I found a screw in my tire the day before I was suppose to go on a trip. I called in that morning and I was able to get an appointment later that day. Great service. Percy was very helpful and super nice. He told once I got there an estimate of how long it would take to work on my car. I got out early than I expected. I also had questions about the repair and he took the time to answer and explain what was going on. Over all great experience. Thank you to the people at tire kingdom, you helped turn my day around for the better.

Percy and Charlie are always helpful and nice, this is by far my favorite Tire Kingdom. You can tell they know what they are doing and enjoy what they are doing. It is awesome to be able to leave my car in good hands and know I will get her back better then I left her. They also explain things well so I understand what I need and why.

Well, hello. I dont normally do these but when I have great service, and its well deserved, I do. As soon as I walk in Im addressed by someone behind the counter. I needed a simple oil change and it felt like the works. Percival and his employees are an amazing bunch. Even though there is this whole Covid thing going on, they do their best to accommodate no matter how minor the service.
Went in today to have a simple service completed. We were told that it would take an hour and a half. Upon entering the building we notice that there was one cashier and a long line. Barely any practicing of social distancing. This simple service took almost 3hrs to complete! We realized after the fact that there was only 1 servicemen providing the repairs. We asked to have the new tire placed on the back as we had purchased a new tire a few weeks ago. That tire was placed at the back. Our request was simply ignored as the guy placed the tire at the front.The cashier( Sam) casually pulled down his red cloth mask for several minutes at a time. He proceeded to walk around the store with his face uncovered, with the mask on his neck.Are you serious?! In the middle of a worldwide health pandemic where Florida has seen outrageous outbreaks? He left the store with patrons unattended without bothering to say a word. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! This place is horrible! Management needs to do better and hire more staff!

I came in not knowing that my tire had a tiny hole in it. They looked at the tire and found the nail in less than 30 seconds. They patched the tire for free! I’ve always liked tire kingdom but this location takes the cake. Definitely going to be my regular location
I made the appointment with one of the managers, Percy. I feel like everything that could go wrong from my end - did on this appointment. First, I arrived a half hour late. He still agreed to service my car. Then, I couldnt get my line of credit approved and I had to ask him to email the work order to the bank 6-7 times. After all of that, all of the employees were finished and sent home. Percy made sure that my car was finished and ready to go and locked the store and stayed with me for another 45 minutes to make sure I get approved for the funds for the repair. Even after that, I ran into problems with my phone and could not load up the necessary paperwork for him to finish my work order. At the end of the day, he showed unequivocal patience and professionalism from start to finish. My car was done quickly and with no issues and my stress was reduced to a minimum because of the patience, care and concern that Percy demonstrated in my difficult situation. Five stars all the way to the manager and all the staff.
Raised the price. Had an appointment to replace all four tires. My vehicle has TPMS. My bill when scheduled online included a $99 fee to service the TPMS. Fine. They wanted to charge me a fee in addition to the $99 for a “service kit” for the TPMS when I arrived. I didn’t bother to stick around and find out what else they would add. I’ll take my business to a shop that doesn’t try to add nonsense onto your bill. Two stars because they did offer to discount the “service kit” once I pulled out the bill, but they had already lost my trust.
COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!I had a plug in one tire but decided to replace a pair instead of one. I advised them on the phone and in person the front tires were to be replaced. They replaced the back tires!!! When the next day the car was off balance, I questioned them and brought my vehicle back. After they had the car for a couple hours, they lied and said something is wrong with the tire or wheel, but we dont know what it is. I brought the car to the dealership and to my shock they said my problem was my tire had a plug in it! This Tire Kingdom cost me $300.00. If they would have replaced the proper tires to begin with, as I asked, I would not have had to spend another $300.00 at the dealership.And the lying directly to my face, instead of admitting their screw up. Deplorable. I should have known something was up when TIRE KINGDOM says I dont know what is wrong with your TIRE!! I never write reviews but believe, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I also tried to discuss this with the store manager before I wrote this review by going to the store and calling, but I have been told he is not there...and they do not know when he will be back. So I will move on and save my energy. I advise you to avoid this place at all costs.

I didn’t have a good experience! I meant to change this review. Why? Because I went in for simple oil and spark plug change and now my oil light won’t come off. It’s been beeping and it’s extremely annoying. I’ve gotten my oil changed a 1000 times and NEVER ran into an issue!! Spent three days in and out of the place and they still can’t figure it out. I give Percy an A for effort for trying... but something is going with his mechanics! I don’t know if they’re inexperienced or just trying to mess my car up on purpose. And on top of it, my car makes a weird rumbling noise everytime I accelerate! I gotten my car checked out before I moved down here and it came back worse...not good!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I should’ve read the reviews before I brought my car in here.

