Arrived in the am, made an appt to fix a nail in my tire which they will fix for free if the tire isnt damaged . busy place, good customer service and processes for getting things done . everyone seems to know their roll and job they have to do . they have a window where you can see them working on your car. These guys are hustling back there getting it done.

My car wheel was starting to shake, and I was WELL overdue on a tire rotation. I had a warranty on my tires and made an appointment. They were extremely busy and some customers were going to have to leave their car there overnight. Since I made an appointment I didnt need to. They said it would take an hour, it ended up being only a half an hour and they replaced one of my tires. Every tech there was nice and I really appreciate their quickness, hospitality and efficiency. I only paid a little bit to keep my warranty on my replaced tire. I will definitely recommend

Went to get a patch applied, 2 weeks later I wound up with a slow leak do to it not being applied properly. Went to PepBoys today where I bought my brand new tires about 6 months ago, and I had to get a new tire because there was no repairing it (I did see where they had fixed it) Yes, its free, but I will never go back there for a patch I would rather pay to have it done properly.

I found all discount tire employees to be friendly; professional and easy to talk to and ask questions, they made one feel as if they want you to do so. They kept us informed every step of the way. A real good experience

Its amazing how you could give a high rating on one visit, then the next within a matter of weeks give a low rating. This last and I do mean last visit was horrible! From the misunderstanding about their website, causing bank errors for incorrect pricing, losing my center piece to my car, customer service and the whole ordeal in general was not good, If having this many customers in at one time causes your customer service to be negative then there needs to be some changes. I am still waiting on a call about my warranty and why I wasnt told that the new tires should have been placed on the rear of the vehicle. This should have been discussed if the had consulted with me instead of taking my money.

I made an online appt after noticing a screw in one of my tires the day prior. ( I purchased the tires a few months ago from Discount Tire)After examining the tire they felt it would be unsafe to patch the tire due to where the screw was. They replaced the tire completely.They were very professional and kept me updated during the process. I was in and out in about an hour!Would def recommend.

They Mounted the Tires on the wheels for me and did a great job. When they balanced them the cone on the balancer messed up the paint on the wheels, technician never said anything to the manager or anything to me... And they kept on going even after they seen that they messed up the 1st one. So now all 4 wheels have to be repainted again. I dont know how they stay in business with poor customer service like this.

Selection of tires was not great for my car. The only tire they had to replace a flat on my Buick enclave was very very expensive. 300 bucks for one tire. It was a rear tire. Most places would rotate your tires and put the new one on the front but they didnt do that. I had to request it and then they wanted to charge. I took my car from there and did it myself. I think part of their stock problem has to do with how busy they are. Seems like other people were pretty happy. And the staff is very friendly, so that was a very redeeming part of my experience.

Ive been getting my tires from Discount Tire for years. After moving to Ocala, I was happy to find a store only a short drive from my house. They have always had great prices, and the 3 times I had service done at this location, the staff has always been friendly. I was disappointed with my last experience, however. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly. It was the service, in which I was very disappointed. I had 2 tires mounted on white wheels. No vehicle. Just the wheels. When I picked them up, I noticed they were full of dirt, grease, what have you. No big deal. When I took them home, and cleaned them up, I found both wheels to be chipped, and scratched. I realize they were only painted, and to be honest, it does scratch fairly easily. But, only months before, I primed, painted, and clear coated the bare wheels, and had the tires mounted by High Speed Tire Group, on 441. They were able to mount all 4, with no scratches. Not sure what the problem was at Discount Tire, but I cant believe they handled my wheels like they did. Sure, they are ONLY little wheels from a Miata, and not some wheels worth 4 grand a set. Thats not the point, is it? I mean, after all, I did spend quite a few hours, and money, to paint them properly. If someone rolled in there with a Caddy, with expensive wheels, would they put them back on the car, all greasy, and chipped? I added a star, because the customer service reps were top notch. But, Im not too keen on going back there, if this is how my stuff will get treated.

This was my first visit. A huge reason for choosing this was after driving by, on my way to work I always noticed the employees where clean and uniforms tucked in. Its a sign of good management.We pulled into the parking lot and an employee immediately greeted us before I could even reach the door. We where greeted by Todd. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I arrived with the intent to just fix the tire but Todd offered us multiple options for our vehicle. He showed us our tread was lower than recommended for safe driving. I felt no pressure and no pushy sales tactics. It was just him warning us and giving us a professional opinion. We went ahead and replaced both back tires for a great deal. It was completely done in about 30 minutes. They definitely have me as a customer and I would highly recommend them to friends or family.

