My phone keeps going into some wierd robotic mode and when it happens I cant use my phone. Panick attack!!!! Right?So twice Ive had to go into T mobile for help. Both times I was helped by a young lady and wow what a great girl. Very nice. She was swamped but she stayed cool and helped everyone. Soooooo nice shes an awesome employee!!!

Great customer service. They are very helpful. I had a issue with my phone and the guy who repaired my phone was awesome and he did a really great job. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

Amazing customer service, do not get ripped of by other mobile stores this is the best store hands down. I used to pay almost 200 a month with sprint, now i pay about half of that with but twice the service here at metro pcs. You have to switch if you want to save money. Sprint and verizon charge almost twice as much, but theyre service is bad . switch now and save lots of $$$$$.

I would never give this store my business. They sold me a defectivephone and then did not want to return my money. I will never go to this store again.

The retailers were rude, unhelpful and werent willing to do their job correctly to fix my phones issues.

Went in to this store to get my daughters phone connected ($40 plan) got 2 SIM cards and I got charged $85 for it and could get a break down to why I was getting charge this much.
