This store does not honor the commitment they have to customers. I bought a clean spray and it was not the shine I was looking for and I went to return it and the manager told me that I could not receive it so I used it and where is the commitment. And I am not going to buy more at NAPA.

My first time coming here and my last. Came to pick up 3 oil filters that their website said they were on sale. I placed my order online with a total of $30.they tried to charge me regular price after I showed them my receipt from the order and told me that this items werent included on the sale. The person didnt even apologized for the inconvenience and walked away to talk to another customer. Very rude. No wonder their store was empty, lol..

Never guess work and get the right part that works right the first time.Little pricey but cant beat quality.Parts or staff.Always first choice since my childhood

Original Post, March 2020:I bought online and picked up there. I could have saved the time and just went there, then bought what I had researched.The staff, while friendly, seemed to be lacking their morning coffee, as they were moving sluggishly. Luckily, I have taken my grandchildren to other Parts Houses to learn, so, they are learning the differences between capable of verses earnestly desiring business.I guess the Ex-Store Manager in me is showing: I enjoy brisk, engaging transactions, followed up with a Hope it works out well, sir. or some such positive encouragement to return to the business...

An auto parts store that knows auto parts unlike Auto zone.

There was an issue this past day with my order that seems to have been resolved by mgr matt, glen, duke, and Dan. The battery seems to work fine so far.

The men in there were professional they helped me with what I needed. Its was a one stop shop

Ordered part showing available on line at 8am. Drove 40 minutes to pick it IP, only to find out they didnt really have the part in stock. One assistant said he worked the online orders that morning and they didnt have on hand, so he ordered for me to come back again the next day. 3 issues, why did I not get an email in the 5 hours between order and my arrival? Why did I not get a phone call in the five hours? Why didnt this NAPA store ship to me?

Had everything I needed and was happy to serve, kinda like a lot of the old time stores used to be. Napa on 27 still is
