I want to thank Mr. Michael for his help.Some weeks back my alternator went out, he told me right away that he thought the alternator was bad. And he he was right!I purchased the alternator from here.He helped me Jump start my car a few times!He went above and beyond to help me out. Had to stop by the S. Pine AutoZone in Ocala, Fl to replace a dead battery. Michael B. was very helpful and had the battery installed in less than 15 minutes. I love using AutoZone, but this was outstanding. Dead batteries can ruin a day, but not if you stop by AutoZone. 😁

This is the closest auto parts store to my home, but even if it wasnt Id drive the extra distance to use it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The prices are good.Most importantly, whenever Ive had a question or needed help with something theyve always been there for me. This Sunday was my teenage sons first trip to an auto-parts store and I took him to AutoZone to buy new wiper blades and windshield washer fluid. The guys at AutoZone made it a great experience as always.Thanks, guys!

Terrible customer service, bad attitudes and a general lack of drive to help the customer as well as poor tone of voice.

From my experience with this particular Auto Zone the customer service was above and beyond excellent. Customer service staff Mr. Shay and Mr. Clarence treated me with kindness and respect. They were very patient with me. I am a 61 year old gray haired lady and they made me feel like I was important. This world need more people like them. All of the staff was kind. I live across the street from another Auto Zone and now I have a new location I will be patronizing. God bless all the staff at this location. From one satisfied customer.

I came in with a list and the gentleman helped me promptly and knew where everything was! Unfortunately I didn’t get his same but he had short black/dark brown hair and was slender. Quick and easy experience!

Yesterday 1/14/20 I went to purchase an item about 5:40pm locked my keys in my car one associate was really nice and helpful until my husband came, the other wasnt friendly at all.

Myfriendcalls says he is broke down I pick him up he is telling me the truck needs a new started we run down the block and ask the guy at the counter what do we need to replace a starter we have never done one before but may need to do one tonight it is 9:00pm the guy listens to us explaining the problem lights work clicking sound blah blah blah he says one click or a bunch we say a bunch he says it is more likely your battery he suggests we go get the battery gives us pliers we bring back batter it tests bad we buy a new battery get back to the truck PROBLEM SOLVED!The guy was real nice and the battery was a lot easier to replace then a starter!Thanks guy at the counter at Auto Zone5 Stars earned!

Called to ask a price on an item on the phone they quoted me 5.99 I said okay I will see you in a few minutes I walked into the store I talked to the guy he remembered me he got the item and he said okay its 9.99 I looked at him and said but on phone It was 5.99. He said it had been so long sence he sold the item he could not remember the price. so basically he just made up a price while I was on the phone and when I got there I was another price. I said why would you do that you know when you told me to price it should be the price that you told me on the phone why did it double? I asked to speak to the store manager and he said just a minute and he walked in the back. He came back up front change price the store manager didnt even have the common decency to come up and talk to me. and I want to know why that they just make up prices over the phone and its different when you get there. Its very rude and unprofessional that the manager could not even come up and speak to me.

My car was losing power and the check engine light was lit. The guy in AutoZone check the code with a reader and found that one ignition coil of my Toyota was bad. He not only found the replace but told me how to change the coil and even the wrench needed. I replace the coil by myself next day saving a lot of money in the shop.

The return policies at this store are very poor. I took a return to a store close by with no problems. The manager at this store suffers from small man syndrome, unfortunately.
