Got two chips in one week. Tech came to my home to try to fix them but it wasn’t fixable so due to my windshield needing recalibration I had to make an appt at this location. Lady in the front desk very professional & courteous. Mini fridge filled with water & coffee available. Bathroom really clean too. They replaced my windshield in about 2hrs which is very timely. After my appt I did notice a flaw with windshield and got an appt the next week to get it replaced again since it was covered under warranty. Very pleased with the service and with this location. Also got my windshield wipers replaced as well.
Well, I have used this company in the past to replace windshields and never had any issues. Unfortunately I cant say the same the last time, or should I say 3. They are really good at making the appointment and coming out to do the work, but I am having issue with thebwork being done right. First time they came and replaced the windshield, it was sloppy and I had to have them come back out because the trim and seal werent done right, and also had to have them out my rear view mirror back correctly because it wasnt together right. 2nd time they came out I was hearing wind noise coming from the bottom left of the windshield and didnt want there to be a leak. 3rd time they scratched my tint strip that I just had replaced, mirror is messed up again, and for some reason an outside panel was not put in correctly. Called and let them know about my tint strip and have been waiting for a call or email back and havent heard anything in over a week.
I live 50 miles away. I was here at 7:30 am and was told it was an all day drop off. I never received a message from them that it was. I did however call yesterday afternoon to make sure the correct windshield was in stock. They said it was in route. I wanted to make sure as my wife got here last year and was informed that her windshield wasnt in yet. So she had to make the 100 mile round trip again. The front desk person said she was sorry and it happens occasionally. Then she proceeds to spend the next hour talking to irrate customers about having to cancel their appointments because their glass didnt arrive. Safelite really needs to work their delivery system out to the repair locations. Next time I will look elsewhere to get my glass repaired. Im now waiting for my repair. I hope that it is done properly!
I opted for an in-shop glass service in case of inclement weather. I booked at the end of the day and was in and out in less than 2 hours, which I thought was great. The staff were both entertaining and easy to talk to. Really enjoyed my visit
The personnel at the buisness was kind, professional, and courteous. The headliner / interior around the windshield is a light grey, there were not marks or prints on it. All electronics were hooked back properly. Great job! Thank you 😁
The office personnel Theresa and the young man working on my car Abi, were very friendly and informative. The waiting area had coffee, tea, water, and clean restroom. At 8:30 am the air conditioner was very comfortable.
I made an appointment, and they got me in early. As a first time windshield replacer, they answered all of the questions I had nicely. The price was entirely reasonable.
I went in expecting a 3 to 4 hour wait while my window was replaced. I got there at 8 am and took my wife to Hardees nearby to pass the time and enjoy breakfast. To my surprise, My windshield was replaced and We were able to go within 2 and a half hours. Thank You so much for making this replacement easy and fast.
They were quick to make an appointment for my moms car n then they kept in constant contact with me upto the minute that thier installer arrived..He was very polite and very helpful also quick to get the job done and installed correctly..Great company to which makes me think of applying for a job with this company really soon

Great service. Very kind and informative.However, it seems Safelite will no longer allow you to speak to a real human. I think I have issues with the calibration. The only way to contact Safelite, according to their Chat feature, is an email. ALL phone calls go directly to an automated system that gives you no real options. I sent an email. No response.If I could just get in touch with the Ocala FL site, Im sure this could be rectified promptly! Since I live a 45 minute drive from them, just stopping in is NOT an option.

So friendly, appreciative and helpful. However, front door has a very sharp edge. Husband cut his left arm. It bled profusely. Employee provided antiseptic, wipes and bandaids. However, no injury report waa made as one should have been.

I guess I have a complicated car, lol. I gave 3 stars because you cant really get a hold of anyone unless the tech calls you when they are confirming a job. All 4 techs were very pleasant. Yes 4. Lol took 5 attempts but we got it. All in all, it pays to have employees that are kind and informative. Its hard to be upset when someone is kind to you. For the most part they are on time. They call and tell you exactly when they will arrive, and its like clock work. I am a happy camper at the end of the day. Thank you Joe, Jeff, Chris, and Cody for all you do!
Wow! I was given a time frame of two and a half to three hours for windshield replacement and camera recalibration. The job was completed in under two hours and the customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs their windshield repaired or replaced.
Were supposed to replace my windshield between 8am & 12pm. Jeff the technician called to say he would be on the later side of the appointment around noon. I called back at 11:30 to verify that I did not have to be physically here. I came back at 12:45pm & still not here, Called him & he said he started another appointment and was way behind. I hung up I was so upset. Then I texted him back to see when he would be here? No response! So I called to only find out that he went on to another appointment because I hung up on him. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Low quality. Made an appointment over a week out for a Saturday, technician didnt even show up. He called 15 min before they closed and cancelled saying he wont make it. Tried calling to reschedule of course no one answers.

