I was lost looking for a good professional place to repair my 2014 Mustang. An associate at work referred me to International Auto Body and really have to say that is one of the best professional auto body shop. I am really amaze from the customer service to the professionalism and the extreme quality of work. I will definitely come back and recommend International Auto Body to my family and friends.

I shopped around and all the other places quoted $5k+ for a total repaint on a truck. I settled on International Auto after seeing some cars they had painted out front and the price quote. They took the bed off of the truck and all trim, handles, etc. (the only way to paint a truck.) The truck was black and I choose a Tuxedo Black metallic as the new color. The paint job turned out beautiful. They sand, compound, and polish the paint to glass smoothness like a mirror. The truck required a little extra body work time and they had to replace a couple of trim pieces. I was expecting a higher final bill, but they did the job for the original quote. Also, they do a full detail upon completion of the job. I have NEVER had the truck this clean. Looked and smelled brand new. The job was originally set to be 10 days to two weeks. It ended up being a little longer than that. I wasnt in a hurry as I had another vehicle. They might have tried to rush the job, but didnt want them to do that. One has to take into account that jobs like this arent like getting your tires rotated. It is getting harder to find shops that do total paint jobs, especially without charging a fortune. I will certainly be using them in the future if I need a paint job.

I had a few scratches and small little dings fixed one my new to me Miata!! Joe did a great job helping me and going the extra mile on my Service!! I highly recommend INTERNATIONAL AUTO BODY OF OCALA!!

I really appreciate the work IAB did on my car. I had to cancel my appointment a few times due to work issues and they were incredibly kind and patient. Got my car back today, it looks wonderful. Everyone there is professional and personable. They worked extremely well with my insurance company. Highly recommend.

No major damage to my car but Mike and the group were extremely helpful and did a great job communicating and fixing my car. The direct relationship they have with Honda dealership and State Farm was great too. The interface between the 3 was awesome and made the process of getting my car fixed fairly stress free. Great place to get your car fixed after an accident.

Could not have asked for more. The work was perfect; my car looks brand new. What was on the estimate was exactly what I paid at the end. Very helpful to me to have my car picked up and brought back to me - great service overall. And it didnt take forever....they did everything to the parts that was needed before getting my car in so shortened the time my car was in the shop considerably. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

For a 3ft. hit to a stopped vehicle,it took a full month to get my truck back.Unbelieveable!!!!!

Had scratches on rear of my 16 Corvette from backing into another car. Got 2 estimates and these guys saved me $100 over competitor. Dropped off on Monday and picked up on Friday. Repair was excellent! No evidence of work done plus they detailed the whole car before I picked up. Couldn’t ask for more .

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They helped me make arrangements for a rental car with Enterprise, which is right in the same building. They kept me informed and I am happy to say my car looks better than it did before the accident. The paint matches perfectly and it was cleaned inside and out. Thank you for very much! This place is AWESOME!! Great customer service (thank you Joe)! Not only was the work done superbly and on time, they even warrantied the repair!! AND...when I got my car back it had been totally detailed!! I am not sure, but Id swear they even shampooed the carpets! They even cleaned the inside glass of the windshield ( something I have neglected for months)..., polished the dashboard and even put the black shining stuff on my tires! They went WAY above & beyond! My car came back (especially interior) in much better shape from how they got it. I give them a 10 star rating (if 5 is the highest)!! Great job, great price, & great customer service! I havent been treated like this in years! They take great pride in their work, treated my car better than I would have! I cant say enough about how pleased I am. Would definitely recommend them & am going to call BBB to let them know how pleased I am (something I never do, usually complain). I went in to the shop to have a spoiler put on my Mustang. Not only did the staff do an amazing job, but they also did a quick check to ensure I would have a safe 8+ hour trip later that day. They quickly noticed my power steering was out and checked my tire pressure for me!!

David Robinson was who helped me yesterday. I came in with a issue with my driver side door. Didnt know what had happened to it. I guess it was hit. While I was shopping in Walmart. Didnt have any damage to the paint or body but the door wouldnt open or shut properly. So he took it to the back and 5 min later it was all back to normal. Free of charge also. I definitely thought I was going to pay tons of money and countless hours to get it fixed. But it was easy to fix. Im definitely going back if I have any future issues. The work was first rate. The service was first rate. Everyone is professional and accommodating in every way. I had a difficult job for them and it took a bit longer than average, but it was due to my vehicles age. The management covered the cost for 2+ extra weeks of car rental due to delays and were very courteous. The end result was a fantastic job with a reasonable price and a handshake and thank you. It does not get better.