Driving from out of state made it to this store at 815. Was greeted and name taken, five minutes later different guy same information that I gave to the first guy. Told to come back at 915-930 and they would text. Text service didnt work notified sales person who said no problem just be back during that window. Arrived back to be told by the manager I was told 955 10 and it would be done by 1030. So I wait in my car patiently for another 45 minutes. 10am rolls around they come get my family out of the car to go park it in another area. At 1010 they decide to come get it to start work on two tires and one tpms with an assurance it could be done in 20 minutes. We had a prior commitment at 11 and after the lies and run around there was no possible way it would be done in 20 minutes one wheel they werent even sure if it would hold air as the rim was bent due to the blowout. Never even made it in the bay with 20 minutes left. When I asked for a refund the boots manager piles up with his buddy saying it will be done instead of just issuing the refund. The refund was finally issued after a two hour waste of time. I had to leave with my spare on the vehicle and went to another business after my meeting. This is not the Discount Tire organization that I have come to know love and support over the many years. I have always bragged and been proud to bring my vehicles to discount tire for the excellent customer service and pricing. After this I know I will for sure not be going or recommending anyone patron this location.

Worst place ever. When to them because couldnt find an air pump. My spare tire was out of the rim. I told them to see if they can put air on my other tire so I can change the spare tire. They said no because they have to look at the other tire to see what was wrong with it. Of course, they want to see the tire so they can sale me a tire. I ask for my tire back to change it and they told me I cant do that in the parking lot so I have to drive away with my rim out of the tire. No help at all what happened to helping other people. Why bother making an appointment for something as simple as a tire rotation if the shop can’t withhold the appointment time? They will keep you waiting for over an hour past your scheduled appointment time. Zero concern for their customers time.

Friendly but PRICEY. Also some of the workers answering the phone gives out incorrect information. I was quoted the wrong price on getting tires I brought elsewhere installed. Just to find out once I got there that it cost and extra $120. On top of that they didnt complete the installation of the tire because they didnt recommend the size of the replacement tire for the rims that I brought which were the exact size that were already on the rims when I purchased them.

The worst experience ever and the sad part is that I am a repeat customer. Two months ago I purchased a full set if tires (4) on my personal car and before that two front tires for my moms car, which is the vehicle that I was driving as is more comfortable for my mom. My mom just had neck surgery and we live in Clermont and was on my way to pick up my daughter from school in Ocala when I notice that her vehicle had a flat tire. My car was in Apopka being worked on.CLERMONT LOCATION (9:40am)I called first to ask if they can take care of a flat tire and said no over the telephone. So I decided to show up in person at 11:30am.Since they didnt have anyone outside to check me in, I went inside the store where it was full of people. This was odd to me, cause Apopka follows the COVID-19 rules.Clermont location (OSCAR) refused to even consider working me in for my flat tire, then he sent me away to another shop and stated that they were just too busy working on Labor Day sales and if I stayed there waiting it would be more like three, four or more hours to wait...not knowing they close at 6:00pm. Note I was here at 11:30am.APOPKA LOCATION (11:58am)Following this incident, I decided to call the Apopka location where I purchased my set of wheels, plus my moms two front wheels. Note that I called after being shushed away from the Clermont location.Apopka location (JOSÉ) said he could work me in at 2:15pm, mind you that it was great, but I had to be in Ocala around that time to pick up my daughter from school. I cant be late for picks-up or EX wouldve taken my weekend away from me. José offered me more times, but I would still be in Ocala. He was nice, polite and professional. I was able to look at appointment times online for the rest of the day and Saturday. So, I decided to book an appointment online for Saturday at 10:00am.At no available option, I decided to fill moms tire with much air as it could put on her tire. The air machine only made it to 32. Then I kept praying that the tire would not blow up on our way to pick up my daughter in Ocala. Let me see if they have a store in Ocala. Yes, I said they can be my salvation.OCALA LOCATION (2:33pm)I called first to ask if they can take care of a flat tire. Theyre answering machine loops around about five times before anyone picks up. Todd answers me over the telephone and said no way they can help me with a flat tire today. So I look for online appointments and they still had an availability for 5:00pm, which I booked right away.3:05pm Arrived at my daughters school and finally at 3:12pm she was picked up. Decided to get everyone lunch as our usual routine on Fridays and head over to Discount Tire.Since they didnt have anyone outside to check me in, I went inside the store where it was full of people. Again, another store not following COVID-19 rules like Apopka store.Arrived at 4:05pm and the next available guy was non other than Todd. I said I am here to get my flat tire fixed. He then did his speech about selling tires. I said to Todd. I spoke with you over the telephone and you told me you could help me if I waited, but the thing is I made an online appointment for 5:00pm, but I am here an hour earlier with my mom and daughter and I just need the flat fixed, so I can be on my way back to Clermont. Todds answer was Ohhhh, you were able to get one of those online appointments. Good for you. Todd went ahead an tried to sell me the store cause theyre focus was selling tires during Labor day. I told Todd, I know youre trying to sell me tires, but I dont have the means to buy anything at the moment. I just need the left tire fixed, so I can be on my way home. Todd printed the slip and said to go wait in my car and theyll have someone come and get me. I ledt the store crying for the way he treated me. 5:15pm rolls around and I am furious. All of three of us making us wait for so long while they attend to everyone thats coming in to get free air checks. As I was calling the store someone showed up at my window. Tire fixed my with damages at 6:00pm.

