This place is absolutely great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everywhere else in town is either overpriced or has inferior juice. Secret City has great juice and a good selection at unbeatable prices. I would recommend them over anyone else every time.

Smelled like butt in the store. Charged a dollar to test their juice. After charging a dollar, didnt have proper testers and offered finger test. Bought a overpriced juice based on finger tasting, that tastes like soap. Go to the vault instead. They had a cool bearded dragon though, only real positive.

Robbie was very knowledge in the questions I had and was able to answer them and give me the information I needed. Great prices and great juice. Will be coming back for sure.

The staff is very knowledge able about the product and honest. If they dont have it theyll tell you who does if they know. The house juice is great and they have a good selection of premiums when you feel like treating yourself! My favorite shop in the area by far.

The last time I attempted to buy anything from here, the girl that worked there basically snubbed her nose at us about a product they used to carry. We were not treated with a smile. I think she was in the middle of eating her dinner and it seemed like we were interrupting her. I will never go back to this store. Rude.

I’ve purchased from this store twice. I think the staff is helpful, and the flavors are good.....when they are mixed correctly. The first purchase was an excellent 5 star experience. My second purchase I received 30 dollars worth of the most watered down juice I’ve ever purchased. There is no flavor, and it’s painfully hard to vape. Needless to say I’m disappointed with this shop after my last trip.

If you are looking for great products and even greater customer service this is the place to go! These guys called EVERY SINGLE vape shop around looking for a replacement glass for my vape. I accidentally left my juice from my normal vape shop at home & decided to try here at lunch break. I usually cant vape any other juice than from my hometown shop, but I am glad I went here! The house juice I bought tastes great & doesnt give me a bad feeling. They mixed it up for me really quick too! Only thing is, Id like to see some more 30ML bottles available so I can try more flavors in my own tank.

The only vape shop I will ever go to! They have a great selection of premium juice favorites. Their house blend selection is massive with a flavor to suit basically anyones taste buds, and is quality juice at awesome price. They keep a well chosen selection of devices and hardware to suit the needs pretty much everyone and always have the tank coils I need in stock. The SCV staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, Mitch and Tommy are both extremely helpful. I only ever recommend Secret City when someone asks what local shop to check out!

So, I originally went here to get Big Beast coils for my smok vape. The manager Tommy made sure to make fun of smok and their coils before telling me they are out of the coils and then decides to sell me discontinued coils that will work in my tank.Well those coils flooded my tanks and now the screen isnt usable. And all they could do was tell me was I could come Wednesday to buy more coils if I want to.....I would really like this issue solved so I can vape again. I enjoy this stores juices and normally their customer service is better. But here as of late I dont intend to go back if theyre going to rip me off and then not assist the issue.
