Worst gas station I have ever been! Nothing works, prices on sign don’t match with pump, everything is broken!

Gas pumps are very slow and clerks are rude and try to cheat you!! I paid for my gas and beverages with a hundred dollar bill. I grabbed my change and started to walk off but didn’t like the arrogant look on his face so I decided to count my change in front of him and that’s when he gave me a single dollar bill before I could even finish counting my change. Can you imagine how many customers get a dollar stolen from them a day?! This guy is at least $50 richer everyday from cheating customers

My husband and I had just topped off our vehicle when my husband hed get his car washed while we were there. He drove around back, thinking it was an automatic car wash. Nope! A guy approached him and handed him a flyer. My husband tried to ask what was the difference between Wash & Go, and Exterior Only. English was clearly not his first language as he replied with only the price, and not what either service entailed. No matter how my husband tried to clarify, he just didnt know how to respond. So, we got the $3 car wash. Several other guys came to help wash the car, and used pressure washers on the vehicle. They held the nozzle close to the vehicle, and also at an angle. After several minutes of them washing our car, we exited the washing area and were told to go inside to pay. After paying, we left. Sure enough, the trim had some chips in the paint, making my husband not happy. I would not recommend this car wash at all.

Fast service, very busy store. Attendants are as helpful and attentive as possible.Great variety of fresh products. Store is exceptionally clean. Including the restroom. Management works very hard and on site 7 days.

Pumps don’t work properly. And the restroom is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. No toilet seat, no toilet paper, no hand soap, and overall it was disgusting and beyond filthy, there was feces and urine all over and inside the toilet.

I would give Zero stars if I could. The worst car wash ever ..inside, outside... windshield left dirty and streaky..I tried to explain what was wrong or not done correctly, but, of course, dont speak English . I should have saved my tip for the end..of definitely wasnt deserved .

DO NOT EVER USE THIS GAS STATION!Sadly, Ive been driving, since I was 15 and have been using this gas station, but today I no longer will be using Shell period. I have the attendant Krystal, who was busy worrying about a message on her phone and not the customer, $23 for pump 7. The man behind me, gave her $30 and told her pump 7 as well. Now had she been paying attention, she wouldve realized that someone is already utilizing pump. Now because she was so anxious to get everyone at the store, so she can tend to her phone; she wouldve realized the mistake. I couldve driven off and left, but I went and grabbed my wallet out of my car and met the man halfway, who told me that she said if I didnt come back and pay for the gas; he would have to buy, which is not right, because she made the mistake! Then she lied and told me I told her pump three. The guy then told her that he told her that he said my pump number by mistake and that I said pump seven. Then she told me that I can get a refund, but I pumped the gas already. So why offer a refund? I paid for the mans gas she gave me, because I am a humanitarian by nature, but I am also a customer as well. I dont even know if its true that the man really paid for $30 worth of gas. When I called back to speak to the supervisor, whos name is Sam btw, he told me I pumped the gas, so I am responsible. I wonder who wouldve been responsible, had I jumped in my car and left?Trust and believe I have called corporate. People are entitled to make mistakes, but when youre wrong; own up to it. No apology has been given to me for the inconvenience.

Surly and abusive owner. Threatened to my girlfriend for dripping water on his floor. Continue his abuse with me. I tried to use the rest room where upon he blocked my path. Continued his abuse then threatened shoot me! The proprietor is crazy abusive stay away and buy your gas elsewhere!

They have a variety of stuff which is nice but all their soup was out of date. But gas is usually a competitive price.

Pump super hiper ultra m ga slow, took me 10 minutes to pump 13 gallons, after I switched pumps because the first one wasn’t accepting any card I tried, the second one although VERY slow accepted my first card on first try.Station needs some maintenance ASAP.

I came to this Shell gas station today I went to pump six and put $20 cash for gas. Upon leaving my gas gauge did not go up at all and when I went back to report this issue and get a refund or go to a different pump to pump the $20 in gas the older grey haired employee said that there was nothing he could do to help me that it was on another shift and I was out of luck. At the same time I was talking about this issue another man walked in whoever use pump five which was on the other side of my pump saying he paid for $15 worth of gas and no gas actually went into his car. So this further corroborated my side of the story and still the employee could not give me any help. Finally he ended up calling his boss, the owner, and I spoke to him and he said that he would help fix the issue I handed the phone back to the employee waited another 10 minutes and still got no refund and no gas. This place is horrible I will never go back and its really Petty that they stole $20 from me when they probably make thousands of dollars a day in sales. Im really disgusted that a company like shell acted in such a manner. Unless you want to give your money away dont go to this gas station again its on Oakland and w 21st

In this place they have a disrespectful cashier, we went to buy the lotto and he treated us with dogs, that is racism, because we are Hispanics, I do not think they commit that injustice to us, we were not asking him to relax us, we were buying anything from him.