This is where I go to get my tires and rims. The service is always excellent and pricing had so far been lower than others. Normally are within the time they tell you. Only had to wait a little longer one time but they were extremely busy and it was only fifteen minutes.

First off let me start by saying Im a very huge discount tire fan. Over the past 25 years Ive spent somewhere between 5 and $10,000 with various discount tire locations. The sales associate saw all four of my rims and tires in my vehicle and told me he can perform the service. But once we brought the rims and tires into their service bay there was five excuses as to why they could not provide this service. Absolutely no reason they could not provide the service and if there was a legitimate issue which there was not that should have been stated while everything was still loaded in my vehicle.

The young workers make small mistakes time to time but management is quick to correct it, wait times are often long but not because the employees are slow its because of the popular place to go

My tire pressure light came on as I was driving today, so I stopped at Discount Tire on State Road 200. A gentleman came right over and spotted a nail in my tire. His name was Todd, and Ariel was so nice, too. Two of the guys who worked on my car were lovely as well. I didnt know that Discount Tire has a policy that tire patches are free, so I was pleasantly surprised when there was no bill! I think it shows amazing customer service that everyone is treated with kindness and fairness regardless of if the customers needs cost money! I was so pleased, and I appreciate all the guys at Discount Tire for helping me right before closing time.

I’ve been a customer of Discount Tire for over 20 years. I’ve had my tires rotated every 5,000 on each vehicle. I’ve always been impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. In the last month there’s been three vehicles that have needed tires rotated. Only one came home with nothing wrong it’s tires were clean, no grease or hand prints on the rims it was done right. They got me in when they said, it took an hour as they said it would. Friendly, quick and courteous. Today my wife took in her Jeep Compass in for a tire rotation. It is only a year old and when she got home this is what I found-(pictures) on all four rims there were scratches and on two rims chunks of the finish chipped down to the metal. Tires were dirty and greasy hand prints were visible on the rims. I’ve always gone to Discount Tire for their quality, customer service and attention to detail...I am disappointed.*October UpdateThe ocala store manager, Josh, reached out to me after I posted my post above and had me come in to the store. He looked at the rims and apologized for the damage. He ordered two new rims for my wife’s car and when they came in replaced the damaged ones. I appreciate Discount Tires customer service and Josh, the manager, for taking the responsibility and taking care of my wife’s car. I look forward to the next twenty years with Discount Tire. My experience with this discount tire was amazing. I ordered my tires online and was given a call when they arrived to schedule a visit to have them installed. I ended up dropping by days before my appointment and they were able to get me in and taken care of in less than an hour. The staff was incredibly nice and personal and they were quick putting the tires on my car. The best part of buying tires with discount tire is the warranty they give on their tires. They make sure you are happy with your purchase and that your tires keep performing as they should. It was a pleasure doing business there.

The web sit was the first wow I experienced. It was very easy to use with a lot of information that helped me decide what tire I needed. Than I was lucky enough to get a 25 year veteran employee Tom that told me the importance of the tire certificates they sell. I wasnt going to purchase but after he reassured me that I would be taken care of 2000 miles away just as well as I was there i was sold. Its nice to see a company take care of their employees. This particular store location is excellent because there is plenty of shops and places to eat to enjoy while you wait.

