I had my sons red Camaro and my white BMW in for repair and paint work. Not only did they do an excellent job at matching the paint colors, they were very professional and on time. My car was just as clean when I picked it up as when I dropped it off. I never would have known they were in it. Beyond happy!!! Will be taking my husbands truck in to have repairs as well. Very bad place..do not bring your car here to get painted. Service was bad, they had the truck for 23 days. For a 7day job. The paint was pretty bad even for a 800.$ job. Didnt paint under the finder wells or the front under the hood.i had to call the corporate office just to get them to finish the job. Pick the truck up today and will be calling corporate again.stay away!

I called the shop in Gainesville for a quote Not only was I told off by a shop employee over-the-phone phone he was rude, very rude! But when I call back the store manager told me off and hung up on me. I do not recommend this store to anybody who is considering a paint job Id rather spend five times more at any other place then come here!!!

Todd and the painting team are awesome I did all the body work on my car and I am by no means an expert or pro and even though the body work that I did probably wasn’t the best they adapted and made my car look awesome this place is not your stereotypical Macco you can tell they really take pride in their work if you had a bad experience with Todd or his team you should probably look in the mirror and ask yourself what your problem is because all of them where awesome thanks again guys oh forgot to mention it only took one day to get my car back

Todd, the manager, was fantastic. His shop did a total repaint of a 22 year old Grand Cherokee. No more faded paint, dents or dings! It has never looked so good! Job came in on time and at budget. A lot more than I can say for most automotive services.

The overall quality was very good, except that one of the employees did not relay to his boss my message of me coming to the shop and I had to come back to pick up the vehicle at a later time.

I took a large (E250 extended) van in. Estimate was quick, efficient and the price was right. I was a skeptic but when we got our van back on the promised date and it looked terrific. We had to bring it back three weeks later for a few drips and the bumper paint. That too was completed on a timely basis and looks great. I was a super skeptic and have to say that I am now super impressed. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

They did a lot of body work on my dodge ram to make it straight again and put a nice coat of gloss black paint on it. My truck was there for almost 5 weeks, but it came back looking really good! They also told me to come back in 30 days to buff out a couple imperfections/spots on the truck. Price was good, and overall im happy with my experience. Thank you.

Between 2 major holidays and some massive amount of rain, it took a few days longer than expected to get my car back BUT Mike and Robert were awesome to work with and my car looks beautiful. Its the 2nd time over a 20yr period that Ive used this Maaco shop and Ill do it again when necessary. My 12 yr old Mazda 3 looks new in her Mystic Teal paint and I couldnt be happier. Thanks guys!

I called Maaco on the way to their shop wondering when they could get me in. To my surprise they told me to come in immediately and wasted no time to look at my car and give me an estimate. When we went back inside to discuss payment, Scott took the initiative to call around asking for a better price, which showed me he was looking for customer satisfaction rather than just my money.We found an option that worked best for me and Scott told me it would probably be an hour and a half before my car would be completed.I was willing to wait, but Scott must have worked some magic in the shop because my car ended up being done within 20 minutes which was quite impressive!Scott even asked me to come outside and check what they did since it was a little different than what we discussed earlier. The first plan would have caused some slight imperfections on my car, but when I came out to look at it, my car had no problems and Scott informed me that they found a way to fix it without the imperfections. I was absolutely floored and completely happy with what they did for me.When I walked back in to pay for it, Scott told me that he dropped the price as well.Every instance that Maaco had to improve my visit, they did it.I am completely satisfied with what Maaco did for me and I am going to be recommending them to others!

This review would have been one star 3 months ago, Feb. 2018. However, when i returned in March, after contacting the main office with multiple issues stemming from a poor overall experience, I was pleasantly surprised to find a new manager, Mike. When I told him I was a come-back, his first words were, What can I do to make you happy?I knew then that my concerns would be addressed, which they were on the spot. He even redid the pinstripe (which had been left off), after I first had the wrong color applied!I would highly recommend this location now, which I would not have 3 months ago! I stopped in and spoke to Mike about my Volvo. I hit a deer and messed up the front end. I had found a nice hood at a salvage yard and they had already put it on for me, different color. I went in there thinking I would have the whole car painted. Mike advised me to just paint the front clip because my other paint was in good shape. Mike told me they would use a good paint and clear coat it to match my existing paint. I really could not be happier. It matched and they reattached the front bumper where it came loose. It looks very nice. They were having a little problem with their painters so it took a couple of days longer, but this did not matter to me. I just wanted it painted right at a fair price. I damaged the front end of my car. They gave me an extremely reasonable price and did the work within a day. I was very happy with the work.

