A few years ago this store was a staple in the community. Now it has no customer service, high turnover in employees, and not enough help. Hire more employees don’t sacrifice the bottom line . Things need to change to get the customers back in the store .
I wish I had read the reviews before I made my appointment for the covid test I drove all the way from lodi 55 minutes to find out they ran out of the supplies and didnt even bother to call me... but on top of that telling me that she called me and left me a voice mail so I guess I was stupid enough to drive all the way from lodi knowing that they dont have testing supplies ok make since... I needed a pcr test done for Traveling so thanks to these guys I have to pay $300 at the airport and arrive 6 hrs early.
I was appalled at how rude the employees were when I nicely asked if I may use the restroom. I was asked if I was making a purchase which I responded that yes I would be making a purchase, after which I was told I would have to make my purchase first and then ask again if I could use the restroom. Mind you there was a line of 6 people at the register and I was shaking I had to pee so bad. I didnt realize I was back in grade school asking permission to use my bowels. Its just sad that your employees feel they need to abuse their control over bathroom privileges. People have conditions they do not need to disclose to the public and if there is a restroom available, they should be able to use it. Simple as that. Oh and you lost a customer because I did not make my purchase but rather walked out and found a more welcoming store.
I was blown away by how rude the pharmacy member was when I phoned in regards to a Covid vaccine...
Was on hold FOREVER with terrible fussy music, very frustrating.
This place in Oakdale is probably the worst run CVS of all time. Stores open at 8 a.m. Sunday through Monday. There was over 20 people out here off and on between 8 and 8:30 and the doors were closed and locked nobody around. Shift managers must have party too hard last night. Well we will be going elsewhere for pharmaceutical supplies if we have to drive all the way to Modesto or Sacramento or order it online. That CVS will never get another dime from this family.
These guys are always on top of my med refills. I mean even when I forget a bottle is almost empty, these guys are Johnny on the spot, and get that stuff done. I sure do appreciate that.
The staff at both the pharmacy and front counter have always been very helpful if Ive had any questions.
The worker there are rude they said a comment about me behind my back I wont be going back there
The Staff in the pharmacy may appear rude, but its more on the line of them being over worked and hate their job . I see them being more unhappy than anything else...... but certainly no excuse for their attitude to the customer.