Went above & beyond to help me & fit me in their busy schedule when i needed my car to be fixed ASAP. They were professional, very informative, & all around made me feel like I was going to the right place to get done what I needed for my vehicle. I normally dont write reviews, but my experience at International Auto Body was a 5 star experience. Bill, the owner, is a true class act and great person to deal with. He truly cares about doing not only a good job, but a GREAT job. Joe, who I believe is one of their head managers called me regularly during the process to let me know about some parts updates/delays they had in trying to obtain parts for my vehicle which was rear ended at a red light. Due to the delays (from distributors, NOT them) my 30 day rental coverage maxed out but Bill called me right up and said he already spoke with insurance company and talked to rental rep and told them he would pick up remaining tab! On the day I picked up, everything was nicely detailed and they even did a few extra things to jazz it up. During our ending conversation, I told him how before I got in the accident, I planned on getting my window tint repaired. As he was handing me over my receipt and paperwork, he let me know that hed be at my work the next week to pick up my car and go get the tint re-done as a courtesy for doing business with him. Thank you to everyone at International Auto Body, you will always get referral business from me!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! We were forced to use this shop after someone totaled our car on a road trip from Florida to Illinois. We were terrified, especially since we were in a different state. We had no clue what to do about the car or our belongings. Dave was so reassuring and helpful. He was just amazing! He made a terrible situation so much better for us and I will never be able to thank him enough. If you are looking for someone who honestly cares about your well being and doing what is best for you then you need to choose this shop!!!!

I have been using International Auto Body Inc. for over 17 years now and I will not use any other auto body shop ever again. I recently had my Camaro SS which has a difficult to match yellow color paint in for repairs. The damages involved the front bumper and the pasenger side front fender. When I picked up my car I could not have been happier with the results, the paint was an exact match and the repairs were incredible. Everything was perfect. The work was done as promised and when promised. the work was excellent. This is the second time I have had them do body work on my BMW Z4. They also repaired an Isuzu Trooper several years ago. The work is always excellent.

This company is run by very unprofessional people. The manager Bill cussed at me over the phone concerning my vehicle and then proceeded to hang up. They also do extremely shoddy work but charge a lot for those shoddy services. Go to this company at your own risk. There are much better body shops in Ocala.....

They will make your car look like new. A bit pricey but it will be worth it. They are real professionals.

The owner over there and his son are con artist. I paid to have a part of my car totally repainted. They wet sanded it and charged for a full repaint that they didnt provide. The son and owner were threatening and yelling over the phone. Ive never seen such childlike behavior out of grown men. They dont stand by their work, thats for sure. These people are all about getting as much money out of you as they can, even if that means lying and saying they did more than they actually did. I was happy that I found a great paint shop (ORLANDO AUTO BODY) that refixed all they messed up at International. Its well worth the drive to Orlando to have your vehicle done right the first time.

3 week job turned into 3 1/2 months... Non apologetic, and a crappy attitude through the whole process.. Maybe others have had a different experience, but I highly recommend using another shop. 3 months over due on a job and they are rude? Not how business should be conducted.. They wanted full payment before we even got to look at the car...And after we picked it up, we now know why. Horrible job fitting parts and paint job was a joke. Find someone else and save the headaches.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I took my 2015 Audi Q5 there and they made an arm and leg bill for my insurance company. I paid a 1,000 deductible to my insurance company and my car came back with dents touched up with paint. My hood was still titled to the side, bumper was still pushed in from the side it went there for. Def not where you would want to take your car to.

I went to get my truck and notice all sorts of improfections in the paint job. Talked with the owner whom Id worked with before on trucks of mine. And was shocked when he wont do anything about it. Said I could take it somewhere else and that he wasnt going to refund one penny. I dont know whats going on down there. Buddy of mine said their in money troubles. Needless to say I wont be giving this shop any more of my business.
