Talk to almost every glass company in Ocala and nobody wanted to touch just 1 single pane of glass in our front bay window which has 20 separate pieces. Robert from affordable glass came out replaced the single window very quickly, efficiently, and they were very polite. Also they are extremely reasonable with prices.

Called to get a quote and when I didn’t have all the information on hand that he needed, he abruptly hung up. Called back a few minutes later with the required info and he wouldn’t answer the call. Unprofessionalism defined. How unfortunate!Amendment - He texted back stating that the call was dropped due to poor cell reception. I shall extend grace since we are all subject to technology failure from time to time. For that alone I am increasing the rating to a 5.
