Prior to going this particular metroPCS location, I went to 3 other metroPCS store locations to look for a tempered glass screen protector for my LG Stylo 6 (all of them were either sold out or they had shipments coming in later in this week)...I couldnt afford to wait that long, so I called this location because I was in the area, and they actually had 2 left). Louis (retail sales manager of this location) made me feel like a valued customer both when I spoke to him on the phone to inquire about what I needed/was looking for and when I went into the store to pick up my item (a far cry from what Im used to of metroPCS employees that have nasty attitudes for whatever reason).

Absolutely horrible. This place is stupid. Ive been a customer for over a decade. I am now stuck with a Motorola phone that doesnt have a Gallery the text message is very antiquated. The contact information doesnt show all the information unless you activate edit. This is the worst phone in the world. Metro piece of S@#t in very unfair with not allowing a long time customer exchange it PERIOD
