared unhappy with job. I should have walked out when he was treating the guy in front of me like garbage. I use to buy from here, never again. This is the first time in my life I felt so uncomfortable and like a burden for needing to make a purchase. I left empty handed. Would rather order what I need and wait for it to ship than feel like that.
