I would like to add this review. We try our best to sell the best trucks we can for the price. We specialize in financing people and business owners with bad credit. Unfortunately not all the people that come to our dealership are good people. We still do the best we can to get them approved for financing so they can buy the truck that they need. Crown Auto Is solid. We have been at the same location for 11 years we are one of the few Independent dealers to own there dealership outright. We do get offended by people that make up stories about our dealership and place bad reviews that are not true or one sided. There is a good reason why we have so many old and repeated customers. We go the extra mile.

Horrible customer service. Unseeviced vehicles that are flooded. When calling about a vehicle Howard decided to down my husband because I have everything in my name. So therefore my husband obviously doesnt have a job or a right to look at vehicles he is trying to sell. I will never contact them again for anything. I make plenty of money to purchase what I want.

I absolutely recommend! Had a terrific experience here. Saw the pictures online and had to come for a test drive. The truck was EXACTLY as pictured! Felt at ease and was never pressured into anything.

Called last week about a flatbed. A guy man named Mitchell gave me information on it. I came in to see the truck on my way to work and there was a lady there that knew nothing. She was short and negative with me and another customer that was there. I dont do reviews but reading other bad experiences about her and this business is necessary. Everyone that has a bad experience, do a review. Lets shut this place down. I crawled under trucks and saw rust as well as oil in the reservoirs. They dont have good customer service one bit. The owner should reflect off the reviews and do something rather than give smart a$$ answers covering up problems. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where you will be treated right.

Was looking for a truck and sales women had no clue about the 2 trucks I was interested in so the onwers son helped me and than I noticed both trucks had no check engine light in dash so I asked if a Mechanic I knew could look at the truck and he proceeded to insist that there’s nothing wrong with the truck but they don’t come on Unless there was a issue. Not first time First time I would purchase a diesel truck meanwhile I’m driving One into the dealership buying a second I do know that when you turn the key on for them to preheat the check engine light and ABS lights are present but his trucks there or not that’s because they’re taking the lights out I do not recommend anybody purchasing a truck from him his lot full of junk but I did go down the street and to another dealership way better price is way cleaner trucks and had all the lights on the dash Just beware is all I’m saying I have seen on other reviews were people have mentioned this and it is true check for yourself next time you’re there

Be aware the blue king ranch f350 has injector issues. Arrived to look at the truck and few other on the lot and the coolant resivour was full of diesel fuel, no coolant at all. Truck had to be jump started. Was also leaking a decent amount of oil from the back of the motor. Salesman knew it had issues and when confronted tried to say “they just fixed them”. I didn’t even waste my time looking at any other trucks. Be very weary of this dealership. Read all the reviews aswell and the owners responses.

Sold me a truck, found out transmission was bad on way home. Called the next the next day and they refused to give me a refund or help me. Owner is pure scum. I paid out over $2000 for repairs on a truck I paid over 12k for. Do NOT come here. They purchase these trucks at auctions for 75% less of what the customer pays. Lemon yard. Go to a established dealership for your truck purchase. Dont be fooled by these dirt bags.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. First of all, while my husband and I were outside looking at a truck the owner walked up and I actually had to greet him first because he was just staring at me. Secondly, the truck we were looking at had to be jump started because of a “bad batterie”. If the batterie was bad then why wasn’t it replaced prior to putting it on your lot and if the ford dealership does a “25 point inspection” you would think they would replace a bad batterie.My husband also noticed there was diesel in the coolant resivor and the owner tried saying it was residual and when my husband stated that it was full of diesel he stated “would you be interested in anything else then?” Sounds like he knew the truck had problems so when the problems were pointed out to him he tried to sell us a different vehicle. I advise you to bring someone with you who knows vehicles and can inspect them thoroughly so you don’t get screwed over with a lemon. Read his bad reviews and his comments to them. He seems very unprofessional and not someone I would ever want to do business with.

I called this morning about a flatbed they have advertised on facebook. The lady who answered could not answer my questions. I asked for a sales person and she became very rude. As a business owner, I was appalled in this behavior. Read the reviews before you go there.