I did stop by at this place this evening and I am disappointed that they wont do oil change service on my vehicle today and the service technician asked me come back tomorrow. I did arrive at least an hour before this place close and he said that we do not have enough time due he has multi tasks. I thought the oil change service does not take too long. I dont think this place sounds professional and friendly at all. :(. Then, I decide go somewhere else that have available quick oil change service.

We are in the area on vacation, our vehicle had a slow leak in the tire according to the car screen. Stopped by at 4:3O 8/3 they were to busy said it would be 5:30 Thursday before they could fix it... not very people friendly...

So disappointed with Service and Customer Service... I scheduled online to change my tires at 8:30am... dropped off my car at 8:15am just in case... but it took half of day to replace two tires, rotation plus alignment.I got back in there they didn’t rotate the tires so I had to leave and come back again...Got my car back again and they didn’t do the alignment... tried to call them SEVERAL times to schedule a time for them to fix it... and now they don’t answer the phone or worse they keep hanging out the phone on my face.Almost $90 for alignment and they didn’t do the job. So frustrating

Slow Dont stop by unless you have all day Called shop with type tire we needed yes they had them in Goodyear can get us in and out 50 minutes brought my truck in they lost my order they dont have the tires in stock we have a tire but it will cost more I should have left store now they say it will take 1 and half hours still at store 3 hours later music so loud in shop area the police should stop by to tell store to turn it down you cant here the cars driving by with there music loud, can I post again if Im still at store one hour from now s**t

I should have gone to Pep boys, They switched a 5 year battery that was only 2/2 years old to a 2 year warranty battery and still charged me an additional 75 dollars . I still had 3 years to go . Trying to reason with a employee was impossible . So after finally 30 minutes manager came downstairs to explain to me it must be the alternator that was replaced a year-and-a-half ago and I explained that the car died twice in one week in the last 5 days ? trying to blame fault in the customer wanted what should have been the simple switch the battery for 5-year battery which I did not get . Buyer beware !! I will never do business again with tire kingdom . Oh by the way look at the way the battery terminals are set up that battery, this is not made for my car the terminals are in the wrong place look at the old battery and look at the new battery. the manager told me that the terminals is called a reverse terminals that means the battery when youre reading it would be facing the opposite direction .
Got my car serviced here on a few separate occasions but recently I came in and even thou I was leery about servicing my car during the pandemic I was happily surprised to walk into not only a clean and seemingly sanitized lobby but the manager Janard really enforced the safety protocols and service was fast and he let me know that I’d need new tires soon so I’ll be back. Glad that they were open during these times when I needed them. Thanks tire kingdom for your reliability, it doesn’t go unnoticed !
Was having a bad day and then i got a flat. Walked in since it was so near, and was greeted with a smile by the manager. Wasnt enough to cheer me up, but with how quick everything was i was in better spirits by the time i left. The manager was a great help, and a young lady (i believe her name shantel or something like that) were nothing but kind.
Paid 400$ for tires I was told would be there next day.... that didn’t happen. When I finally got my car in after 2 days I dropped off at 10am ....it is now about to be 5 o’clock and they’re self proclaimed supervisor Ricardo has nothing to say other than they’re backed up after putting me on countless holds with no useful update. Don’t bother coming here.

Stopped in for a low tire. Had a nail it so almost 2.5 hours I got my car back. There is no reason it should take that long. Put more staff on if need be. The price was the only bright spot it was reasonable.