I brought in a hood to be repainted. It was done and looked great. However, the front end guy is a bit unprofessional. While waiting, I was able to watch him interact with customers in the office and on the phone. When he hung up with customers, he bad mouthed a few of them. I know sometimes its difficult dealing with us as customers, but at least save it for when no one is around lol. Also, there was a missing part with my project that I had to call back to ask for. Long story short: no fault was accepted on his part, but I did end up getting my part back.Again, I did get my hood back, defect free. Thats something!

I got an estimate and was told they could not get to the job for two weeks. So I set appointment and when I returned I was told that guy who wrote the estimate no longer works there and that he gave too low of an estimate. Was told it would be an extra $200 but it would defintely be done by that Friday. When I called Friday they said they hadnt even started the job and it wouldnt be done until the following Wednesday. When I complained they told me to just come pick up my vehicle. So $60 in uber charges later and Im still left with nothing done at all....definitely will not be going there ever again!

Mike is a consummate professional and easy to work with. They do quality work and that’s why I brought both my 95 Ford F-150 to them as well as my 2011 Honda Accord.

They painted my parts perfectly, and very quickly! wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else. 10/10 and do recommend!

I have a 2013 Dodge that has been sideswipe and I took you to Marco to be worked on, dont think I will ever take him anything else.hey Donna very poor job on the repair and the painting of what needed to be fixed had ripples in the paint and dirt in the paint and didnt even send it down.

Got price for a repaint and estimator tried to rip me off for over one thousand, she must think I live under a rock. I asked for one of the low cost job as my auto has 210,000 miles. I decided to get other prices got a paint price from a reputable auto body shop they quoted $600 complete. Another from Econo one third the price. I have a Mazda with little to no damage Lady estimator at maaco tells me unless they prep car they would not paint car. That would mean that all the prices they advertise are misleading because you would have to prep every single car that comes in there. You do not go to Maaco for a paint job unless the car needs a repaint and they advertise $299 and up. I am going to other paint shops to see how they rate. I will also contact the consumer fraud bureau and BBB to see how much they really charge. Do not go to Maaco Ocala there are other more trust worthy places.

Took my 2005 STS there with minor damage to one quarter panel. Guy had the nerve to actually tell me to my face that he was going to quote me a cash price and an insurance price. Insurance price was much higher for same promised work. This guy and idiots like him is why we all pay too much for car insurance. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have had about 70 cars painted here when Eberts and Todd Hemingway ran it. Been back 3 times, could not even get an estimat, I would guess they no longer need my business. Looked at the finished cars, looks like Earl Schibs now, or Electrobake. Econo auto painting is now better quality then this show. A real disapointment. R. S. Singleton

A month ago I had my car painted. It was a mess before they repainted it. Now it is just like new.

Ive had two collector cars done there from minor rust repair to full paint job and for the price they do very nice work.

Took a long time to finish the painting. The parts painted look great.

Called for a price to shoot a Ranger 2wd pickup. I told them I would totally prep it sanding, filling ready to shoot. I was told they have a truck fee because my truck will use more paint than a car. They are not painting the inside of the bed and linear feet of this truck is less than a buick lesabre or other full size car that does not pay this fee. I was told I can choose the $299 paint job. And if I prep it I will save a good bit. She said if I go with the $299 paint job it will cost me $500What!! I asked how a $299 paint job with me totally prepping for paint where all they do is tape and shoot goes from $299 to $500 and she stuttered and started saying well we have to do ummm and then we ummmm. So the bottom line here is Ummmmm better be sure your paint special is more special for you then them!

Talked to a person named Tonya who wanted to charge me 220.00 to repaint a white bicycle rim talk about gouging the customer just say you dont want to do the job and that its beneath them to do small projects smh
