If you are a customer with a disability, make sure you use the restroom before coming to this store. They donβt have a restroom π½ on site. Breaking state law 509.221 and have no regards for the American Disability Act. They are available to take your money though. Itβs baffling to know that this store is too cheap to hire a sanitation company.
Picking up my online order was not bad but trying to return the product I picked up was frustrating I tired returning it at another location but because my receipt barcode was not visible because I guess the register printers ink was low, I could notβ¦ I attempted to return it at this location but they were closed at 7:30pm the posted sign says 9pm I donβt understand that I guess the employees make their own schedule here!
Extremely horrible service. The same goes for the employees at the Oakland Park and 441 location. I ordered a part with same day pick up. Came 4 times in one day just to be told to come the next morning. Came the next morning and was told that it will be another 2 or 3 days! Dont waste your time going to this location! Seek your parts elsewhere. Its not worth the time lost nor the energy unless you like headaches while wasting time! I didnt want to give them one star but it couldnt get any lower.
Worst store to date! Closes at 730pm and doesnt answer the phone as they sit at the counter on their personal cell! A freaking joke!

This Company Store has stock of everything you need for your car. If they dont have it in stock they will order the parts or item for you. When the parts or part arrive they will call you to pick them up. Kudos Kudos to these Stores for their excellent services and Staff.
Rude and unreliable workers at this store locationI had to report this store to the district sales manager and the district store manager due to the unprofessional workers in this locationI have a national commercial account spending over $25,000 per month with Advance Auto and this store has been absolutely the worst store to deal with due to the employees attitude and inability to do their jobs as professionals and this including the store manager also.I order a part that I specifically give them the part number and name brand that should have been available for pickup the same day and 3 days later they still canβt give me the correct part with the correct part number and brandThe put me on hold for 45 minutes without muting the phone and playing around during that time and come back to the phone with an attitude because they didnβt do their job. Writing review is not something I do but if I could give this location less than 1 star I would I know its in the heart of the hood but the Employees who work there are worst than the people. There is this one lady there it seems she is always on her period she Is always angry not going to call name but by now you should figure out who I am talking if you been there she is the manager. I recommend trying the one down the street there more friendly and helpful.

On Friday October 20th, 2017 at 11am the agent named Alonzo was very unkind during my visit. I was trying to find a replacement nose that leads to the power steering fluid (Im not a technician).Alonzo refused to take a look at my car because the store was too busy (there was just one other customer there been serviced by another agent). Asked if I take a pic could he help? He replied maybe-not because pictures lie.So I thanked him for his time and went outside to my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse and took the picture and showed it to the other agent there (wish I could recall his name) and he immediately said oh yeah I think I have something just like that. I was so grateful for what he did because I was so close to boycotting this store.I would like to thank this young man (he had a beard) for doing his job and then some. He was so helpful in my time of need and uncertainty.PS- I mentioned the date and time so the company can find out the name of who helped me. Thanks again.

Omg they are so rude! I needed my check engine light checked and an older Jamaican man kept telling me other employees would help me so I stood by while he took about 5 customers behind me. Then when there was no line he informed me that he actually didnt like checking engines and literally pulled out his phone and continued to ignore me standing right in his face. Eventually a Spanish guy checked my engine and tried to sell me a battery when I just replaced it 3 months ago.
Helpful employees. They will change windshield wipers for you for free. Install new battery, check engine light. All for free.

I never leave my house unless I have to. Usually, its a family member using my bank card. However, regarding this purchase, I had to replace the car battery.
Walked in and there was 2 guys there one was helping customer and another was more concerned with taking out the trash than helping me. I had to wait for the guy to finish helping the other customer... That guy GLEE was an idiot and had absolutely no people skills ..someone needs to fire him or keep losing sales...Oh well Auto zone will now get my business.
