Unbelievable place! Warm, friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable. The ONLY place to go for your transmission especially on CVTs. They do fix some other things as well. Amazing! Thank you all soooooo much!

My experience was VERY positive. Was bracing for an expensive repair on my BMW but was told the problem was minor and it only needed a minor repair. Honesty with me resulted in my sending 2 more people their way.

Great service to my 2008 Dodge Charger. The transmission started shifting hard and giving a shutter when I took it there. Because it was over Christmas I lost a day of time to work on it. I received calls from them keeping me informed of the status and of course the needed repairs. The given estimate to replace the transmission with a rebuild and the actual cost were right on. I would go back, hopefully not because of needing a transmission replacement (LOL), to have work done on my car if needed. Very much recommend going here if repairs and other minor work is needed.

From start to finish, my experience with Turners Transmission was exceptional! They were just as concerned with my vehicles issues as I was, kept me notified on everything by phone call, and very importantly they were easy to converse with wether you know a little, a lot about your vehicle/transmission. I trust them and will continue to use Turners in the future for all my vehicles.

Friendly BUT my vehicle sat for 2 1/2 months with no ability or willingness to repair it. They blamed lack of parts but couldnt explain or define which parts they actually needed.They also said they had out of town travellers that had to be addressed ahead of mine. I did say this was not my primary vehicle and they assured me they would look at mine next.Never did. (I did agree to pay the $100 per hour rate) they didnt charge me which is good because they didnt do anything.I towed it in and towed it out- not fixed.Frustrating.

I took a 4t65e Chevrolet transmission there.requested a total rebuild, replace everything. Lasted less than a year. Cost 3000.00 cash. Gladly paid it. Was told I was good for another 150k and sadly it didn’t even make it 15,000 miles. Darius the service manager is the definition of a joke.

Took my truck in for a diagnostic. I was told I needed a $3000 rebuild. The kicker of this is that it shifted perfect but the converter would not lock up. Paid them for the diagnostic then took it home. I dropped the pan on it and found that the TCC solenoid was broke . Replaced the TCC and drives perfect. They are liars and crooks

These people are crooks. Took my car there and they did diagnostic check out on my transmission and said there was an electrical problem in my transmission so they did everything they are opened it up replace this replaced that put it all back together and took it out and drove it and it was the same way it was before they did all that then they tell me theres a computer problem with my car so they actually we prepared something that didnt need to be done then I told you I wasnt paying for it so they tore everything out that they put into the car because they did the wrong thing and I would not let them do any more repairs to my cardbeware of this place their ratings may be high but I guess because of the all the news and the disease and everything went around their losing money so theyre trying to make it up somewhere

I brought my work truck in for suspected transmission issues. John took the time to drive the vehicle with me and diagnose the issue. It didnt end up being transmission related but he was very helpful in explaining the different transmission/engine mechanisms and pointing me in the right direction. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I had terrible treatment and communication. Nobody called when I called repeatedly and they said theyd call back. Nobody seemed to care at all about my situation. My car was here for over a month. They returned it to me almost dead, could have at least charged the battery a little. After what I have been through with this company, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone at all.

I went to Turner Transmission to help me solve a mechanical problem with a Torque Converter. The Owner and a Mechanic waited on me and both of them worked on my problem and solved the issue by testing my Torque Converter. I was treated so well that Im going back next week to see if they will fix a different problem I have with my Corvette and possibly rebuild my Torque Converter to custom specs. Thanks Guys! Took my wifes jeep in for a full transmission rebuild about a year ago not a single get left few days later it was all better so i decided to take my camo jeep in as well for a slave cylinder install normally i would do it myself and save some money but i do not have time took it in had it done same day 3 days later it broke i was maybe 3 miles from home wife flat towed it to the yard . the next day i called and explained what happend they towed it to there shop replaced the broken part as made a part so it didnt brake again all and all i am happy with the service. i kept my cool when it broke and let them take care of it . working at a collision shop i know one bad review is heard a lot more than 100 good reviews..

I went to turners transmission shop with ck engine light on and tranny not shifting right. right away man scan the computer and said tranny is shot..2 days car stays at turners until inspector comes. car has warranty. next thing i know turners is calling me and saying car has a short in it. and not the tranny. and come and pick it up, went to shop. company tells me tranny is fine and car has a short in it. turners did not care about me at all. Just wanted big $ to fix tranny. but something small and cheap to fix. did not care..WE DONT NEED A PLACE LIKE THIS. NOT HELPING THE LITTLE PEOPLE. IT WAS THE ALTERNATOR THATS ALL IT WAS. bad alternator was making computer go nuts. BUT TURNERS DID NOT WANT TO CK ALTERNATOR. THAT TAKES 5MINS. BUT SAID WE CANT HELP YOU. JOKE ON THEM !! warranty paid for alternator.. all true...

Rebuild my complete transmission and then found the problem that was actually causing a lot of other problems I couldnt get it to go in overdrive they figured it out when no one else could great place to do business
