I used to frequent this store at least twice a week for a quart. I happened to swing by the Turkey Creek store and order the same thing and realized they actually filled the tub up so i only needed 1 instead of two. I went earlier this week and they barely filled the tub up half way. On my most recent visit I politely asked if they could fill the tub up and offered to pay extra. The older cashier rudely responded she saying knew how to fill an ice cream tub up. (which clearly is not the case. ) And proceeded to make nasty faces through the window. I refused to give money to an establishment that is so openly rude, and exhibits childlike behavior to customers. I suggest they offer some customer service training. Sadly after looking over their reviews, I see this an everyday occurrence.I will be visiting the Knoxville location from now on.

Usually not a bad place, but last month we pulled up to drive through and not all of us knew what we wanted, we said we were not ready.. the lady working immediately asked if it was going to take us forever. We were a bit taken, but replied that we would be sure to be ready by the time she finished the car in front of us. She had a few more smart alec statements. Took my $ elsewhere.

Visited on 9/4/21. 2:45pm. No words to explain the nasty attitude of the employee in the drive thru! The people in front of us pulled out and left, then when we approached the intercom we were shocked at the employee taking our order! Now we know why they left. Hey owner of Baskin Robbins- your business will be gone in the blink of an eye if you continue to employ people like that. I know it’s hard to find workers but you may be better off closing if you have this kind of help. At least you could keep a positive image and people may come back when the worker shortage is over. We went across the street to Chick-fil-A

Tried to go through the drive-thru about 15 minutes before their supposed 10:00 closing time. The lady working asked what we wanted, and as soon as my husband said I would like a medium, she cut him off and said they closed at 8 and shes not making any more drinks - shell do scoops only. We wanted a milkshake so we left. Not sure why all the lights were on, the menu was lit up, and she was responding to the drive-thru if they had been closed for almost 2 hours or why Google says theyre open till 10 if theyre not. Regardless, she was super rude and it wasnt the first time weve had a bad experience in the drive-thru there.

I attempted to purchase approximately $60 of products through DoorDash. DoorDash calls and said the employee was very rude and states she does not honor DoorDash orders when she works. I called and employee was equally rude and states she knows how to run a tablet and that it shows store is closed. She cost your store approximately $100 in orders in a two day span because she chooses to do what parts of her job that she wants to do. Seems to be an ongoing problem, and I wonder how much money she costs your store?

Service was fantastic. The icream is always on point. Will be back again SOON! Erin was fantastic!!!!!

My husband, baby, and I decided to get some late night ice cream for Fathers Day unfortunately the lady in the drive true was rude, she kept saying NOPE in every flavor we asked for because they didnt have it. It was getting so annoying and upsetting when she started making other remarks. Would have been nice if she just told us which flavors they had left. Not coming back here again.

The worst place ever!!!! We went there at 9:45 on July 24, 2021. We were told that the place is closed when it was supposed to close at 10pm. When we asked “why was it closed already” we were told that they washed all the containers and when we said we drove all the way from Knoxville, and the lady behind the counter was rude to us and said “There’s a Baskin Robbins in Turkey creek as well” we replied to her that “it closes at 8pm and that’s the reason we decided to come here” She just slammed the drive thru window on us. Employees are so rude, they do not deserve to be work in a place that serves sweets and treats to families with kids. Management needs to step up and make necessary changes. I am recommending everyone I know to never to stop at Baskin Robbins in Oak Ridge! I just don’t understand why can’t I give a zero star here!

This place is so refreshing on a hot day like today. Went here and the service was very kind and sweet. They got a little busy and was training a new girl, so it took them a a few minutes to get our order. When they did... it was amazing. The restaurant was very clean and nice. The ice cream cakes looked amazing. It’s hard to choose what flavor to get.. they all Look so good. I finally went with the ole classic banana split! 🍌🍦🍰🎂🚨

Who doesn’t love Baskin Robbins?! And it was the first place I worked as a teenager in Virginia. Tonight, following back surgery, I really needed/wanted ice cream. After intubation it’s comforting. But …. On 7/9/21 at 8pm at Oak Ridge, TN location the employee refused to hand pack 4 quarts of ice cream (no prepackaged vanilla) for my door dash order and refused to give my Dasher her name (and was rude) so I could send in a complaint. Baskin Robbins gets 5-stars for your ice cream- always (!), but tonight gets 1-star for a lousy employee. You can do better. Disappointing customer service. Looks like the manager needs to make a change at this location.

As a customer:Definitely the worst Baskin Robbins Ive been too. The guy behind the counter was more interested in shadow boxing than serving us. After he realized we werent going to pay attention to his boxing, he finally greeted us. We asked if we could sample an ice cream and he said no. I definitely dont believe its a Covid 19 policy because otherwise he wouldve been wearing a mask. So we decided on a couple flavors we thought we might like. The ice cream scoops were already almost the consistency of a melting milk shake and dripping (almost pouring) down the sides of our cones. It wasnt even that cold. From now on, Freddys and Maybell have my buisness.As a delivery driver:I also drive for doordash and will not pick up orders from here. Theres always only one person working here even when its very busy. The order is never ready when I get there and Ive had rude experiences with employees.