I really like the service here; however, the last few times that Ive been here for service I always got a nail in one of my tires. When I brought the vehicle back the very next day to show them where the nail was, they didnt wanna acknowledge that I had gotten the nail from their service garage. They blamed it on me! The very next day, how? And this same thing happened to me twice. It makes me wonder are they purposely doing this so that I ask can buy another tire?

Avoid if at all possible.I had a bent rim and needed a new one along with a new tire. Arrived at the store and the person said they needed to order them in from another location and he’d call me back in a day or two. Four days later I called and nothing had been ordered. The guy (different sale person, Todd) said he’d get them ordered (and had me pay a deposit) and that he would call me later that day and let me know when to expect them, no call. The next day I called and asked what was going on and was put on hold for 45 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up. Finally, after two weeks of trying I called and they said they’d have the wheel and tire ready at 4 that day. I arrived at 4:45 and after an hour of waiting they did get the install done.The most aggravating part of the experience was being told I’d be contacted multiple times and they were working on it only to be ghosted and find out later nothing more had happened since the last time I talked to them. I have a cross country road trip planned for the holidays and I nearly had to cancel because of their unprofessionalism.

Everyone I dealt with at this Discount Tire location (Ocala) was very nice. They made the experience painless. It helped that I had an appointment. I heard them tell one customer that it was a good thing he had an appt otherwise they probably wouldnt have been able to get to his vehicle until tomorrow. So, if you need to go to Discount Tire make an appointment of possible to ensure they can get to your vehicle the same day.

The service is okay... But I dont think Ive ever been there for less than an hour for a tire rotation, that takes them 15 minutes when I finally see my car get driven in. On top of that, if you arrive on time, with an appointment, they will quote you an hour from when they finally get to you inside. Its not the customers fault if your always behind, or process people inside slowly. Do better.

Great service,.I will be back! Called around 8:30am, have a very slow leak in a tire. Appointment for 2PM. Arrived early and they greeted me outside. Took the car in early and dismounted the wheel and tire since they found 2 leaks. Fixed them both. Replaced the valve since they always do. Then told me it was no charge!! I said what??!! Rivera took care of me and kept me advised the whole time. I will need tires in a few thousand miles....guess where I am buying them?....DISCOUNT TIRE of course. Incredible experience.

I’ve used Discount Tire in Ocala many times now. They’re always professional, courteous, honest, and fairly priced. They one of the BEST at customer service. They offer many things like free patch, rotation, and prorated pricing if your tire get ruined prematurely. They do a great job so they are very busy. Plan ahead and make an appointment. Many times they’ll finish sooner than quoted. I never worry about being lied to or price gouged. Loyal and happy customer here!

I would recommend you make an appointment, because this is a very busy tire shop!! Staff are on the ball and move people through as fast as possible. Several tire brands are available. You can apply for a Discount Tire credit card and theyll let you know on the spot whether or not you are approved. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. A man is painting the interior of the building today, but I didnt smell the aroma of paint.

Pulled in at 3:45 with a nail on my tire all bays were full .I was checked in and Was in a bay at about 4:15. They were very busy but they fixed my tire, aired all other tires(and I have a 3500 ram dully) and I was out and on my way home at about 4:55. I had been given a time of completion of 5:00 so WELL DONE!!!!! Highly recommend as very professional. Thanks to all at discount tire.

I had a low tire pressure reading on my wife’s car, while visiting Ocala. I met Tony and he immediately began servicing my concerns. Tony had me checked in by 8:30 AM & I was sitting in my car by 9:08 AM!!! OUTSTANDING vehicle service and customer service! I did not have an appointment, but Tony took care of business exceptionally; give this man a raise and/or promotion...now!!! Blessings to all the service Techs at this store. We WILL come back! 😇👍🏾

I love this Discount Tire. Ive been here for a set of tires on two different vehicles and also a repair on one of my tires. They get you in and out in a reasonable time whether you are a walk in or have an appointment and their tires are reasonably priced too. They have a wide variety of brands and options within those brands to choose from. The staff is always polite and helpful and never make you feel rushed. Ill definitely be going back to this Discount Tire for my future needs.