I went here today with a nail in my tire hoping I could get a patch. I met Jahnard McDonald, the store manager who gave me a reasonable price with a wait time of 2 hours. I asked if it would take 2 hours for a quick patch, knowing I walked in without an appointment on a busy Saturday so I was ok with it. I sat in my car and within an hour Jahnard had a man roll a jack out to my car and changed it right there where it was parked. A lot of places would try to get me to replace the tire to drum up sales but happily this was a professionally run store. Thank you Tire Kingdom, for your reasonable prices and great ethic. A bad day was made better.
This place is horrible. I went there for new tires as I was leaving the same day I notice my tire light was on. They told me it’s just going to take a couple of minutes for the light to go away. Over a course of a few weeks the light would go on and off. I went back to get a quote for my front brakes. I left because it was too expensive & ended up going to another mechanic that showed me the sensor in my tire is broken and the mechanic at this location never told me. I went back to this location and they ordered a new sensor and “fixed it.” For some reason my tire light stayed on. Come to find out, they never programmed the sensor. They let me leave without even telling me. I had to go back there again and the short guy at the front had the nerve to tell me it would cost me $119 to fix their mistake. I called customer service and spoke to the Consumer Relations specialist, David J, who kindly scheduled another appointment at a different location. I go to the other store in Lauderdale Lakes to find out that he couldn’t fix it because this location ordered the wrong sensor!!! Now I have to go back again. I would advise to not waste your time and money at this location. They’re dishonest and don’t know what they’re doing.
The worst place I have been in. Yesterday I attempted to change the oil in my car and went to Tire Kingdom on Oakland Parks. Waited for an hour to talk to a representative just to find out that it was impossible for them to take care of me. I understood that they were swamped and I didnt have an appointment. So I want on line and scheduled an appointment for Sunday . At my arrival the employee Brian W told me that he did understand how I was able to make the appointment because they didnt performed oil changes at this location.. I ashed him why they didnt told me that yesterday when I waited for an hour to be turned around.. he said that they will do the oil change and the tire rotation since the computer allowed me to make the appointment. I have been seating for 3 hours on their waiting room just to find out that they havent even touch my car.. I asked for my keys and really lost it.. there is a sign on their counter that states that they charge 108.99 an hour in labor.. and it makes me wonder.. who is paying for the 4 hour I have invested on an oil change!!! No even in a dealership.. 4 hours.. unbelievable

Got an quote of $336 for 4 new tires, alignment, balance and rotation.Booked the appointment only to find out that after I had driven for an hour at dawn, the price had increased to $500+. Waste of time and completely unprofessional!
Went in to have one tire mounted and balanced took over an hour and a half with minimal customers. the employees so slow lazy and careless seems like they doing a favor working there, the person working the front was nice
I received great service when both my right side tires blew out. AAA drop me and my car off and they got to work on it right away. They gave me a great deal on 4 new tires and got the work done right away. They were a love saver in my moment of misery.

Took a car in for a new battery, brakes, tires, and a low beam headlight bulb. Everything done quickly. They worked on Sunday and Labor Day which was really surprising. They did miss replacing the headlamp bulb but didnt charge me for it. Fair price. Of note is they cant change oil at this location due to something with their business permit.
Overall Excellent service provided and would recommend to anyone. I had previously been told that I needed to replace the tires on my range rover evoque and when I went to Tire Kingdom for a quote, they provided the best pricing in the area and alerted me that one of my tires was practically brand new and there was no need to replace that one. I was happy to know that they were honest enough not to tell me to replace all of them because I certainly was not sure. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.
Good service. Fixed my tires and not pushy towards additional services even though I knew my car was due for maintenance. They let me know they can perform them if I wanted but werent hard on selling me it.
Hit a piece of debris on 95 and was lucky to get here.The manager and the technician were extremely helpful and not only fixed my problem, but checked all the tires and replaced my taillight.Very friendly staff.
I got a flat tire on my way home and the only place I could find opened after 6PM was this shop. I had to wait about an hour for a tire repair, a simple patch wouldnt work (I did try to patch it myself). These guys did a great job, saving almost a brand new tire for me. Customer service was alright for mechanics. All I care about is the service done. The fixed tire is still holding pressure fine after 10,000miles. Im thankful this shop doesnt close at regular business hours!
Avoid this place, they will have an excuse to refuse service or warranties, tires wont last more than 20,000 miles ! ; the worst part is that they changed the vehicles mileage on their records. I have a 2007 Yaris and the mileage was changed for 11 miles, how can give warranty on tires when records are fake?. I spent $488 on 4 new Cooper tires, I drive only 5,000 miles per year average, my actual mileage is 72,000 and I bought my car in 2006.

It was a horrible experience. No one there knew what the heck was going on. I was told that the installation of 4 new tires would take 1.5 hours. 3 hours later, the car still wasnt done. DONT USE THIS STORE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND TIME.
The Jamaican store manager Mark is friendly, professional, and very helpful. He is knowledgeable and quick to assist. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt want to go there. The mechanics are cool too. There was a crotchety old white man who spoke to me like he hated my existence. But Mark came to the rescue!

