There were two people ahead of me. I waited my turn in line. When the gentleman got too me. He took my lotto slips and said. I’ll get too you after the gentleman behind you. He said because he is going to work. I said excuse me? I am going to work as well. I think that was very unprofessional. So I guess African American people must not work in his eyes. I have been working since I was 14 years old and paying taxes. I always come too this Seven Elven because it’s close to my job. But this isn’t the first time I have had a problem in this store. I stopped going for awhile. But it seems like know matter who they get in there. They are very unprofessional to people of color.
Best customer service ever! Darraugh I think was his name!!
Best customer service
I would’ve given the store a five star review but now this is the second time that I drive for Uber and I wanted to use my rewards account and I want to purchase something inside which is that’s what we need to do to stimulate the economy and yet the employees inside and the doors are locked and she seem closed why are they closed? They say they’re 24 hours there is no current curfew or regulation right now because they are in essential store. Ironically there’s another 7-Eleven with a gas station a half mile down the road. It’s a brand new store with gas station if you want to win customers over This isn’t the way to start off
No public restrooms. Wheres the compassion for humanity? Using the covid cop out! If youre open for business make your customers feel welcomed. Shame@
Always clean and friendly
Great store
I go out of my way to come to this 7/11. Staff here is very friendly and care about the store and the customers. The coffee is always fresh. The store is clean. Employees make you feel welcome.Thank you.
I want to know that I enjoy 711 and have been going here for years. There is two employees that i would like to say that very unprofessional. One whose name starts with D who appears to be intoxicated when i come to that store. One day I asked him to help me find something and he almost tripped over the yellow caution floor sign. I smelled alcohol and i work at an airport I know when someone is drinking. My other complaint is that i heard a guy with a bald head profusely swearing this last Saturday i was in around 4 or so. His name starts with a J. The attitudes and the lack of professionalism i will not be there.
It may not be the newest or the biggest store in the area, but it is the cleanest, best stocked and friendliest 7-Eleven in town!
This is def one of the best 7 eleven I ever been to and staff is always friendly very happy and nice area always clean... I love when people appreciate there jobs. A+ for this location
Just as everyone else says; clean, well stocked store. Tons of variety here. Staff is friendliest Ive ever experienced in any 7-eleven, or other convenience store for that matter
Love coming here very convenient. Staff is friendly except the ginger haired guy. He is very nasty and threatens people
Clean store however the employees in particular weren’t professional was in on a Thursday and the employee I think his name was Darrow he was noticeably intoxicated. His breath smelled like beer and he was drinking out a coffee cup that looked like it had beer in it. He slurred his speech a lot. 711 should not allow this to happen at their stores. Will do business elsewhere.
Love coming here for a quick drink! Especially with how friendly the staff always is!! Thanks for being great!!
Always clean and well stocked. Owner and staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. Im always greeted with a smile.
I love it here the food is sooooo goood and the owner is soo nice
Extremely clean, polite staff and decent selection of fresh food items.
I go into this store 2 to 4 times a day 7 days a week for the last 8 months and I get my coffee there every morning. One morning i came in and I only had a $50 bill they said they didnt have change and made me leave my coffee. That completely ruined my morning and I will never ever spend a dime in that place again.
Ive lived around the corner from this store for 2 years. I stopped in there today on my way home from work and there was a transvestite in front of me and when she left the store owner and another customer commented on how Sick Wilton Manors has become with all the freaks. He asked how can i raise my son in a place like this? I pushed my items back and canceled my credit card transaction and said you cant keep your items i will never shop in an intolerant place run by an ignorant person like yourself. If your gay or gay friendly Do not shop at this place.
Very busy store. Good customer service.
