Needed washer ASAP. Met with salesperson Lori. Very helpful and upfront on what they had in my budget. DId not try to oversell. Theres no supply chain shortage in their building. No wait on the item, unlike what were hearing from the big box stores. Two weeks in and washer works just fine. Delivery was on time and professional. Please tip the delivery guys if they do a good job. Always glad to support a local, small business and have already recommended them to a friend.

I came here to purchase a washer and dryer. Lori assisted me and was literally the most helpful and knowledgeable appliance person I’ve ever met. She was also just a really nice person and down to earth. The checkout process was very simple and I was extremely happy to find out id be getting them the next day. I went in to MVB to purchase a washer/dryer. The first time I went, Lori helped me and she was VERY knowledgable and helped me to decide on the best set for me. I went in about a week later to purchase them, and Lori wasnt there, but Jeremy helped me. He gave me a great deal on them and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. The delivery and installation guys were amazing too; on time, polite, and helpful! They have since called me to make sure Im happy with my purchase. Waited 4 weeks for a back ordered part, when it came in I was out of town so we scheduled it for the following week. They scheduled an estimated time to make the repair. They call an hour after they are supposed to arrive and tell me the part is damaged and they need to reorder it and it will only be about a week. They had the part in their possession for a week and didnt inspect it, they said the box was damaged when it arrived and nobody thought to check the part!? So I am 4 weeks without a refrigerator and they want me to wait another week. Needless to say I canceled.

I highly recommend this place!! I called and explained to Lori what I was looking for. She promptly sent me pictures. I purchased my washer and dryer over the phone and within 2 days it was delivered and met all my expectations very clean etc. I did have a small issue with the dryer and again got in contact with Lori who was just outstanding and got my dryer fixed that day. Wow you cannot go wrong with this place!

If ur a driver and delivering here, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT miss the turn onto SE 1st Terrace! Its the first street on the left right after u go over the railroad tracks. If u do miss it, ur gunna winding ur way through neighborhood streets that arent adequate for a 73ft tractor and trailer. They have one dock in the back (and I say dock loseley) of the store and ur going to have to pull into a grass lot to blindside back in. Just fyi.Other than that the employees were nice and prompt.

Have used MVB for many years and always satisfied. Salesman today was Eric. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. All staff are professionals and eager to help you find just what you need from their vast inventory. Definitely recommend!

We woke up to find our refrigerator of 17 years was on its last vestiges, with melted ice and rising temperatures. In need of a new one fast, we went to Home Depot and Best Buy. I thought my dryer was bad and they talked over the phone to ensure theres no issue right now with my dryer. Called and asked if they had a Whirlpool Front Loader Dryer Belt for a Model number WED9400SW2. They looked it up and confidently said yes. I went there to pick it up and they said they didn’t have it, but had one in the back they would pull off. The guy came back with the belt and confidently told me the belt was better. I spent almost an hour pulling the dryer apart and putting it back together to find out the belt was wrong. I called the store and told them and they said bring the belt back and try again. I said you can come out and fix the problem you caused. The guy said jeez, and hung up the phone. I work for the hospital four to five 12 hours shifts a week. I don’t have time for childish games. Time is valuable, not to be wasted by people who don’t care!!!! I tried to call to find a supervisor, no answer. Not at their store. Not at the service department. Not at their Leesburg location.

For a small showroom MVB has a variety of appliances, Brands and Models. AND has several In Stock, at this time. Other stores may be back logged over a month due to manufacturers having shut down.Lori was very helpful by checking what was in stock, sale items and delivery dates.We purchased on Friday noon and had our new washer delivered on Monday @1!!They even took away our broken washer..We highly recommend MVB!!

Stay away. Just bought a brand new dishwasher and had them install it. It does not work properly and they refuse to let us return it unless we buy a more expensive model. They did offer to come try to fix it in 7 days. Who wants a brand new appliance that doesn’t work and have to wait 7 days for a repair. Maybe they will come do our dishes in the meantime.

Jeremy was great. We bought a washer and dryer at the Ocala store April 1st and a bed at the Leesburg store on April 2nd. Everything was delivered on the 3rd just as promised. The delivery men were prompt and polite. They installed everything quickly. We will go back to see Jeremy when we are ready to buy the rest of the appliances for our home.