Worst service in a long time… took 3 weeks for them to come … my original appointment in two days was cancelled and I didn’t get any notice or communication.They came in 3 weeks and then told me I had rust damage and needed to see a body shop.I went to a body shop and scheduled appointment to take the windshield off and replace it and it has been next to impossible to receive communication

Terrible business, phone number has you sitting on hold for 30 minutes before it goes to call centers. No way to get updates. Replacing a windshield should never take 6 hours. What a joke.

They were quick and professional however windshield was not installed correctly on my Camry and you could hear wind noise at higher speeds. Wind noise did not exist prior to them servicing my vehicle. Ended up trading car anyways but now I know where not to go.

After a considerable drive we arrived for our appointment, only to be told they didnt have the windshield for our car. There was no mystery about the make and model, since the emails reminding us of the appointment clearly specified these. When we asked about Seth, who had sent the emails, we were told that Seth no longer worked there, and that the emails were automated--which of course explained nothing. Another customer in the waiting area was also having a problem. The man at the counter was apologetic, and I hope our experience there was the exception, not the rule.

Went to the shop in Ocala, Florida approximately two years ago. Windshield was fixed. Since then, Ive had to return on more than two occasions to have them repair items they either left out or damaged.Afterward, I came to realize my vehicle interior becomes saturated every time it rains. Thought it was something to do with the A/C or the heater core. My mechanic assures me its neither and it has to do with the windshield and its components under the hood. The fly-by-night employees at that location are anything other than thorough. At this point it makes me think they made an effort to damage my vehicle. I would in no way at all reccomend this shop to anyone.
Made an appointment for window repair, it was to be fixed at a business and we had to wait 2 days before they could come out. The technicians pulled up and parked on top of the septic system. There is a whole entire parking lot to park in but they pulled in the grass and on top of the tank. When he was asked to move (nicely the first time) he pulled back but was still on it, asked to move again. Then he got an attitude and then refused to do the service because he said “he wasn’t going to be talked to like that”. He was asked to move because it would cost thousands to repair if the trucks fell through, common sense. That area is even roped off so people won’t drive through it.He proceeded to stare down and try to intimidate when asked to leave and that escalated to cursing on our end. Because there was cursing the company is on the technicians side.They acted like they could care less about doing the job in the first place so I’ll take my money somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

I got a rock chip on my brand new 2017 Corvette on Saturday. I was sick about it. I made an appointment that day for the following Thursday. I couldnt sleep the night before, worrying about possible damage to the leather interior or getting scratches on my $74,000 car. I brought it in at 8:00, explained my anxieties about possible damage. I was assured that they know what they are doing and not to worry. I left and was called back at 10:20 and told it was done. I hurried over and checked the car over with a fine toothed comb and it was perfect. The insurance took care of the entire cost and I drove away completely satisfied. I would highly recommend.
Ended up using a different company because they could not get together with the insurance company at the same time after a week back windshield was still crack so I got it done elsewhere
I have a big truck with a two piece windshield. The left side was broken by a local truck wash, and the right side leaked. Safelite did the left side, but refused to do the right. Apparently, if there is any extra cleanup or effort involved, they skip the job. Yesterday, I was coming back from North Carolina and hit the first rain since my new glass. I discovered the tech had broken my wiper blade during the installation process. I had a local vendor do the leaking side. He was as fast as Safelite, even though there was a bit of extra prep work, and he managed to do his side without any additional damage to my equipment. Thai is the third windshield Ive had Safelite do, and as the have left damage behind each time, this is my last with them. There are better choices in your local area.

I was driving on 95 when a truck kicked up a rock and it smacked my windshield good. The crack was about 15 inches. I needed some quick help, so I called Safelite. The specialist on the phone was terrific as she patiently allowed me to contact my insurance company to get the needed information. I had her on the land line and my insurance company on the cell. We made the appointment and the service rep, Jonathan came out to the house. He called first, as he was early and when he arrived, his professionalism and confidence took away all my worries. He gave me an overview of the process and I got to relax in the house while he stepped up and just took care of replacing my windshield. The installation went perfect and in no time, I was on the road again with an intact, brand new windshield. Jonathan is the kind of employee that we dont see enough of these days - hes conscientious, on time, professional, and the customer has no worries. When Jonathan first assessed the project, he showed me a cosmetic flaw that had taken place during the time of manufacturing around the windshield. I needed my vehicle and Jonathan told me the cosmetic imperfection would not interfere with the windshield replacement and there were no safety concerns. My experience with Safelite was top shelf and I would recommend them to anyone. If you get Jonathan as your rep, youve hit the everything will be fine jackpot. God bless him and his family.
The degree of professionalism was okay, the person who repaired my windshield was quite rough leaving little minor scrapes and one paint chip on my roof. Could be better!

