Giving these guys 5-stars due to their honest sales rep and customer service!My boyfriend and I were looking for a hollow wooden 2-panel door so we checked this place out since we heard it has a lot to offer. No appointment. Just a walk-in and someone was quick to help us and show us around.They ended up having the exact door we needed in stock but it turned out to have some water damage. Now, instead of the rep lying to us or creating a story to make the sale, he was 100% honest and told us its not worth it.For transparency purposes, my boyfriend and I did not have any work or installations done through this company so I cant speak on their construction/contractor quality, BUT despite not being able to find a replacement door at their warehouse, they still helped us narrow down our options and provided suggestions outside their shop.Anyone from South Florida KNOWS how hard it is to find good customer service so thank you again for your honesty and offering us other solutions.

Gorgeous work! We ordered a “custom” hurricane proof front door. We brought in a photo of the design we wanted and they matched it perfectly. We dealt with Ryan in the front office and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.The installer Steve was also very knowledgeable, so professional and friendly. He made sure to protect our walls and put up protective plastic to ensure the dust didn’t get blown into the house while he was doing the install.They recommended a door finisher to stain the door. we used their recommendation and it’s just gorgeous!!I would also like to add this was all during the Covid-19 pandemic. Ryan kept us informed along the way and shared what was happening with city permits as they had put a hold for a brief time. He worked with us on the install date and I’m very happy to share we are so pleased. The door turned out beautiful! Thank you everyone at The Door Factory and even those behind the scene! Gorgeous! They are refusing to replace my doors and the warranty was voided because they cut my doors down, they did not tell me this voids the warranty otherwise I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED HERE. Claims because I put a black finish on the door I cant have warranty no where on their website or PLASTPROS warranty does it state that. I TOLD HIM FROM DAY ONE I WAS PLANNING ON DOING A DARK BROWN/ BLACK FINISH...... REFUSUAL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AFTER 2 YEARS IVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES ON THE DOORS SINCE 1 MONTH INTO INSTALLATION. THE 4,000 HARDWARE I PURCHASED FROM THEM -EMTEK- IS ALL FALLING APART FINISH IS COMPLETELY GONE (ALSO DOESNT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY). Not only do they refuse to take responsibility he wants me to pay LOL 4500 dollars to re-install doors and has given me the run around since OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR TO TAKE ANY ACTIONS.... these doors CONSTANTLY have issues The doors ARE NOT functional the install is so bad they dont open/close properly or lock. I PAID 24K FOR DOORS AND CANNOT EVEN LOCK THEM OR USE THEM HOW EMBARRASSING IS THAT. Their demeanor and they have the audacity of blaming me because of the finish I have for the doors WHEN YET OTHER COMPLAINTS SHOW HOW UNETHICAL THEY ARE. These doors are literally falling off the hinges. These are suppose to be impact doors they are ABSOLUTE TRASH. Because of the cuts they did the doors are completely expanded and un-useable. Now I have to hire an attorney just to get my money back, and wait for them to reimburse me over 20,000 dollars for the lowest quality impact doors south Florida has to offer. Not only is the finish not included with your purchase but they are very sneaky and shady I would NEVER do this to anyone in my life. I wouldnt recommend this company even to my worst enemy. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED. NOT TURN KEY, EXPENSIVE, OVER PRICED, BAD QUALITY. 24,000 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR DOORS TWICE. Look at the review photos they speak for them selfs the doors falling apart. Never honoring their warranty what a nightmare! 20,000 down the drain. Never would shop here again.

After having problems with Home Depot, I found The Door Factory. Len and his team made me feel very comfortable. The installation of my new front door is perfect and I would recommend The Door Factory to anyone needing doors.

Called and inquired about buying a door and how to go about getting a particular color, the associate was very rude and condescending. Mocking the patron, stating, “we sale doors, we aren’t!” Unnecessary but in this recession they won’t be getting my money.

After messing up our door order and having to re-send a new door, we are having issues with the door and they have been uncooperative in helping us. The door is not of a high quality and we are having several issues overall. They are not pleasant to deal with and should offer better and nicer customer service.

I went to the store looking for a new front door, not really sure of what I wanted. Nick showed me some options and then I saw it! The door! It was reasonably priced and high quality, so I ordered it and had it installed. The installer was courteous, on time and did a great job. I love my new front door! A friend recommended The Door Factory to me and I am glad they did. I will be recommending them, too.

This company is absolutely a bunch of scam artists. I mistakenly used them to supply interior and exterior doors and install them for my commercial project. After a total was negotiated and a hefty 50% deposit was given, I was specifically told by Nick that it would take 6 days for the manufacture of my doors. It didnt take 6 days; it took weeks setting me way behind schedule and preventing me from securing the facility.Additionally, upon the second 50% payment, I was then told that the price didnt include installation and at this point I wouldve lost my 50% deposit if I cancelled the order. Upon contracting them, we specifically discussed them doing the installation. What good does a door do for me uninstalled? This was an absolute scam. Now I have to find and pay someone else to install their doors, which will cost me extra money and expected hassle when the installers are a different company than the manufacturers.DO NOT make the same mistake I made!! Stay Away from Nick at The Door Factory. He will lure you in with a promise of good pricing and quick turnaround, but in the end, it will cost you time and scam you out of your hard-earned money.

I am in the market for interior doors for new construction and after reading all of the reviews for Door Factory, I will definitely not bother to go there. The reason why I even comment is because I noticed that every single positive review received a reply comment from the owner, but EVERY SINGLE negative review did not even receive one single word in response. That tells me that they are asking people to review them and then saying thank-you. This is not how reviews are supposed to work.

What a God awful businessI ordered 6 doors with the company and dealt with Nick, the owner. He appeared nice at first, but a rude person he really is. Calls go un-returned. Nick forgets what he promises. He would confuse me with someone else. The installers complain that installation quote was too low. They, too, dont follow up with their calls.After four weeks of waiting I went to the showroom to inquire about my order only to be confronted by Nick and his son who threatened to call the police and get me thrown out of their showroom. He also threatened to to kick my a**. When I asked them to give me my $1,500 deposit back if they cant deliver and install the doors. Nick replied f**k no. I have no idea how this situation will play.STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE. YOULL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE AT A FLEA MARKET.
