I will only use this auto body shop in the future when it comes to doing body work. The car bumper was repaired, painted, fitted properly the first time. The gentleman who runs the business or does the work was honest and thorough, although his accent can be a little hard to understand on the phone for me. However, in person he was professional and he did exactly what we agreed upon. The insurance ran smoothly and the entire job was covered and finished within the week. It’s hard to find businesses like this that you can trust and that do excellent work, however this is one that you can depend on. This place indeed deserves the 5 stars it has!

I came to Immaculate with my 2016 Optima. It had been backed into on the drivers side above the tire, where there was a molding around the tire, making the dent harder to push out. They did an amazing job not only getting rid of the dent and scratches, but also getting it back to me in 3 days ! He also matched the paint perfectly and took some scratches out that had already been there before ! Great price for great quality work !!

Great job !!! Great customer service. And a Great sense of humor which we needed since our truck was hit twice in one day at LOWES. First by a load of fence panals carried on a forklift. The driver lost the load on our hood.Then by a Drunk driver who rear ended us while parked waiting for the police then fled the scene.But not before he cussed us out. Took a friends car in to have some scratches and a dent in the front fender/bumper area fixed. It looks perfect like factory new. We had it fixed in November of last year and its holding up very well. Most importantly he was up front and honest. Well worth the money.

The front end of my car needed repair from an accident. It was completed in a timely manner and looks like brand new. They forgot to check the horn which didnt work, but it wasnt written up in the estimate by the insurance company either. Their work wasnt guaranteed by my insurance company, so I had to go to the owner. He agreed to have me bring the car in and he bought a new horn and installed it at no extra cost to me. He was always very curteous and kind, and I would recommend him to anybody who needs body work after an accident.

I cant tell you how happy I am with their service, they did an awesome job at a reasonable price! One of my guys had backed the work truck in to a parking bollard and dented up the rear quarter panel. I can not explain how nice their work is, the body work and paint is perfect! Modesto did a fantastic job! We have a 79 Monte Carlo dirt track race car that was really torn up from an incident that happens at All-Tech Raceway on 3/4/2016. Being out of Lake City, we tried to find a frame shop that could get us in and out in less than a day for a reasonable price but no one seemed to be available. So we called up Immaculate, and decided that our best bet would be to make the hour drive. Within a couple of hours, we were headed back to Lake City with a straightened out race car. I originally went to Modesto Mena after a friend from work told me about him. Honestly, I didnt know what to expect but was so pleasantly surprised. The workmanship on my 2011 Sonata was excellent not to mention the pricing was very reasonable. The dealership wanted to charge twice as much. I have had two incidents this past year and Modesto has taken care of both of them and really did great quality work. You will not be dissapointed with this body shop. All my work will be going to Modesto. He is very friendly and professional as well. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would also like to mention that the service was fast. I had my car back the next day both times.

Can not say enough about the quality of Modestos work, (owner and Class AAA auto-body repairman ) He is an all around 1st class person who genuinely cares about his product and will do everything he can to make things right, with your car and any insurance problems arising in the course of getting the claim right. My wife was rear ended by a driver too busy with her cell phone. Her insurance co. held up tho their reputation of dragging out the situation. Finally after 21 days the $2550 was guaranteed to be paid by the insurer and check received on the 26th day. Modesto presented us with a repair that was as good as new on day 23. I have a 1998 Honda Shadow Aero 1100 and needed a front fender repaired after it was crushed when I ran over a tree limb that almost cost me my life. I looked several places online for a replacement fender and found the cheapest to be around $850 so I decided to see if Immaculate could repair it after I found their ad online. OMG!!!! Not only did I save hundreds of dollars, the fender came out showroom perfect!! This fender curves in on the right and left side as well as the obvious downward slope on the front and back and I am telling you it is PERFECT!! Modesto is an absolute artist and if you need any kind of body repair this is the only place you should be going. SERIOUSLY!!!

If you havent been to this shop youre missing out on one of the best kept secrets for automotive care in Ocala. Modesto and his team have saved me twice this year. I know he and his crew specialize in major transformation when it comes to cars but they are great with the emergency fixes too. I took my 2001 Camry to him in 2/15 when a door handle broke and the dealer wanted over $300 to fix it. I met Modesto for the first time after my mother found his business on the Internet. He replaced the door handle within minutes for a fraction of the cost. Just got my car back from him today after an employee(s) at a local car wash managed to destroy the cable connection to the motor under the drivers seat of my car making the seat lock in an impossible driving position. One mechanic quoted a ridiculous price which included buying a new seat to fix my car! Enter Modesto and the crew who took my car in on Tuesday morning and rebuilt the motor unit under the seat in a day. In doing so they were able to avoid buying a whole new set up which would have cost me a fortune in parts alone. Im a day late getting on the road for holiday but the work I received from Modesto and his team is worth the delay. GO NOWHERE ELSE! Being from out of town and a gal of a certain age, I was uncertain where to have my vehicle repaired after a racoon collision-yes, seriously!-destroyed my front and side fenders. Enter MODESTO MENA-a man who still honors value, integrity and pride in ownership. The repair is SEAMLESS...and I am OCD..lol. His word is his bond. He finished on time despite a few supplier hiccups which could have set this project back. Modesto went Beyond, even meeting me at 8 am on a Saturday morning. Where can one get this kind of service today? ANSWER-VERY FEW PLACES.The other reviewers seem to feel as do I. The property is humble-go in that door! Like another poster from GA, I also plan on coming back with my Lincoln, despite the fact that it is a 12 hour drive. I would definitely recommend Immaculate Auto Body, Modesto Mena worked on my 1988 E350 Motorhome and it looks amazing.

I have used Immaculate now for three complete restorations. A 1964 Ford Galaxie Convt, 1984 Jeep CJ-7, and a 1983 Jeep CJ-7. Finding a body shop that does good work is difficult. Finding one that does amazing work is even harder. I am more than thrilled with the work that Modesto from Immaculate does.
