Very professional and clean! The atmosphere was so soothing and peaceful. Everything about my experience was great,and for the person doing my lashes she made me feel very comfortable! No complaints here. I all around loved everything!

Great experience and now I have Zoom-ready lashes!

So its 8 days after my service and over half the lashes have fallen off my right eye. There was a large gap btw eyelash root and the glue and many of the eyelashes were applied crooked and in a zigzag kind of height. My sister in law is going to take me to her stylist, but this was in no way worth the money, especially since I have good eyelashes and honestly have more volume by just using better than sex mascara. Towards the end of my service, another stylist came in and was talking about how she was an apprentice. I think mine was too, but I was just never told.

I enjoyed my experience. It was my first time getting my eyelash extensions done professionally. The technician engaged in comforting conversation with me. The time went by fairly quickly. The music playing was lovely. & your front desk staff were very gentle and pleasant with me.

My lash technician (Cristina M) was wonderful! As always, very happy with how my lashes turned out. I was a bit nervous about having to wear a mask for 2 1/2 hours but it ended up being super comfortable.

My girlfriend insisted I come with her for a day of pampering. Boy am I glad I did. No longer do I have to worry about the mascara clump. I look natural and not made up. Now Im a convert to lash extensions. Great service. Will visit again.

I was lucky enough to get Melanie this weekend at Lash Lounge and shes the best stylist Ive ever had! Ive been to places around US, including the big competitors - and Ill never go anywhere else again... yeah, that good. She mentioned her experience as a makeup artist and that makes sense - she framed my eyes with lashes instead of makeup. Thanks Melanie - youre amazing!

I recently received a service of a full volume set done by Christina. She was very professional, communicating to me what she was doing at all times. When she was finished I was very pleased with the results. My natural lashes are fairly short and thin. The full volume set that I received looks very natural but still gives me a full lengthy look. I look forward to my future services here.

Best place in town to get lashes. The technician was very knowledgeqble and professional. I had a 2pm appointment and thats what time they started. No long wait time. My lashes look amazing.

In and out in under 2 hours for a full set of classic lashes that look nice and natural. The only issues I’ve had here are my eyes burning and becoming bloodshot...doesn’t always happen, not sure if it’s different glue types, or different stylists, but they accommodated me when this has happened.

I was literally 2minutes late and they had me reschedule. I appreciate one or maybe to of the staff members Jenell and two of the rhead eceptionist.They lost a paying client that tip good because of me being 2 minutes late. RIDICULOUS.

This is my first Google review, but after leaving today I needed to share how great my experience was. In the past I have had a very love/hate relationship with lash extensions. I love how beautiful they are, but the process has never been very enjoyable for me. Because of this, I have limited myself to getting them done only for special occasions. After my session today, that will change and I will be back on a regular basis.I have very sensitive eyes so in the past I have always left the salons in pain and the days following have always been uncomfortable. But as the saying goes beauty is pain so I thought this was normal. I shared my concerns with Kavina and she ensured me this was not a necessary side effect. She educated me during every step of the process and took extra steps to ensure I would leave pain free. Well it worked!I left today feeling beautiful and more importantly pain free. She also offered me a product that will help me care for my lashes because I have very severe allergies which typically causes discomfort when I wear extensions.In addition, I am very particular with my eyebrows and only trust my esthetician; however, she was booked. So since I was here, I also got my eyebrows threaded and again Kavina did a wonderful job.On top of it all, I am VERY big on cleanliness and The Lash Lounge was very comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of lash/brow services. =)

Love this place! Very relaxing and calm. Clean & friendly.

My first time going her and the lash tech was extremely rude & short when I asked to explain the different types of lashes.I told her I had eye sensitivity & thats why I was doing the patch test, I reminded her I needed the sensitive glue and now a day later my eyes are swollen.

The salon is magnificent! Staff is excellent!

Just wish there chairs were a little cleaner!other than that they are a cool shop to go to in Oakland! And the decor is on point