Went to have tires installed that I had ordered via a website. While they held to the quoted price for the install, they also found a few other problems. One was a serpentine belt that needed to be replaced - $140. The other was a license light that was out - $55 as well as a rear tail light - another $55. Since I didnt have an extra $250 lying around, I declined the extra work. Had my mechanic brother who was visiting the weekend go over the estimates. Only one light was actually out, on the license plate. Cost less than $1 for the bulb, and about five minute of him wiggling around under my car to replace. As for the Serpentine belt, that cost $27. I had my own mechanic put it in at an additional install of $50, since I didnt want my brother getting into the more complex repair on his short stay. Bottom line: be careful of what the extras are - they will far outstrip the needed repair.
Since when does mounting, balancing, and alignment of four tires cost $300. Had to go back two days later because car would shake when braking (something that did not happen prior to the tire change). After an hour, I am told I need new rotors for two front tires. Quote was $636!!!Unbelievable.
I recently came to this Tire Kingdom location twice. The first time was to patch a tire that had a nail it. The tire was repaired quickly and I felt I paid a fair price. The second time I went to this location was because my tire pressure sensor was alerting me. I went in to figure out if I had yet another hole in my tire(s). The technician told me that my tires were just low. The technician filled my tires and replaced the stems at no charge to me. It was very refreshing to be treated this well by a repair shop. Tire Kingdom now has a new loyal customer.
Had a great experiance here, I had so many problems with my vehicle and they managed to fix it with reasonable price. Mechanics know what there doing here. Will be coming here for now on if I have a problem in the future.
STAY AWAY!!! The worst tire shop in Fort Lauderdale!! Ricardo the service manager knows nothing about cars. Completely ignorant when it comes to service yet is the service manager. John is also oblivious to what it takes to fix a vehicle and he is the store manager. Had to come back 3 times to repair alignment and each time they left it worst than it started. Changed lug nuts on car with non factory lug nuts and didnt tell me then wanted to charge to replace because they say its caps not lug nuts. Caps go over the lug nut Ricardo this is actually one piece!!

His birthday was more important than a customer in the store.
I made an account online and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. When I came in the mechanic said they dont do that service. The guys was nice, but if you dont have that service then take it off as an option on your website...

Den of Thieves . I was by this store when my alternator broke down. They overcharge you on parts and rape you on charges. The cost of an alternator for my car goes for $140, they charged me close to $400. I called a local auto parts while on the phone and asked for the cost while they were on speaker phone, and got my estimate. Then the manager, to prove me wrong he called the location he ordered it from and put me on speaker, they quoted $120 while on speaker!!! Then the manager emphasized retail cost, then they re-stated the $400 dollar number. Dont ever stop at this store, unless you want to be taken for a ride. I had no choice given my situation, with an inoperable car, that I pushed into the store.
I initially went in to have a screw removed and the tire plugged. Upon inspection, due to my own lack of awareness, the tire sidewalls had been damaged beyond serviceable conditions so a new tire was recommended. I decided to just change all four, as they were coming due. I was quoted a fair price and the tires were ordered for service the next day, excellent service up to this point from the store manager (didnt get a chance to get his name unfortunately). Brought the car in the next day and dropped it off for service. Great interaction and intake of my car; I was told they were busy so it would be ready pretty late in the day, I appreciated the honesty and explained as long as I got my car back at the end of the day the time constraint wasnt an issue. Before leaving I asked to have my alignment checked and completed if need be, the shfit manager agreed and sent me on my way. Around the stores closing time, I still had not received a call, so I reached out and was told my car had just been finished and I could come pick it up. Upon arrival, I spoke with the same shift manager (didnt get his name either) and asked how it went. I asked the standard questions, was the alignment within specs? Were there any issues that I needed to address? Did you complete the alignment?, etc. The answer to all of these questions was, I dont know... Not one blanket I dont know..., rather a series of the same answer. I asked again if the alignment had been checked, I dont know..., Can you ask if it was? I dont know..., Do you have a diagnostic print out to show the alignment specs? I dont know..., Can you check the alignment now? You need to come back if it feels like its off and we can check it then... I explained to the manager that I dont have time to come back in, as I work a job that has a hectic schedule, longer than normal hours, and a very inconvenient time frame, as well as often spontaneous deployments and requests to work at the drop of a hat. I explained that I wouldnt be able to notice a slight misalignment of tires, that would inevitably cause undue wear, eventually leading to an early change and unnecessary money spent. His response was to come back at another time and again, dismissed my concerns. I settled on finding time to make this work, settled final affairs, and headed to my car. Upon opening the door of my car, I found all service items still strewn across my car (paper floor mat, plastic seat wrap bunched up on the floor, plastic hair net stuffed in my passenger seat, and a greasy film on the steering wheel). At this point, I wasnt going to go back in to receive a placatory apology and further inaction. I immediately sent an email to the corporate office and followed up with a phone call the next day. I was told by the corporate office that I was more than capable of taking my car back to any Tire Kingdom location and having them check my alignment, even after explaining my line of work and the schedule. I asked about the service items and condition of my car upon return and received a halfhearted apology and a promise to make a note in the system. I asked if the way they treated me and the results of my service were standard practice for Tire Kingdom, knowing this was not standard practice as I have used them for five years now, they told me that things happen and they would make a note. I wasnt looking for anything free, however, I certainly wasnt looking for the same lackadaisical attitude and failure to provide any concrete resolution for my situation. I was hoping to receive an offer to schedule a service time to check my alignment, check why the TPMS light was still on (a day after service), and why my car felt like it was drifting/swaying at any speed over 45 MPH. I know that bad reviews are a dime a dozen and theyre often not all that transparent, but after being a Tire Kingdom customer for the past 5 years, I can say with a resounding assurance, I wont ever use them again.