I purchased the truck about six weeks ago and I still cannot get my tag because crown auto has not paid the Ad Valorem tax in my county for me to get my tag therefore I cannot drive my vehicle seems to me that he is a thief and a con artist! He tried to con 500 extra dollars out of me because when I filled out the credit app on his website through my iPhone which is extremely non-user-friendly I mistakenly put a date wrong on my employment! Extremely unprofessional experience other than his son which was the only pleasant person to be around at this business!

Me and my fiancé bout a truck there right at a month ago they said it worked good we drove it it seemed fine! Ever since we brought it home we’ve had nothing but TROUBLE!!! I would not recommend going here EVER! And it was very over priced for the miles and year. And they had the check engine lights blacked out!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!😡😡😡

Howey sold me a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 - he told me it was a great truck with low mileage. After driving it the front end didnt feel right and the brakes were low so I was going to pass but he said he would have the hub bearings and the brakes replaced. I believed him and unfortunately dont know enough about trucks to be able to tell. I had to take it in a few times because the check engine light and the brake light was on and it still didnt feel right but each time he told me it was all set. 5 months later the hub bearings are gone (there is evidence of rust according to the mechanic) and the brakes are at 10%. First he tried to blame the way I drive the truck then he said he would honor the warranty on the parts but I would have to pay for labor. I refused to pay for labor after only a few months because if the repairs were really done, my truck wouldnt be in the condition its in and I paid a lot of money for that truck because he said it was in great condition. Dont trust him at all - he lied the first time about putting in new parts and Im not about to trust him again. After a heated exchange with my wife, he is now refusing to honor the warranty on the parts and is threatening to call the cops if we go there. Stay clear of them - there are enough of dealerships in Ocala and Belleview that are reputable and can be trusted.

Called and asked about a dually. Secretary said there was no rust. My wife and I made the trip and looked under and it was full of rust. Owner was rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away and buy somewhere else.

GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT TRUCK, AND BEST PRICE RECOMMEND ANY ONE WITH GOOD OR BAD CREDIT

Today I walked into crown auto (oct. 2, 2017) looking for a nice used truck. First off I had hardly any room to park, or knew where I should park. Secondly I walked into their shop to one man sitting at a desk in the back right corner. (The door rings apon entering) he does not budge or blink from his phone as I stand patiently waiting. I turn to walk out and leave and (im guessing) a salesman asks me if Ive been helped as 2-3 of them stand outside to the right of the shop. I could not tell he was a salesman from his appeal (gym shorts, regular t-shirt). I give him a list of details that Im looking for. The guy from the back corner (now not on his phone) looks up and tells the salesman to take me to 3 trucks. He introduces me to a 04 f250 he hands me a key and says check it out. I first asked how many miles are on the truck ? He said Im not really sure man I replied and asked how much are yall asking for it he replied around 20k I think (the price range I wanted to buy) so I proceed. I put the key in and it doesnt turn. So I asked if this is the wrong key. It ends up being a 2006 f250. We go to the next truck. Small lift on a newer f250. I ask if it is a leveling kit or suspension lift. Guess what? Im not sure man same questions again. This time he got the year right but then says the price is around 20k. Last truck. Chevy duramax. Again he knows nothing. Ive completely lost interest in this truck. Then to top it off another salesman comes up, asked the man helping me for the keys. (I was walking to the other side of the truck) turn around and hand him the keys and he walks off. First thing I started with was a greeting. Unprofessional and horrible business habits. I wouldve taken an excuse if you where digging through the pile of random papers on your desk but the cell phone is no excuse when you have a face to face customer. Second is appearance. Office looked like an atomic bomb went off, and your salesman is dressed in gym shorts. Next was knowledge. When I went through sales the first thing I learned was never to tell a customer i dont know because you have one job and that is to KNOW! Lastly when one salesman is with a customer, and another one interrupts by asking for the keys to the truck. HOW DO YOU MAKE SALES !? I was not going to post this comment but I could not get over every point yall made to me that you didnt want a penny from me. It makes me 100% believe every 1 star comments you have ! It also makes me believe the manager of this place does not care about quality just the amount of scams he gets that month. I hope people walk into your dealership with an open mind like I did. And I hope they turn around and walk right back out before they waste their time. Im not putting this on here to down your company or make fun of you. I posted it so another person wont waste their time walking in the doors before something is changed.