I had to go to the doctor early this morning, so we didnt even need to be here, the guy came out and fixed the windshield, called us when he got here, called us because our windshield was aftermarket, and the manufacturers windshield was different. I appreciate the update.instead of just installing it and leaving. He kept in contact with us the whole time, and when we got home the windshield looks awesome. Thanks safelite.
I had an appointment this morning at 8:00 A.M, I was checked in 8:05 around that time . When I first got there it was 3 people ahead of me . It was 9:00 my car was still parked . Someone came out and said we will be pulling in your car in a few okay, few went by, more people coming in . At 9:30 I went outside and two people that came after me vehicles was getting move in to get worked on . And one of the guys came after me, checked in and left to get food came back his car was still pulled in . I went to the guy at the front desk and I expressed my concern politely and he said I’m sorry I will get someone to pull it in and start working on it .....okay still outside it’s 9:55 am another car came in and my car is still parked and the same guy at the front desk that checked me in, that I expressed my concern to came and got another car that came while I was standing outside . I’m not the type of person that let that discrimination bothers me but that was nothing but discrimination because first of all how the hell you sit there have full conversation with everyone that came in and sitting there and I was there for almost to hours and I got nothing but it will be 3hrs to replace your windshield and that bs apology that meant nothing because I was still waiting and I had to come get my keys from whoever and canceled my appointment and left !!!! You won’t be getting my money for poor service, poor professionalism, poor punctuality and don’t treat me any different because I’m the only person with that skin color there . I wish I could give them 0 stars ⭐️

This was the first windshield replacement from them. I have had a rear window done and they did an excellent job on that so figured Id use them again. No complaints! They did a fantastic job.

Dont have staff to answer the phone cause of covid pandemic
Had my glass repaired two years ago.... they cut up my headliner and didnt seal the window right. Had to take it back to have fixed and the Manager really tried to offer me $100 cash for them cutting up my headliner. I tried now for two years in between work beings Im gone 4 to 6 months at a time and I havent been able to find one period and when I took it to the upholstery place to see about getting fixed and they want a arm and a leg for it. I never took their money for it was an insult. But believe after I have it fixed Ill get paid for what it costed me.
Made appointment with Safelite at insurance companys recommendation. Windshield replacement on my 2016 Acura MDX took around 3 hours including recalibration of radar guidance system. Shop was clean and staffed by impressive young men who were very pleasant. Cost was much cheaper than dealership and, so far, the workmanship and dealer supplied windshield were superior. Insurance covered entire cost. Excellent experience!
Replaced my glass and calibrated my camera. the calibration didnt work so i had to go back. they calibrated it again 4 more times to tell me take it to ford we dont know what is wrong with it. i asked if they put the wrong glass in it and they said there is only one for my car, ford told me there is 3. after looking at my windshield i noticed it is not even centered in the camera square which is probably the reason it keeps stating camera malfunction. get it together safelite.
Ridiculous policy’s won’t touch a window if there is a possibility of rust. Guy was late getting here by a solid 45 minutes. To say he couldn’t do the work because there might be rust. Might. Called k&k glass they came out, did the work, to find no rust. Will never call Safelite, will always call k&k glass. Would recommend anyone do the same.

First appointment the glass was scratched. I asked for them to be sure it wasnt damaged for thethe second appointment. They called and said this time it was actually cracked. I cancelled and went with a local company called Big Johns Customs(Leesburg). They didnt have any issue getting an undamaged windshield. They also installed the glass in half the time that Safelite quoted. Moral of the story is always go with a local company. I was just a number to Safelite, but an actual customer to Big Johns.
Windshield installation went great once they arrived with the correct windshield.What was supposed to be an early install did not take place until almost 5 p.m. (The first windshield replacement had broken or missing wires).Once a supervisor arrived around 4:30-5:00 he started the prep work before the assigned technician arrived. We received phone calls throughout the day pushing the time for install from early morning to 1 p.m. then 3 p.m..On the positive side the installation of the correct window went great. The two technicians were informative and professional throughout the time they were here.Would I recommend Satellite? Yes I would even though we did experience a few delays along the way.

This is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Their customer service and management oversight is horrible. They installed the wrong window glass and when I tried to follow up they had no record of their appointment and they didnt leave the door parts for the next installation. I ultimately had to have the dealer install the window. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
