Dr. Crump is an excellent Optometrist. They use state of the art diagnostic equipment and that is one of the reasons I initially start going there.

DO NOT GO HERE. UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.Someone I know went for an eye exam, knowing she was needing corrective lenses. She was told “we will check your vision, and go from there”. When she expressed she wanted contacts, they acted extremely out out, threw a pair at her and didn’t even check the fit. I have been to many different eye care professionals due to injuries and the need for correction, this is the bottom. I have no stake in this review, or this place. Horrible.

Through these difficult times with all the COVID-19 compliance requirements the staff at Oak Ride Vision Center has managed to maintain their professionalism with services while taking every precaution of safety with all of their customers.

Wonderful staff! I called to make a last minute appointment before a trip and Dr. Crump was able to see me in place of a cancellation. My glasses and contacts were ordered quickly and I am happy with my prescription. I’ll definitely return.

Christian & caring compassionate vision care here to be had by Dr. & all his staff members! Rachael has always warmly received & scheduled my appts. Elisabeth is such a patient test technician. Always a pleasure, Dr. Crump, has a pleasant, calming & patient personality & demeanor that carries thru the office with his staff members. He stays abreast of the latest advances in vision care, & is very watchful & diligent in staying on top of my glaucoma & evidence of any cataract progression. I was so happy to return to him after a recent major surgery prompted preliminary glaucoma laser surgery! No more drops! ;) ---- & Dr. Crump continues to monitor my glaucoma pressures ;) ;)! Melissa, the eyewear technician, is very knowledgeable with her longtime history of being on top-of-her game in advising & meeting the needs of balancing eyewear fashion & vision needs. She has been very helpful in offering tips to obtain the best vision solution for me, in a practical & economic manner by informing me of promotions. I have been going here for 5 yrs. now, & would highly recommend the Vision Center to anyone!

I was scammed out of my money. Tech people dont show any amount of transition glasses and they were not dark enough.After billing my insurance company they said that I still owe the same amount that was billed.Who do I report this to? Someone please help me and respond?