Love the Oak Ridge store, they always have chocolate fudge and jamoca almond fudge in stock. Unfortunately I stopped in for a milkshake and the blenders were down, but my two scoops still went down nicely and I never had to leave my car thanks to their drive thru at this location.

Great desserts and ice cream, clean bathrooms, ornate and somewhat large interior for customer seating. However, some staff slack off a little by not cleaning tables, the floor, etc. Some staff can also be a little rude when asked for help or service. Usually though, most staff will keep the store cleaner and keep the friendly and kind vibe the store gives off. No matter the employees though, the food remains delicious, worth the drive, and somewhat clean.

We ordered banana splits and waited almost 10 minutes and it wasnt even made right.he asked if we wanted the regular toppings, I said yes I just wanted to change the ice cream flavors he Forgot the chocolate syrup and pineapples, whipped cream. It was the smallest banana split ever. I will stick to dairy Queen from now on. Worst service ever.

I work for door dash the last working was the only single employee there. She was very rude, and refused my customers order cause she was required to hand pack pints.

They can never get my order right the last two times I went here I’ve asked for something & ended up with the wrong thing I went two days ago I noticed my total wasn’t took off my card instantly which was fine I knew they would come back in charge it but here’s the thing I was charged for my total & somebody else’s ice cream which is not fair I will be reaching out to customer service for a refund…

They take way to long. It took them 35 mins just to make a small milkshake and get 2 scoops of ice cream in a bowl. There was 4 people in front of me and it took me an hour and half to get through the line. They need to either make their timing faster ot hire more help. And half the time they dont listen to how you tell them you want something done. Example i ask for a medium milkshake with the amount of milk they put in a small to make it thicker simple request but instead i get a milkshake so milky its almost soup and all you taste is milk.

The African American lady working the drive thru is extremely rude, not coming to this location anymore!

The African American female that works there is rude! She fails to display even the most bare minimum expectations of customer service. While I was in there, she began using vulgar language, and was calling customers dumb and illiterate. I will NEVER return.

Service was excellent! Selections were many, and OMG they now have Chocolate Praline!!! Went in for a birthday cake and came out with a beautiful spring design Birthday cake with Pralines and cream ice cream. Ive never seen the tremendous selections available at any other place. Cakes are priced reasonably for the amount of styling and quality. They have a drive thru as well if you dont need to go in, and Covid precautions are in place. Lots of parking available and the drive through was busy but fast. Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely worst experiance of my life. I work for door dash and was trying to pick up and order for one of my customers. The lady literally started screaming at me and told me that she does not have time for these d**n order right now. There was 3 cars in the drive thru when I walked in very very rude lady for sure. Lady on April 4th 2021 at 6pm really needs to lose her job if she is going to talk to people like that.

Lots of new sweet treats to eat. The daquiri ice is one of my favorites! I find some of the ice creams too sweet though. Thats just my opinion 😻

If you want poor costumer service, and cockroaches with your ice-cream you should go here. Let me tell you that those things are EVERYWHERE, my girlfriend and I saw at least 15 while waiting in line. Not only do they have bugs, but the tables are absolutely disgusting. Employees NEVER wear gloves, and they are all just rude. I think the only nice thing about this place is the ice cream! Only if you buy it in a prepackaged quart though. You DO NOT want to go here, it is unclean and infested with bugs.

This place has a lot of flavors that you cant get elsewhere in Oak Ridge and a drive through line thats always fast.

I Had a horrible experience Im a big stranger things fan so I wanted to come in and get one of the stranger things themed Icecream i ordered an elevens heaven and it was nothing like what was shown on the website. My aunt ordered the demogorgan sundae and it was also nothing like what was shown on the website. The two girls that were working then seemed very confused and quite frankly rude. Very disappointed. The lady in the drive thru 10/31 was very rude and has 0 customer service skills. She makes you feel rushed and will not let you get out your order without interrupting you.

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream but everytime we come here the order is always wrong. This is the third time in a row the order has been incorrect. They either over charge for toppings or you pay for them and they leave them off. I would suggest going some where else.

Understaffed, not Covid-19 compliant, no masks, no gloves, hands touching cones and money. I do not plan to return anytime soon

I’ve been here several times quickly with no issues. The young people that work in there are very respectful and I like being able to just go through and chill happily with my ice cream 🍦

No samples they said it was due to COVID but they did not appear to be using masks or gloves. And I asked how passing me a disposable spoon of icecream was different from filling up a cup or cones with no extra protection and handing it to me. They did not have an answer. If I am going to buy it without knowing what it tasted like Ill go to the grocery store and buy a half gallon for less.

Always a cant miss stop for a cool treat! I appreciated that they were fully-functioning, with both take-out and sit-down facilities available.

The wait was just horrible through the drive thru. The lady taking my order kept interrupting and then repeating it back wrong. Get to pay and got my order and it was all correct, but my milkshake was like water. Im just stick with making the drive to Clinton to go to the Chunky Monkey.

Ordered a custom cake by phone. They did a great job! They were polite when ordering and picking it up. We got better service, a much more talented cake decorator, and customer service here than we usually do at the Knoxville location. We will order cakes at the Oak Ridge store from now on. Thank you!

