I have a third gen Camaro (1989) with long tube headers and an aftermarket transmission mount. This combination makes it difficult to get true duel exhaust. Compromises have to be made! Rob, the owner, took the time out of his weekend to look at the car, listen to my wants, then come up with a plan. IN ONE DAY, he had a beautiful, custom, mandrel bent exhaust that tucks under the car. On top of that, he fabricated a custom bracket to stabilize the system and made it easy for me to remove so I can wrench on it. Oh, did I mention it sounds awesome! I could not be happier. Finally, the price was fair.

A talented welder at a fair price for any job. I was looking for a welder and was referred here by a friend who highly recommended Rob. My job was unique and not related to performance exhaust. I was upgrading the rear bumper on my camper, adding a reveiver and needed someone for the install. Stopped by in person to explain the job and was quickly scheduled for the following weekend. I arrived on time and Rob got right to it. Very happy with his work and the upgrade on my camper. Impressive that Rob has been here at this spot for 36 years. Speaks volumes about him and how he handles his business.

Found this shop through a friend of mine, made an appointment and dropped the car off for a small exhaust mod. Shop was very clean, the gentlemen was very nice, listened to what i wanted to do, offered his input, and executed it. His welds were perfect, and car was done in under 4 hours. Will definitely be back for future needs.

Open Sundays but not for new jobs, I went last Sunday and we made appointment for first thing Monday, I went Monday and lift was ready and waiting for me, owner is very sociable, price is very reasonable! Def going back!

Called Rob at 9:30am to schedule, dropped the car off at 10:45am, picked the car up at 3:30pm.Mid resonator and mid cat delete 2.5 inch back to new mufflers (magnaflow) and quad tips.Couldn’t be happier. Reasonable with the price, but well worth it. They way he has put everything together properly and reinforced it. I can’t be happier. Would recommend anyone. Very easy to deal with.Thanks!

Robert is by far the best custom exhaust shop in south Florida. I have a 2013 Z06 and it was making a bumping noise in the rear end after a strong pull in first gear and some wheel hop. I took it to the dealer and they wanted $2100. to put a new muffler on the back. I declined and set an appointment with Robert at Florida Performance. He put it on the lift and couldnt find anything except an exhaust pipe on the drivers side had moved back about an inch and a half.He adjusted it back in place and the sound has gone away and the problem was solved. He charged me $20. and I gave him $25. Nice when things go well.Ill be calling the dealer to have a chat next week.
