Perfect store to shop during this quarantine very clean & smells very fresh . I was there for the first time with my husband . Store was busy yet everyone greeted me. I was there to purchase 1 phone & left with 2 phones & 1 tablet for a great deal : ) was helped by Jess very sweet girl she was multitasking helping us & 2 other customers yet managed to make my visit super quick and enjoyable. Was here to fix some issues with my cellphone. I ended up doing a Warranty Claim and it was all so fast and easy. Ended up purchasing a screen protector and other accessories.

Anytime I want to upgrade my phone this is my go to store. The employees are very knowledgeable . They are friendly and very helpful. Every time I walk into a store, whether its a food place, electronics or anything really, I like to check reviews first. I must say I was very disappointed from this store reviews but I still gave it a try because my friend goes here very often. When I walked in walked in it was overwhelming because of how busy it was. All I did was browse around and even though I was not buying anything just making a payment I was offered a couple promotions they have going on. No one was rude to me and did not try to sell me something I didnt not need. Everyone is entitle to their own opinion and this is mine. Great customer service fast and efficient. I think 5 stars is a well deserved rating but you wont know until you give this place a try.

Went in to start new service and was told I could only purchase the phone with the $60 plan which is way out of my price range. employee was snotty and made me feel uncomfortable for not being able to afford it. I mentioned the 30plan being advertised and rudely told me yes so do you wanna get it or not needles to say I walked out.

This, is one of the contact dealers, I can honestly say, has great customer service skills. The were very understanding as to what I needed and my concerns on the internet as it relates to getting, the phone for my 9yr old.