I had a beautiful fr piece of plastic in my Ice cream. Not my favorite flavor but it sure as heck hurt when I bit on it 🤬 glad I didn’t slice my throat open.

Ive loved Baskin Robbins ice cream for 20 years. I love coming here to get milkshakes but when they are busy the service is so slow. 2 people are not enough on the warmer days. People hire more help.

A Bunch of teens behind the counter goofing off or dont know what they are doing. The ice-cream isnt anything special. I rather buy ice-cream from the grocery store.

They were having trouble with their computer system (it had to reboot), thereby making all transactions cash only. Rather then making a sign and risking customers not seeing it too late they made sure customers knew the situation as soon as they came in. Ive yet to be disappointed by the ice cream. Definitely my go-to place for an ice cream cone (or dish).

Would have given higher rating in the past, but this visit the customer service was lacking, and product want what weve come to love. I could tell that two barrels had melted and were being refrozen. One associate was on the phone the ENTIRE transaction while serving my daughter. Due to not paying attention, she nearly didnt get the order correct twice! Would actually consider going to another location (one that never participates in national specials and advertised deals/discounts) after this experience.

It was okay. The girl running the place did a fantastic job, even with 10 people coming in at the same time, so the staff has improved from what Ive heard. However, the radio was oppressively loud and the chairs and tables were small and cheap and noisy. Decent icecream.

This is the best Baskin Robbins. They were quick and helpful. The store always looks clean and put together. The workers are always friendly and they have tons of flavors to choose from and Ive cream cakes for birthdays.

Lady that served us gave my son a brand new cone when his fell on the floor. No questions asked! I really like the pistachio-almond ice cream. And my children seem to really like their Icing on the Cake and their Lemon Custard flavors.

Only one staff member was short aka not very friendly but super clean!!! I recommend the FARRAGUT Turkey Creek one. They were not cranky and more accommodating with their text coupons. It also has outdoor tables near a fountain garden area and wasnt crowded. I believe all BRs are overpriced, sign up for text coupons.

Ordered a 2 scoop sundae for my son. Picture showed ice cream over top of bowl with two scoops and topoings. The 2 scoops he received was smaller than one ice cream scoop and didnt even come close to the top of the cup. Topping was all on the bottom.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I have NEVER seen a more obnoxious manager in my life! She is hateful beyond belief not only to her staff, but to vendors and customers! I will NEVER step foot in there again. If there is a regional manager listening, you better get rid of her quickly!

You get the slow, uninterested, cant be bothered mentality that youd expect from a younger staff. . . Not to say a couple of the staff members might actually care about their job, but our last few experiences have been horrible. I.e. phones and personal conversations were more important than waiting on the customers, not to mention cash only after a certain time frame at night. Like who does that except to deter business??

Got a one scoop sugar cone, young lady at window handed it to me and the ice cream was super soft and runny. I ask if their coolers were malfunctioning to which she replied Its warm outside, the coolers are fine. Ummmm NO, the ice cream should not be that soft. I was very disappointed with the experience, will not go back to that Baskin Robbins.TURN YOUR FREEZERS BACK ON!!!!!

We always love BR...the employees are Always super friendly and good with my little ones and of course the ice cream is great.

We consistently go to this place an hour or two before they close and find the inside locked and the open sign still on. Some times the drive thru is still open and sometimes they are randomly closed (but staff still inside hanging out.) The hours are not consistent and seem to happen at the whim of the staff on duty that night.

Everyone was/is very nice.They ALWAYS apologise if they are backed up through drive thru.ALL of the Employees are very Kind & ready to help if/when you need it! I stop by there on my Dialysis days for my Bacon, Egg & Cheese or Sausage Biscuit w/grape juice.

So after the girl finished the order in front of us, instead of taking our order she proceeded to empty 2 trash cans and put in new trash bags. She then wiped down the counter. My wife asked are you now ready to take our families order she said yes and took the order. She got a cone then started scooping the ice cream Never Washed Her Hands we told her forget it and we left. The Health Department needs to watch this place. This happened on 4/25/19 at approximately 8:20 PM. Me being a paramedic was not about to let our 2 year old eat ice cream from someone that doesnt wash there hands after handling trash then prepare ice cream for them. Even after handling money Hands need to be washed. Will be contacting there main office.

My husbands birthday fell on Thanksgiving Day this year. The staff here did a excellent job not only with his turkey birthday cake but by accommodating me to pack it for the trip from Oak Ridge to Knoxville.

Staff very polite and friendly. Great place for a treat and quality time with the kids!

We waited in drive thru for fifteen mins waiting on someone to come to the window and then another fifteen minutes for them to make a banana split. With a total of thirty minutes at the window while people just walk by. Its not like how it use to be

The prices were high and the $7 milk shake wasnt even full. The banana split was tiny for the price. The workers were very nice so that helped.

I felt like I was totally annoying the girl who I was dealing with. Granted she obviously didnt know anything about cake orders. Did call someone, but her attitude was deplorable. No manners whatsoever. If she was my employee I would fire her.
