Good selection. Cashier couldnt figure out how to use gift cards. Took a long time.

The smallest BB&B we been to. Only two different types of body pillows to choose from.. Only a few tumblers that we found. No luggage in store. They offered to order online but we prefer to see in person. Friendly service

Walked around for an hour looking for a helpful sales associate. Never greeted, never acknowledged. The employee working at the front door greeted and offered help to everyone but ignored me. Employees suddenly had something to do when I walked towards them.

Crazy great place! It was so organized. The only downside is I could not find candles. they had an $80 tooth brush for $28!

While a smaller location, it doesnt have the food or personal care (make up, toiletries, etc), it is still quite nice. The staff is very friendly and the cashiers usually assist in helping you figure out the best coupon(s) to use for your transaction.

Used to be worth visiting. The selection has diminished along with the quality. When I seen a towering display of My Pillows in the center aisle, that explained everything. Seriously, have your buyers ever read the My Pillow reviews, or do they all need a lobotomy?! You are scamming your customers.

Drove 45 minutes to find they didnt have the items I needed.

Terrible !!! Dirty, unkempt, slow. 4 cashiers, 2 were open, but only 1 cashing out. The others were talking and joking among themselves.

Had in mind just a few items.#1 Drinking glasses. Aside from wine glasses,there was about 3 styles to choose from.#2. Shoe rack. 2 available..one plastic and one wood.The selection is limited and disappointing.

Nice store. The staff was very helpful. My daughter has her registry for her wedding here. They gave us a printed detailed summary of all her picks. After we were done shopping they showed us an area to wrap everything. And thats as FREE!! Yep FREE. a lot of selections here. You need time to shop. Enjoy.

If I could give this store A- 5 I would I drove an hour and 20 minutes to pick up an item that said they had in stock and when I got there they said it was a typo in a computer air and they had none and stock they told me that if I drive an hour farther north they had 5 in stock so I said please call ahead for me they said all theyll have them and I said I need to make sure and of course when they called they did not have them so the moral of this story is call and verify with Bed Bath and Beyond they did not want to give me even 5% off of the items that I had or this pillow if I ordered it online they were not going to give me any kind of a discount for my time I would say drive away from the store at all cost

One of my favorite stores. Also great items. Reasonable prices. And large variety of items and colors and styles. Even got some Christmas shopping done. Love their clearance items. And it is nice that if you have a coupon for this store it never expires, no matter the date. And you can use one coupon for every item you have. Will go back soon

What can I say...I love this place. They really are Beyond.

I love looking through the kitchen section and all of the gadgets. It is a nice clean store with a good variety of household things but it is pricey. They offer 20% off coupons all the time. I just wish they offered a good price to begin with instead of having to deal with coupons.

This store has become desperate for money and sales. Staff is rude along with an unfriendly management.

Almost always has what we need. I will say, sometimes they offer to order something for you to be delivered to your house if they dont stock it. It is better for you to just order on their website, because they dont seem to know how to do it right. Other than that, I love the store.

Smaller than other BB&B stores that weve seen. Still has a selection, just not as much as the bigger BB&Bs.

A convenient kitchen and bath store. They have a huge variety of items, very well organized, helpful staff and large shared parking lot. I always find what I am looking for and staff are always available for questions and ordering items.

The chef in me likes this place. At least the culinary section anyway. Went in looking for some type of fish grilling grate came out with a 3 piece knife set no fish grate or whatever. Ill just stick to the cedar planks I guess. More than enough stuff here seems way over priced in my opinion. The store is well lit and nice and cool and checkout was a breeze. You know what the strip mall storefront looks like.

20% off coupons are the best! Bed Bath & Beyond has the latest tech and Im never disappointed when in search for something for my home.

Love the brands & selections. The isles could be a little bigger, but its manageable. Workers are always friendly, but during busy hours they could use more cashiers. Patience solves most issues Ive run into there. I watched a lady go above and beyond to find a product for an elderly man & even offered to order it in special for him, which he was happy with. I always buy my kitchen utensils here because they carry OXO.

This is a nice store. Clean and well-organized.I only saw ONE staff person in entire front half of the store and she was taking care of a few folks checking out at about 6:25 PM. So, I had to search the rest of the store and finally found someone who could help me. I was simply looking for replacement kitchen garbage bags for a Simply Human trash can. The guy (manager?) found they were out of stock and had to order them. It was a quick procedure. He said they also now charge for home delivery on that item.I noticed that the front of the store is loaded with gimmicky kitchen and womens items. Maybe for the impulse purchase?

Always a good stop to pick up a box of green mountain coffee... fast check out. The store always is packed with product. Which makes it almost seem clutered.

I had been keeping my eye on a Breville oven. It was on sale on a Tuesday but I didnt get paid till Wednesday, so I asked someone if they would have it on sale then and she said yes. When I came back, it was off sale. So I told a manager what happened and he gave the sale price WITH a 20 percent coupon! That made me very happy! I love BB&B fir that!

I enjoyed their store. The clerks were very friendly and the store was neat and organized. Be prepared to spend quite a bit, but the quality is worth the money.

This is a dangerous place. You want everything! There are so many new and interesting things to buy. Also save your coupons you get in the mail. Even though they say they have expired, they will accept them. Good deal!

We bought 3 huge, metal wine glasses for above our bar...we needed something to go with them. We looked in many stores in Ocala but couldnt find anything that connected for us. I looked at computer sites and finally found the perfect item to complete our decor...I found a super picture that fit right in. I found the picture on Bed, Bath & Beyond web site. I ordered it and it arrived in 3 days...delivered by FedEx to our door.Speedy service and the perfect fit...looks great.

Valerie and Emmanuelle dont care about taking care of the customer. I was here two weeks ago and thought she was having a bad day. Today just reaffirmed that shes burned out and cant deal with people. No smile, no greeting, and all the cants and you gottas. When asked if she could extend a coupon, as she had done previously, she said no and that i gotta go online sign up and wait 24 hours to get it. NOPE! I dont gotta do that. I came in with my money and I wanted to give her some of it. She didnt get and never will get a dime. She ignored me as if I was a bother when I calmly asked for assistance. Emmanuelle looked at me when I said I was taking my money back out the door because they werent making it easy to spend it there and said thats fine. Found what I wanted on AMAZON for same price, actually a little less, and bought it there. Had they just helped the customer spend his money, they would have had the sale. This is why people are buying online and the big box is going out of business. These two ruined my day. Thanks!!!

A clean store and lots of items for your home...lots of kitchen items.Only one staff member was at the front of the store and was stuck at the register. I had to look around to find a guy (who was stocking the shelves) for help to see if my item was in the store. It wasnt, so he had to order it.

Its always great here. Bring all your BBB coupons and go for it. I would buy everything here is I could. Love BBB.

Staff and store itself is great however their policy on returns has changed to only 90 days for plug in appliances. This nullifies any real reason to purchase appliances from them at a premium when comparable alternatives can be found elsewhere for substantially less.

Good selection of essential oils and diffusers. Bedding, kitchen implements, yankee candles and much more. Can be pricey on their items.

Good store, but too crowded with merchandise, so isles are narrow . They need a bigger place. Other than that, they have an awesome collection of items for the home.

Went into the store looking for copper fit shoe inserts. They have the entire line of products but not all the sizes. It seems everything I was looking for they didnt have. The employees kept telling me they could order it online for me and ship it to my house. Duh I could have done the same thing but instead I wanted to go to the store to see it not to order it online!