Washing Machine stopped working. Wednesday, October 7, 2020, Mike, at MVB Appliance suggested trying a possible repair before having to replace it with an expensive new one. We appreciated his suggestion, and as our washer is very old, he asked that we send him the Model # so he could look it up to see if any parts are still available. He gave us a cell number to text the information to him, which we did immediately upon arriving home. Thursday, no calls from him. Friday, we sent a comment to him as he had not responded at all. He called back and said that he had a couple of things to finish up, and would call us right back. He did not call. So now we are stuck through the weekend and then some with no washing machine. This would not have been so bad, but all clothing had been washed prior to the breakdown except for mine. I have since called a different company to see if the washer can be repaired. If not, I will not buy from MVB due to the inability of Mike to return calls to senior citizens with cancer.

The repair tech, James, came to our house to repair our dryer. He was personable and professional. Our dryer is now performing perfectly. They will be our first call for any future appliance service.

They had my part when no one else did. Same price as ordering on line but did not have to pay shipping! Sonny was very nice.

Our electric dryer died suddenly. I went on line to see what they offered. We went to the store and was pleasantly surprised at the selection and prices and NO HIGH PRESSURE SALEMEN. Picked out a dryer from their floor, paid for it, they helped load it and we were on our way in 20 minutes. They are great!

Came in and asked about layaway. The man stated we no longer have layaway. Continued to do something on the computer and didnt try to help in any other way. We are open to suggestions but seems like I just bothered him.

We purchased a brand new Whirlpool french door refrigerator about a month ago. It was about $400 less than the same model at Lowes. The door handles had scratches on them but other than that everything else about the refrigerator looked great. When we paid for it the salesman said that he might be able to switch out the handles for better ones. I really didnt get my hopes up but sure enough when it was delivered a few days later the handles had been replaced so the front of the refrigerator was perfect. Despite their advertising that delivery is free we were charged $25 because we live in Summerfield. I assume free delivery is within a certain geographic area but the website doesnt state that. The delivery itself went well -they showed up when they said they would and were able to get the fridge in (with some maneuvering) but no damage to walls or doorways. So far, the refrigerator works great and even had a couple of extra features we werent aware of in the store. The whole experience was very positive.

Ive been dealing with them for a while now & Ive always been happy with everything Ive purchased. Recently I needed repair service on a machine that Ive had for years & i feel like they saved me a lot of money not having to replace it. The repairman that came was very professional & informative. I especially liked that he not only explained the options that i had, but after I made the decision to repair he explained everything he did. Ive recommended them to many people.

Our compressor failed on our LG refrigerator and we called the company at the end of the day and left a message. I was surprised to get a return call hat evening. Denise helped us every step of the way going over and above to get us the compressor under warranty and back in service in a few days.AJ who did the initial evaluation, also installed the compressor when it came in and worked well into the night to get it installed when promised. He did an awesome job too.I would highly recommend these folks and will certainly use them again.

Terrible service on refrigerator service repair at a home we rent. After two no call no shows and $300 worth of food going bad. Three days later, finally shows to fix a simple problem, to replace relay overload start capacitor, because we had power sure in our home. Not to add insult to injury, when I asked him what the problem was? He stated it was a bug problem..... that caused it and he would let the management company we rent from know and they could recommend pest control for us. WHAT! NO WAY This guy should be car sells man! LAZY didnt bother taking 4 screws off that holds cardboard back on, just ripped it off, see picture.

MVB is a great company if you need an appliance repaired. They have come out 2 times to our home. Both times they were there the next day, on time and quick to repair (1) our fridge (2) our dryer. We will definitely use them again.

Purchased a fridge from MVB Appliance at a very good price. About 6 weeks later, due to circumstances beyond our control, the fridge stop working. MVB sent someone out on a Saturday, he fixed it for only cost of parts and waived labor fees. The worker was knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend this place of business.

Very pleased how the staff handled their customers today. Me and my wife went in at a busy time and the staff (even though they were all tied up with a customer) acknowledge us and pointed me to the right direction of the warehouse. The next available person came to us right away and help us with our purchase. He was able to find us the same machine that was a scratch and dent for a cheaper price! It was later in the day and we needed something quick, so Mike had it delivered to us the same day! We will definitely be back for a washer and dryer.
