I’ve been coming here for Mercedes Benz / BMW & If I remember correctly they also helped me with my 2001 Porsche C-2 996. First let me say that these guys are a first class operation. Mike, the fellow I usually request to deal with, is the pinnacle of professionalism and product knowledge. Mike is also a true gentleman and has several times gone out of his way to assist me with my issues. Issues that I know gained him nothing in return. He has just recently referred me to a small independent family owned repair shop for my 2013 328I BMW that just came out of Warrenty and the shop he referred me to mirrored his own business style. I highly recommend this business. These people are awesome and there prices are surprisingly low considering I have made a couple poor choices when going to the dealer first. *****

I called overseas parts connection for a part I needed for my BMW. The place was highly recommended by a friend of mine. I was quoted a price and then found the part I needed cheaper elsewhere (significantly cheaper).Mike, the store owner, was upset when I called telling him to cancel the order I found the part cheaper else where and he said to me...and I quote...”do me a favor. In the future, lose my number”. I politely responded “no problem, you got it”.What an unprofessional response from an amateur business owner. Didn’t even bother attempting to match the price, which is something the majority of business do.I wish the best of luck running your flawed business Mike.

The staff at Overseas are some of the most helpful in the auto parts industry in south Florida. The old fashioned service that my dad gave when he was in the auto industry. I described the issue I was having with my Classic 1977 Mercedes 300D. Mike went out and checked it out and had the part I needed for my car within the day!