I was referred to Tire Kingdom by a friend, came last week and got two tires. Chris Walker was very professional.He advised me that I really needed 2 more tires because the other tires have a little bit of dry rot on them, after thinking about it this week I decided for under a couple hundred dollars to have my family safe it was well worth it. Im sitting here waiting for my car to get repaired and mr. Walker was there again and treated me very well.Im happy with Tire Kingdom.very friendly staff and very efficient.

We took the car in for full inspections- paying extra for an electrical inspection and some fixes- and they returned it with loose wires hanging down, systems still not fixed and no proof that ANY inspection was done as they lost the paperwork. We took it back and they say they dont know what was done and now the whole car must be rewired. They put us on hold for long periods, were rude and unhelpful and wouldnt stick to the stories that they told us last time. Happy to take your money, but dont think youll get work done. These people are crooks.
Was nearest location...was a mistake. Had a new wheel in my car. Told them about damaged wheel and it being why I was getting fresh new tires. The idiots mounted my new tire on my damaged wheel. Dont waste your time on this place.

I had an appointment for tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would be about an hour and forty minutes to complete. An hour and half later they still had not started on it so I grabbed my keys and left. I was not told there would be a long wait when I checked in. The guy behind the counter was not friendly at all. Their excuse is that an appointment doesnt mean your car will be worked on at the scheduled time. It just means you are next behind whoever else arrived before you. In other words, there is ZERO benefit to scheduling an appointment.
Fast and efficient service. Just 45 minutes to buy and install one new tire. Staff is friendly too.

I wont ever let this useless tire kingdom touch my car, the service is slow and sucks. They took 4 hours to check a tire, one tire i bought in that place and since they changed it the car is always saying the tire has low pressure and when i take it over there they took 4 hours without even touch it. They are liars when i went to the store they said the tire isnt ready yet when this Dude said in 30 minutes and ill been waiting 4 hours. Ill tell my people not to go over there
Creates problems instead of fixing them. Took a car hear for a tire inspection. They put a patch on it. Two months later another tire inspection needed. Then they say of the patch that was on the previous tire came out and you have a new tire that needs a patch. Didnt even honor the first patch and made me pay for two new patches. I feel as though they created the hole in the other tire for more money

Whatever you do, PLEASE dont discount the bad reviews for this location. I cant explain how mad I am at the people at this shop. My car came back to me with cables unattached, chips out of my tail lights, the wood grain on my dashboard broken off and just sat back in place like we wouldnt notice, one of the air vents wiggles in place and the slats on the vent are almost broken out. The door panels were put back on poorly, and a piece of the center console is completely cracked off of the clips that formerly held it in place. They were able to present no paperwork to me that indicated that they actually completed the electrical and mechanical inspection they claimed to have done (which I would think would have found the unplugged injector cables) and they told me that there was something seriously wrong with my electrical in the car that would require a full rewire, but all it turned out to be was a blown bulb and a electrical contact that needed to be raised to make better contact. Do not go to this Tire Kingdom. DO. NOT. I should also note that the receipts for my first entry to this place were left in the car (the ones from the electrical inspection and mechanical inspection that Im fairly certain didnt happen) and were mysteriously missing after I called them on how the missed the supposed electrical issue after they had done a full inspection on the car. You better believe their corporate office is getting a call tomorrow. This is BEYOND unacceptable.
